Super pretty antique Japanese Tea Pot. No chips. Cracks or hairlines. I looked through my 3 inch thick book of backstamps and cant seem to pin point this one but it does have Dai Nippon as part of it's stamp as shown in photos. The gold gilt is in excellent condition. The pinks and purples of the wisteria are beautiful. There s very slight staining on the inside of the spout as shown and a few kiln pops on the bottom. Found this partial grouping in a box at an estate sale. I am not familiar with this type of porcelain so I have taken a lot of pictures. There are 3 cups. 4 trays and a covered creamer or individual tea pot. The pieces are decorated with blue and pink wisteria flowers that are outlined in gold. Pieces are marked, but I could not identify it. Condition: One cup has 2 chips on the bottom edge. Other two cups are fine. Trays are all fine, with just some wear on the bottoms and wear to the gold where the cups sit. Little creamer is in fine condition also. Minimal wear to the gold on spout. Measurements: Cups are 2 1/8 inches high and the base is 3 3/16 inches wide. Trays are 8 9/16 inches long and ... more4 3/4 inches wide at widest. There are multiple color's on the entire set. Very beautiful design covering throughout the entire set. These are hand painted. The entire set is in excellent condition free from chip's. Crack's, fading, and missing piece's. In the last photo of the listing there is some wear to the top of a creamer lid's handle. The tea pot measures 3 3/4" tall and is 7 3/4" from spout to tip of the handle. The rim of the pot has a 4" diameter and is 6" in diameter at the largest point. Beautiful Hand-Painted Japanese Gilded Floral Satsuma Porcelain Tea Pot
Beautiful hand painted Japanese gilded red-orange floral Satsuma porcelain tea pot has small hand painted artists signature on the bottom of the pot. Included is one tea pot and lid. The tea pot is primarily cream colored glaze with small crazing marks throughout the finish; the tea pot and lid are not a perfect match. Though they go together and are decorated with floral patterns painted in a wonderful bright red-orange Satsuma color which is accented by green, yellow, blue, purple, black, and gold gilded striations. The tea pot is 6" tall with 1-3/4" handle and 3" diameter base and lid. The tea pot is in great condition, it has a little wear from use and age and the lid appears slightly less gilded, there are no chips or cracks.

It measures 9-1/2" long handle to spout and 7" tall. This elaborate teapot dates to the pre 1930's. The bottom foot is marked with a red stamp, it slightly missed. But it is identified as"Mark 50" from Whites Collectors guide. It reads"Hand Painted- Japan" The lid has been broken and glued back together. I show both sides in the last two photos. Because of the decorations it is hard to see the break from the outside. The lid does fit nice like it should. This is a fun addition to Elephant or Teapot collectors!

Based on the stamp( HAND PAINTED MADE IN JAPAN) I am dating this between 1920 and 1940. Tea pot measures 9.50" tall with top on and 5" across at the base. I can not find any chips. The lid has flowers with highlighted gilt decoration. The sides of the tea pot have roosting peacocks with large flowers and gilt decoration. Antique Japanese geisha porcelain chocolat pot, tea pot Satsuma? Kutani? 1900's
8" tall x 5 3/4" handle to spout. 3 1/2 cup capacity. All colored areas. Blue and gilt trim is hand painted except for cinnebar red transfer lines. Lovely scenes of geisha. Cherry blossom, landscape with buildings. Spout lip has a tiny restoration. Virtually invisible. Hand wash.

Vintage Satsuma Dragon Ware Tea Set Lithophane Geisha Porcelain 6 Plates
8 piece set in excellent condition. No scratches, nicks or chips. plate are 7' in diameter, the teapot is about 6' tall, the only thing I see as far as imperfections go, on a hand painted piece that is, is on the teapot handle there is one raised paint drop, that isn't there, pretty minor, beautiful set, obviously not complete. shipping is $14.50. add $4.50 If on the west coast.
