A life size little black bird statue. Put them in your bird bath or around your container plants for a splash of color. Solid concrete to last. The paint is a little faded but the statue its self is in solid condition. About 6 inches long from tail to beak and 3 inches wide and 2 3/4 inches tall. This little bird was hand cast and hand painted. I have always loved concrete statues. And was fortunate to grow up in a family that made them. They add so much personality to the garden. Now that I am almost 80, I can only garden in containers, so some of my pretties need to go. Thank you for looking.

VINTAGE 1900's Art Nouveau Black Iron Steel Plant Stand RESTORED to PERFECTION
This VINTAGE Plant Stand has just been restored and is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Can be used indoors or out. From the early 1900's. It has beautiful Art Nouveau legs/ feet with three 1-1/2" floral rosettes holding each of the rings to the legs. Each leg is 3/16" thick X 3/4" wide steel. Most people would incorrectly identify or refe to this as wrought iron, but it actually is made of steel. Stands 44" tall. The top secion will hold a pot approx 6" to 8" in diameter(the arms can be slightly bent for adjustment) and is about 6" from the bottom to the scroll. The center section is approx 28" between rings) and tapers from 3" diameter ring at the top to 6" diameter ring at the bottm. The bottom ring is approx 8" off the floor and the legs are approx 15" diameter. It was in good condition ... morewhen found but had so many layers of paint that the detail of the flowers couldnt be seen. It was sandblasted and powder coated in a satin black so it will never rust even if you leave it outside year round. This fabric brings me back to a time of bungalows and Craftsman cottages that defined Florida and Southern California during the 1930s and 1940s. This fabric is an exceptionally good condition it appears to have never been used and appears to have been cut straight from the bolt. I have collected barkcloth for decades and this is a once in a lifetime rare find. I know how rare it is to not only find black barkcloth but even ... morerarer to find it with the beuatiful tropical birds present on this particular fabric. The colors are so vivid and vibrant and reflect the obvious care in storing over the past several decades. The selvedge reads. Markwood Fabrics Guaranteed to be Vat Print. This is an indication of its originality and vintage. It also indicates that each color was individually printed on this beautiful fabric, making the colors bright and vibrant. The texture of this fabric is all cotton, heavyweight, with a nubby texture. There are absolutely no stains rips or holes. This fabric is perfect! I have seen pillow size pieces of this type fabric sell for over $500 per piece, but never in the black background. This large barkcloth fabric piece measure about 23" wide x 100" long.
