This solid piece has some very cool and different designs which make it stand out. The quality is there with the dove tail wood draws and sturdy construction. The fronts to the draws are made of some resin or composite coating. The inside of the cabinets and draw fronts in the center cupboards also have a Formica type of material, you can see this in the photos. The top and all the fascias of this piece are also made from some sort of laminate made to look like wood. This piece Features a center opening door and three center draws. To the left and right is a bank of 3 drawers either side with metal pulls and brass colored fronts. We also have a Matching Nightstand/End table. This listing is for just the Dresser not the Nightstand. Condition: Nice Vintage Condition. some wear/marks and scratches to some areas but very minimal. There are some small chips to the bottom of the piece which have been repaired and stained back in. Hello and thank you for viewing our listing! For sale is a vintage 9-drawer triple dresser with mirror by Henry Link in the French Provincial style. A great Hollywood Regency style piece of American history. The dresser is in the classic color that is somewhat greenish-yellow. Depending on the lighting, with a white top. It features beautiful hardware on the front of each drawer. This piece does show some wear and distressing from use over the years. This is primarily evident around bottom of the feet and around the front edge of the top. Both of which are showing the bare wood from the paint has worn off. As shown in one photo. There is a couple of small red marks on the front of the bottom right drawer, believed to be fingernail polish. This may be removable, but we did not want to risk damaging the piece in the process and thus we decided ... moreto leave this to the new owner. Six of the nine drawers have adhesive drawer liner applied to the bottom. The top middle drawer is missing a strip of wood on the right hand side(see photo) All in all. George Nakashima 12 drawer triple dresser
George Nakashima designed dresser produced by Widdicomb as part of the'Origins' line. This line ran from the late 50's to early 60's. Made from walnut. Excellent construction. Dresser is structurally sound and in great overall condition. A t one point a round of repairs was made prior to may owning it. There is a faint, slightly darker spot on the top which is surrounded by the coins in the photos. I've owned this dresser for years and did not notice this spot myself until cleaning and photographing it. All four bottom corners have slight dings. The two rear top corners have had repairs, only one corner is pictured, the other is smaller than the one pictured. Behind all the pulls are wood blocks, it appears the dresser was first milled for recessed pulls, and wood blocks added later to accommodate the handled pulls. I ... moream not sure why this has been done. The Origins line had pieces with both recessed pulls and the styled found on this dresser. I don't know if this was done by the manufacturer or an owner but the pulls are commonly found on this dresser. A beautiful Bombay 9 drawer dresser with triple mirror by Century. This Chippendale style dresser has a dark stained mahogany banded top. Carved drawers, heavy brass hardware, dovetailed drawers with oak interior and triple beveled mirrors. It is in good condition with some wear to the top. The dimensions are 77"W x 21"D x 33"H. Solid wood with beautiful walnut veneers sitting on danish style legs. One owner piece that comes with a large mirror. Mirror: 31.75" 42.5" Shows to be in very good condition and I can tell you. Very heavy. We moved the piece only after we took out the drawers. Shows a little surface wear with minor scratches and little wear to the legs. The color is darker than most of the photos and much darker than the photos when the flash was used. A very fine piece of furniture that was well cared for. Help yourself.
