For your consideration is this very nice and hard to find Vintage Red Jacket Hand Pump no. 2. The pumps wood display stand will be removed for shipping. Pump is about 21-1/4" high. 8-1/2" wide and 8-1/2" deep, weighs about 17 lbs. off the stand. Makes a nice decor piece or i guess it could be rebuilt and used. PAIR (2) RED JACKET WATER CONDUCTOR CUP 1926 DIVERTER WELL PUMP
This auction is for a pair of antique cast iron water pump conductor/ diverter cups. These were used to transfer water from the hand or windmill well pump to cattle stock tanks. They would hang on the spout of the pump and have a pipe run over to the stock tank. Both cups are the same. They both read: RED JACKET PATENTED FEB 13. 1926. L51. One cup is in EXCELLENT condition. No cracks or repairs and shows NO SIGN of being used. The 2nd cup has a crack at the bolt that joins the two halves(see picture with the screwdriver pointing at the crack)

Antique Vintage Red Jacket Cast Iron Well Water Pump Diverter Conductor Pat 1926
Up for auction is a cast iron Red Jacket water conductor/ diverter for a well water hand pump. It was hung from a hook close to the end of the spigot of a hand pump for well water. The wire bail went over the hook on the pump and a piece of pipe was threaded into the opening at the bottom of the diverter( pic 3) The bottom of the diverter could rotate 360 degrees and would direct water from the pump to a variety of containers. It is approx. 5 1/2" tall and 4 1/2" in diameter. The inlet where the spigot goes is 2 5/8" in diameter. If you collect Red Jacket pumps this piece would be the finishing touch to one of your pumps. Would also of course fit other pumps as well. The cast iron is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. US shipments only. Thanks for looking. Antique Well Hand Pump Red Jacket circa 1923 W/piston
This antique Red Jacket pump and piston have sat around too long in my garage. For about 8 years. It is the Red Jacket I found advertised in a 1923 magazine here on line. It stands 42 inches tall and the base is 9 1/2 inches dia. The piston will come with it. The pump handle is 32 inches long and the neck of the pump has FT-2 stamped on it. The spout has 40 BS stamped on that. The two together weigh about 55 pounds. I intended to put it atop my drilled well to get water in a winter snow emergency then discovered Arizona and spend snow days there!
