Really nice antique garden fork. Nice metal cap on end. I have many letterheads. Old documents, post cards and many antique collectibles listed. There are many letterheads for hotels and railroads as well as a variety of businesses from many states. A lot of them of them are addressed to railroads and railroad agents. Vintage Industrial Steel Light Bulb Cage Cover WITH Glass GREAT Garden Cloche 2! Everything that I am listing this week is from the flea market. And from an auction that we went to. There’s lots and lots of variety, and nifty stuff too- so I hope you enjoy! O.K. Here's the scoop on this one. I purchased 5 old industrial light cages in total from the same dealer and am listing them in three seperate auctions. This one, I am listing alone because it is a different style and patina than the others, and it also has a different glass shade, too. The bottom line is, be sure to check out my other listings because all are FABULOUS! This listing is for one vintage, industrial light bulb cage with the glass shade that you see in my photos. The cage is made of steel wire and measures 7 1/2" tall, 4 5/8" diameter at the top, and 4" ... morediameter at the base in the current screwed position. There is a screw on the side of the base to adjust to your ceiling light- the screw is not very long, only 1" so you take it out to make the cage bottom wider than that for putting on(if you need to) That being said, I could not unscrew the screw- I don't know if it's the rust, my pathetically weak hands, or a combination of both, but I didn't try too hard for fear of breaking it. The patina on the metal is a very shabby worn white paint and you can see looooots of surface rust where the paint has chipped and the metal is exposed. The glass shade measures 7 1/4" tall and 3 1/8" diameter at the mouth. It is a very heavy, thick, molded glass shade that has lots of anomolies original to the making. I'm trying to show you in my photos that this shade is actually marked in relief on the side- there's a mark on top that I cannot read, some type of company logo, and then, Chicago, USA- that's the only thing that I can read- I'm assuming there might be an ILL after Chicago- but I can't see it if there is. 2 Old Primitive Vintage Wrought Iron In Ground Spike Garden Candle Holders Who-hoo- went to my first auction of the summer- it was a farm estate auction literally right down the street from me. The former owners had lived there since he had gotten out of the military after enlisting during WWII. And her family had been on the property for generations before that. It’s all farm stuff- household, barn, outbuildings, property- many items from the 1800s and up. Lot of old iron, barn digs, primitives and pretties- I’m so excited to show them to you! Enjoy! Oh my gosh- this pair is soooo cool! I'm calling them older vintage in my title. But I do think that they could be old enough to be antique- and how often have you see ones like this? It's a pair of wrought iron garden spikes- meant to stick in the ground and hold tall tapered candles. ... moreIt's a matching pair- perfect for the entry to your walkway or garden- and what a statement they will make! The each measure 39" tall in total, 38" tall to the top of the drip trays, the drip trays are 4 1/4" diameter, but 5 1/4" wide as there's a decorative loop of iron on 4 sides, 3/4" square at the candle well(it's square, as it's made of 4 pieces of flat iron coming up, but it held my grocery store bought standard tapered candles well when I tried them) and the pole that sticks in the ground is 3.8" diameter. The pole alone is 35 1/4" tall from the bottom of the drip tray to the bottom of the pole- so you have lots of room to adjust and decide- how tall, or how short you want them to be. Each candle holder weighs 1 1/2 lbs. They are in excellent solid and sturdy condition. With a very very worn black finish that you really only see peeks of from the underside of the drip trays. On the top, and the poles, it's pretty much a coating of surface rust- surface only, with no holes, or eat throughs etc. There's more pitting to the iron on the bottom ends of the poles where they stuck in the ground(see photo 10- sorry for

2 Vintage Deco Era Tin Stick In The Ground Vases Cemetery Vases Green& Gold Here's a wonderful pair of vintage deco era stick-in-the-groud vases- commonely referred to as cemetery vases. But I think that gives them a bad rap- because they work and look wonderful anywhere in the ground, or even put them in the center of a plant pot to accent your arrangement. This is a matching pair, made of tin, and with a gorgeous deco green finish that is accented with a deep gold around the impressed line design that runs the top perimeter of the vases. Each on measures 14 1/2" tall in total, with the vase alone being 7 1/2" tall by 4 3/16" diameter. They are in excellent solid and sturdy condition. I filled them up, and both of them held water with no leaks. There's wear to the finish in scratches and scrapes- and light surface ... morerust where the metal is exposed- the most amount being on the poles as they have spent time in the ground- they are pretty well covered with surface rust. There's a handful of small dings on the body that are shallow and you really have to look for to find(see my photos and close ups) and there's a 1 1/2" section of the top rim on one that is bent down a little farther than the rest of the rim- I'm showing it in photos 20& 21. It is flat there, so takes the shape of the vase at top off round, but really, it's minor and hard to notice. Each one weighs 3/4 lb. They are dirty, especially the bottoms as they were stored upside down in the barn, but you can also see dark marks, and soil marks all over the bodies- they need a good bath. What more can I tell you? These are very seldom seen in such a gorgeous color- more often than not, they are cone shaped, and dark green- so I jumped on the opportunity to get them for you- love them and use them! Up for auction is a pair of(2) HJ Heinz Company Primitive Wooden Harvest Farm Baskets with old metal wire side construction. These baskets are excellent for a primitive rustic country home. Barn/garden, or as a yard art decor piece. Items stand 13 1/2" tall and measure 15" wide at the top and 9" wide at the bottom. Some of the baskets(I have a total of 10) are stamped HJH Co. Heinz) and then a date from the 1950's. This type of basket was most likely used for harvesting tomatoes back in the day. These baskets are heavy duty! Antique Vintage Shovel One Piece Wooden D Handle #2 Steel Blade 1800's
Measures 37 1/2" tall with a blade of 8 3/4" wide by 11 1/4" tall with solid steel 2 written on neck. Wooden handle is made out of one piece of wood which has two bolts on each side of the handle. Blade has rust throughout and one crack in the center of the top of handle shown in the last two photos. But does not go all the way through. Nice for garden decoration. Most likely from the 1800's. Vintage Terra Cotta Clay Pots(16) Small 2 1/2" Height Seedlings Herbs Garden 16 vintage terra cotta 2 1/2" pots that have been used; with mineral and soil remnants. They are in good condition without cracks and a few rim chips. Nothing major. I have not removed soil bits from the pots but have lightly brushed them since they have been in storage for about 20 years. Each pot is 2 1/2" tall.
