Lovely Rustic Primitive Vintage Pottery Planter Bowl Iron Ring Handles Redware? Everything that I am listing this week is from the flea market. And from an auction that we went to. There’s lot sandlots of variety, and nifty stuff too- so I hope you enjoy! loveLoveLOVE this gorgeous rustic vintage piece. While it is clear that is was used as a planter in its past. It occured to me that it would be a fabulous bowl for you indoors too. It's got the BEST rustic primitive style- made from clay intentionally rustic, I do believe that it might be redware- look at the bottom and see what you think- I'm not sure because that's the only place that I am seeing the color of terra cotta- so I do believe so. It's a heavy piece, weighing just shy of 4 1/2 lbs- which is a lot as it is a small piece at 8" diameter across the top, 4 5/8" ... morediameter across the pedestal base and 5 5/8" tall. It has fabulous rustic rusty ring handles that look like they have been painted at one time too. See the cracks on the outside? They are from the making of this piece, not damage, as they are not on the inside at all. That being said, I want you to know that I did not fill this piece up with water as I did not want to mess with the patina, but that's a non-issue if it is to be used as a planter or bowl. There are no cracks structural issues though. There's lots of small chips all around- truly can't tell if that's from the making or later, but it all WORKS! I am showing you one indent/divot on the very top of the base where it meets the bowl in photo 15- it is an original indent in the clay from the making. I'm also showing other indents and rustic areas that all look original to the piece- please supersize and look at all- if you love rustic pottery, you are going to love this one. Overall excellent solid and sturdy condition. The rings have surface rust only, and you can see the dark stain on the inside- it looks like a stain from mud- I have not tried to clean this piece in any way and it could

Vintage Antique Primitive Rustic Watering Can 1940's Mint Green Floral Applique
Vintage decorative metal garden flower watering can. I'm guessing from the 1940's. It has an attached metal handle as well as a wire handle with wooden hand grasp. It has an applique floral fruit basket on one side. It has 3 small holes in the bottom sides where it has apparently rusted through, although I don't see a whole lot of rust elsewhere. They are smaller around than a pencil eraser. This would make a nice decorative touch to your yard and garden, patch the holes and use it as it was intended or make a planter out of it. It will work great as a planter. A centerpiece with some greenery(or some brownery, lol) or carry-all. It's good and solid with a lot of surface rust. The only place that actually has any rust damage. If you look very closely in the last photo you can see about a 2" area along the very bottom rim, but it's not serious. See my other auctions for all kinds of weird junk! Please ask before the auction ends if you have ANY questions! While my general return policy is NO RETURNS. Ready for Spring for you, with a time earned patina that we love. What I have is a vintage, cast iron planter stand for you- it's a planter box that stands on a pedestal base. Very scrolly and fancy, yet shabby, primitive rustic at the same time as it's covered with darkdarkdark rust. It's totally structurally sound, though. The rust has been there for a long time, and you can see some pitting that is light on the iron, but no holes or eat throughs or sharp edges- it will work for you! You don't ... morehave to have a garden to enjoy it, either. Keep it inside- use it to hold your pencils, pens, paint brushes, make up, craft supplies- the possibilities are limited to your imagination! It measures 4 5/8" by 5" at the mouth, 2 3/4" by 3" at the bottom of the pot, the base is 4 1/4" square and it stands 7 1/4" tall. It weighs 4 lbs. Offered is a vintage/antique primitive metal repurposed planter. This piece came from an old grain elevator in my area that was torn down. Planter part has a nice rusted patina. But still in very usable condition, and back is a heavy duty rubber. To hang, just put a nail through the rubber backing. Metal planter measures 10" in diameter and is 4 3/4" deep, perfect for succulents or other low growing plants. Handmade vintage primitive rustic red barn wood wall hanging art
This art piece is a visually striking repurposed use of vintage farm items. The red barn wood is a prime example of one hundred year old wood salvaged here in southwest Wisconsin. The vintage cast iron rotary hoe wheel was used in a farm garden. The red kooks came off a hay wagon and were painted red. On the back of the piece. The two boards are held together with decades old tobacco lath used by farmers in the area. This piece would look in multiple locations. It would add a country touch to a home or restaurant. Or would look good hanging from a porch, or hanging from a garden fence or just propped up in the garden. The wood has lasted a hundred years outside already, so no problems there, and cast iron mostly just surface rusts. Rotary hoe wheels are often placed in gardens because they look like flowers. ALL ORIGINAL PRIMITIVE CORN STALK CUTTER FARM HAND TOOL RUSTIC GARDEN DECOR
Offered is this early corn harvesting farm tool once used for cutting stalks by hand. This features an 11 inch steel blade on a 24 inch wooden handle. The blade is held securely with two casted steel brackets and two square head bolts and nuts. The ends of the bolts were flared with a hammer to keep them permanently attached to the nuts. There are no visible makers identification marks. Condition: There is wood checking at the blade end of the handle and the blade is rusty. All original pieces are intact and in stable condition.

Rustic Primitive Old Vintage Stone or Concrete Pedestal Grind Stone? Garden Find So. I went to the auction of a lifetime this past weekend. A storage barn of an antiques dealer that passed about 10 years ago. She specialized in early primitives and American folk art and boy-oh-boy you do not want to miss this week. I took photos of the items that I bought for one full day, and still am not finished– but decided to go ahead and list what I have– enjoy! I was saying in one of my other listings that she had old stones piled up against the barn and on the ground- some large and clearly grist mill stones. And others- I don't know. This one actually was the smallest in a series of graduating stones piled together of the same shape and material- I had to take the smallest as it would have been cost prohibitive to ship any of the others- this ... moreone, at 13 lbs, fits inside of a flat rate box, whereas the others would not have. Now, I don't know if it's a stone, or if it's moded concrete- please supersize and see what you think. It's very pourous and rough on the outside, and has a patina that I think looks darker to my eye than it does with the light reflection on my screen. It has some darker, rusty colored spots on it to- that actually look like rust, maybe from something that was on it in the day? Did it have a utilitarian purpose? It doesn't have a hole in the center as you'd expect from a grinding stone, but I can't help but think that there was a purpose- especially since there were more of them and they all graduated in size- like big rock weights! I'm calling it older vintage, but I do think that it could be old enough to be antique. Enough of what I don't know- I KNOW that it is a really really cool primitive piece, and it would make a great piece for your own garden, or a perfect rustic pedestal for anywhere. Vintage Old Rustic Rusty Garden Rake Head 14 Tine Primitive Farm tool Man Cave
Old rustic rusty early vintage metal garden rake head from NC. It has 14 tines. It is as found. I believe his is an early rake head going by how it's made. Not sure what year though. To me. It looks handmade not factory made because it is not perfectly made. NOTE Condition: The back of the rake head is not exactly straight especially on one side. and one corner is not squared off like the other corner. More a curve to it. Some of the tines are somewhat bent/curved. Condition is as found. I have not cleaned it except to get the loose dirt off. It's rustic/rusty. It measures approx. 14 3/4" long. 3 1/4" from back of tines to top of handle WIdth is approx. 3" The tines are approx. 2 1/2" long. This is made a little different than other rake heads. It only has a long straight narrow round stem that the handle had been ... moreattached to. I'm not sure how it could be hung up but I'm sure any crafty person could figure a way to hang it.
