For your consideration is a nice set of six art deco-looking silver painted brass/metal pulls. Under some scratches I see brass color. This matching set measures 4 ¼ inch wide by 1 inch long. Condition: nice vintage condition. Some silver color worn off, has varying degrees of superficial rust on all six pulls on the backside. This poses the question if these pulls are 100% brass or stored next to rusting metal pulls. One pull does not have two screws. These pulls are strong yet sleek looking. This listing has been updated with new information. This auction is for a 9 drawer chest and pedestal base designed by George Nelson and manufactured by Herman Miller. This item was purchased from a former Herman Miller employee. This chest is made from Teak wood with an external Rosewood Staining. Pedestal base is aluminum and painted"studio white' from the manufacture. Chest bottom has 4 small original feet that allow you to use the cabinet without the pedestal. Chest has been drilled(by Herman Miller) to accept the pedestal base(screws are not included) Dimension: nine-drawer chest without pedestal base: 10.5" w | 13" d | 23.5" h nine-drawer chest with four-star pedestal base: 10.5" w | 13" d | 43.5" h Condition: I was told that this set was never used- pedestal base still has its feet wrapped and ... moreprotected! Overall. This set is in excellent condition and really is in almost new condition. There is one small area of edge-wear and one small area of corner wear(both are on the back-side of the piece) The lip of the base also has 1" of rough edge-wear. This beautiful. All-wood 1970's dresser from Henredon(formerly Alvarado style) has been skillfully treated to an elegant eggplant paint and satin clear coat. Spanish, Mediterranean, or Gothic, it will suit all types of decor, but makes a particularly modern statement. Perfect for your hacienda, or your loft. The new. Hand-twisted pewter pulls are backed with specially added wood quatrefoils on the drawers, and painted to resemble pewter as well. This design element updates and modernizes this mediterranean gem. The paint is so deeply dark purple, it appears almost charcoal in some lighting, but with the sunlight it becomes brighter. The base under the lower molding is painted pewter. The nine drawers.
