Vintage Victorian Style Figural Porcelain Lamp "Italy # 0693" - Capodimonte???
This listing is for an Italian Victorian Figural Style lamp. The lamp measures 9 1/2" long x 9 1/2" wide x 24" tall(from bottom to socket) The porcelain section of the lamp measures 9 1/2" long x 7 1/2" wide x 16" tall. The figural reminds me of a Capodimonte. Some of the paint has started to chip off on the finger tips. I do not see any cracks. Chips, or repairs, but there is crazing in different part of the figural. I have wiped down the lamp but it could use a more detailed cleaning. This lamp is marked"Italy, 0693, and the name of the artist/company but I cannot make out the name. This lamp does not work. Cast Iron Flag Stand Victorian- three paw feet. Condition: Solid. As found- was gold painted, some gold paint left. I left it as is, I think it shows its age and I like the look. If you don't it can be painted. No chips, no cracks, structurally sound, has 3 original thumbscrews to reduce the size of the hole for the flag pole, a little stiff but they turn fine. Measurements: 11" wide paw to paw. 4-1/4" tall, inside diameter of hole: 1-1/8" weighs 5 pound 9 ounces

The paint is black chipping. Also, I have not cleaned these grates. I bought them for my Spanish style house, however, they are too skinny for my windows. I love how they are ornate and have a Victorian flare. This is truly a rare find. Especially to own five of them. I have five of these all the same size, being sold separately.
