All original condition with no damages and no significant wear. Very clean. No pet or other unpleasant odors. No signs of abuse. Original finish. No chips. Cracks, breaks, discolorations, splits, looseness. No significant dings, dents, scratches, mars. Overall light. Use-related wear, including a few small, scattered, superficial rubs and scratches to the edges and lower legs. Consult photos. Nothing at all significant or conspicuous. Frame is solid with no looseness. All glides are intact. UPHOLSTERY/CUSHIONING: This ottoman would original have had urethane foam cushioning on top. Presumably it hardened with age. The original upholstery is split and the cushioning is absent. This ottoman will need to be reupholstered. The remaining cushioning/suspension is in excellent. Usable condition with no issues. This is a Dunbar-Chicago upright player piano. In great condition. It comes with 100 player piano rolls, all classics! It is in working condition, although it does need to be tuned. It has the original bench. This piano was manufactured in 1927. All the serial numbers and codes are still visible on this piece. The serial number on the back reads 119456. I purchased this a few years and was told it was a Dunbar. The previous owner had purchased it through a high end auction in Cincinnati Ohio and it had it professionally recovered in high end. AMAZING MID CENTURY DUNBAR OTTOMAN WITH JACK LENOR LARSEN FABRIC
This is a beautiful Dunbar ottoman with Jack Lenor Larsen Primavera' velvet fabric. This piece is original and in great shape. There is what looks like some milk on the on the top, it's is not a deep stain and looks like it's just on the surface and I'm sure it will come off with out much trouble. Other than that it's in excellent condition, the fabric and cushion and soft and supple and it's very comfortable to sit on. It is 18 inches high and 20 inches square. The main color is a greenish gold. In the pictures it reads more tan but I feel there is more of a greenish tint in person. It will be shipped by UPS and will be oversize so PLEASE wait for a shipping price before making payment.

Still retains its Brass signature Label this slipper lounge chair, is 1950's circa, original( Larsen Fabric) in amazing vintage conditon, Fabric has no rips or tears, upholstered cushion is still firm and comfortable, no smells/ or oders, looks to be on Mahogany Frame which still strong. One leg has a scuff mark and another is a bit seperated, however, I do not think it is broken, just age appropiate wear. Chair still looks and SITS STRONG-SOLID& STABLE. stunning period cabinet by red lion furniture company. These are not common. Dated 1961. The craftsmanship is excellent. the design is gorgeous. top has wear and would be nice to refinish. 77" long. 20.75" depth. 31 5/8" height. Drawers in center are 33.5" wide. Drawers on the side are 16" wide. For all items that need refinishing. I provide complimentary shipping to a skilled refinisher or upholsterer here in chicago. For sale is an exceptional dining table and 8 cane backed dining chairs designed by Edward Wormley for Dunbar. Chairs retain their original dark ebony finish which is in spectacular condition. With areas of normal wear from use- mainly some finish wear to feet and a few top ears of some chair backs. All chair caning is tight and free of any damage/holes. Table has a beautifully grained walnut? top with two leaves that pullout on each end and pop into place. A really smart engineered design. Legs have the original ebonized finish with leather foot sleaves aprox. 4" high. Table is structurally solid and also in excellent original condition with minor wear from use- mainly on legs. Up From Slavery "Paul Laurence Dunbar Branch" 1st Black Library Indianapolis
This 1901 book by Booker T. Washington"Up From Slavery" was one of the books at Indianapolis Indiana's first"negro branch" named after the nationally known black author and poet. Paul Laurence Dunbar. The Dunbar Branch started in 1921, and was located inside school#26 at the corner of 16th and Columbia. The building is still standing and is now called the John Hope Education Center. Mrs. Lillian Childress Hall was recuited from Evansville Cherry Street Branch and who was the first black librarian to work in Indiana. Mrs Hall stayed until 1927 and the Dunbar branch closed in 1967 and became a regular school library. The book has the orginal library stamps WITHDRAWN FROM INDIANAPOLIS PUBLIC LIBRARY on he title page and back cover page, and the DUNBAR BRANCH LIBRARY 16th and Columbia Avenue on the copywrite page and on ... morethe back cover. Also on the back cover page is the discharge date: M 6 1938. One can only imagine how may black adults and students hands this book must have passed thru in its 17 years at the Dunbar branch, not counting the 20 years before that. This book has it all. First its from a famous black author Booker T. Washington second, its was part of the library books that was at the first black library in Indiana which was named after the famous black author and poet Paul Laurence Dunbar plus,it was in a library where the first black librarian Mrs Hall to work in Indiana. Offered is a restoration project from Dunbar. This could be a great office chair. Conference, or dining chair. After many hours of research. I am 100 percent sure its Dunbar made, as it has a distinct style with the arm shape peaking at the backrest. I was informed by a Dunbar buyer that this chair was designed by Ray Zimmerman, and was catalog#6060, which dates it to 1960. So thanks to a fellow ebayer! It was made with latex foam over zig zag spings. And orange woven upholstery, that feels like hopsack wool. Size: 30.5 tall. X 25 wideset point, arm to arm, x 24 inches deep. Condition: The chair is as found. With no cleaning or restoration. Original latex foam is powder now. And shedding. The chair is with original material for your upholstery person to replicate the square pleat stitching. Original Tacks. But no tags are present. The material ... moreis stained on the backrest. Here is a beautifully shaped gold-colored crackle pitcher hand crafted by KANAWHA. It still has the original sticker which says: KANAWHA- Hand Crafted Glassware- Dunbar. W. VA. It has a wide ruffled top and smooth pulled back handle. There is no pontil as all KANAWHA bottoms are smooth. It measures 5 1/4" from base to spout. 4 3/4" from base to ruffle, 4 1/2" across from ruffle to ruffle and 3 1/2" across from spout to ruffle. There are no chips. Cracks or defects.
