They are very clean and in wonderful condition for age. There will be some areas of wear such as light scratches, dings, marks, etc which come with age and normal use. This definatly gives them character and does not take away from their beauty. There is one area on the back of 1 chair that the cane is broke. Antique Baumritter (pre-Ethan Allen) 6 Drawer Solid Maple Wood Dresser
I am pleased to offer this antique authentic Baumritter 6 drawer dresser. Circa 1952. And manufactured Beecher Falls, Vermont, U.S.A. it actually pre-dates Ethan Allen. This dresser is the real deal. 100% original. All solid Maple construction in a nutmeg finish with all of the original hardware. It measures 46" tall X 33 5/8" wide X 18 1/2" deep. It features beveled/rounded edging on both the top and each drawer face. This dresser was built by Baumritter New York just prior to being acquired by Ethan Allen. Of note in the styling is the elevated stance with scalloped lower/base edging. Once acquired by Ethan Allen, the CRP line continued through the 1950's with similar construction; but the pieces were produced with a flat base that sat flush upon the floor. The craftsmanship and quality of materials used on these pieces ... morewas exceptional. All 4 corners of each drawer are dovetailed. Each drawer slides using a central guide bar and groove; all of which is precise Maple wood construction. The top 2 drawers are also sectioned. Those drawers have a face width of 4 1/2" and a usable depth of 3 1/2" The lower 4 drawers are not sectioned. Each of those 4 have a usable depth of 5" This piece is absolutely authentic. The original brass Baumritter New York plaquard with company crest is still affixed to the side wall of the second drawer. In same drawer. On the floor, is literally heat branded"Made in Vermont" over"Beecher Falls" within a Maple leaf(to represent the wood and its' regional origin) Look closely at the photos and you can see the blackened/burnished patina from the heat used in branding. Furthermore. On the backside of this piece is twice stamped, Inspected" over"April 28,1952" over"Inspector No. 1" Apparently they did it twice as the first stamp was not wholly clear. Ethan Allen Table & 5 Ladderbacks - Antique Pine/Old Tavern Finish LPU - NYC
This item is located in NYC. Fresh Meadows, Queens and is pick-up only. Please do not re spo nd unless you are able to pick it up. For sale is a vintage. Expandable, colonial style Ethan Allen heavy pedestal base set. The wood is Antiqued Pine with Old Tavern finish. The table says May 1969 Old Tavern 12-6053 PLT 19 on the underside. The top does swivel off from the pedestal base. Basic round measurement is about 48" Then you have the two 15" leaves so it can be 53" or a 78" oval. There are 5 rush seat chairs. Two of them have the arms and they are holding together solidly. The seats on all of them is in pretty good condition considering their age. I have always used seat cushions and I believe so did others in family who had the set at one point. With regard to the other 3 regular chairs. One is fine. the other two have ... moresome spindle( issues(if that is not the correct term I mean the horizontal cross pieces on the bottom reinforcing the stability of the 4 legs) on one, the spindle is snapped but can/will be glued with gorilla glue, or I believe can be replaced altogether; and the other is missing one spindle completely but the chair is stabilized with monster glue in structural places. The tabletop does have scratches and wear on it. As well as the base. Feel free to email me with any questions or to request more pics.

THREE Estate Pitchers! Full Size! TWO Antique- One Modern! ITEM INFORMATION: We are pleased to offer at auction a very nice LOT of three full-sized milk or iced tea pitchers. Two of which are true antiques and the third a more modern pitcher. The first one is the smallest of the three and the only one with any damage. It is an antique Alfred Meakin, England Royal Ironstone piece. It's mark dates it to between 1883 and 1913. It is about 6 inches in height with transferware roses on both sides. It has tight closed cracks on the lip and on an area by the handle. It also has a small chip on the foot and some rubs in the finish around the opening. All are pictured below. Not nearly as bad as it seems for a piece over 100 years old and would still display beautifully. The second pitcher is in EXCELLENT condition. About 7 inches high and has ... morelovely pink and beige transfer florals accented in gold leaf along the handle and the lip. It was made by Maddock's Pottery of Trenton, New Jersey, circa 1893-1915. This company was owned by Thomas Maddock& Sons(England) along with several others but this pitcher was actually made in the USA! The final pitcher is the largest and was made in Thailand for Ethan Allen Furniture Stores. Circa 1970s. It stands about 7 1/2 inches in height and is perfect for iced tea or water service. Kids these days just don't know what they have. I save this item from being recycled for scrap copper and had it appraised for lets just say well worth what I gave and taught a youngster a lesson that probably went in on ear and out the other this piece manufactured in England with British colonial style brass fittings for mouth piece which is also where the Ethan Allen brand and place of manufacture is scribed. Clearly it has been used and has some dents and dings to be expected the whole horn is 35 inches long and at widest point 3 inches as you can tell it is mostly copper and the reason this is important is this particular copper is very soft and malleable attesting to the dents but that being said is in very good condition for its age
