Vintage Enamelware Chamber Pot White w/Red Rim & Handle + Lid + Original Label
Use this as a decorator piece in your modern bathroom! Before indoor bathrooms were popular. These chamber pots were used in every bedroom/household. People used these pots so that they wouldn't have to make a trip out to the outhouse in the cold, dark night. In the morning these full pots were carried out and dumped in the outhouse. Judging by the size. This one was probably used by youngsters between the ages of 5–12. This one is unique because it has a lid and the original manufacturer's label on the side. It reads. Columbian, Serving the Home Since 1871; Porcelain Enameled Steel; Made in U.S.A. by Columbian, Terre Haute, Indiana; General Steel Wares Limited; GSN logo) Exclusive Canadian Distributors. The pot has a red rim and the lid has a black rim but they fit perfectly together. The handle is a slightly rusted metal with a ... moregray Bakelite( grasping handle. I don't think plastic, as we know it today, was widely used during this time period but I understand that Bakelite was used, however, I can't guarantee this. There is also a ripped price tag on the side of the pot which I cannot read. SIZES: Pot only—7 1/2" tall x 9 3/4" diameter top. Total height with handle straight up is 13" Lid—10 1/8" diameter x 2" height CONDITION: There are several dents. Chips and scratches on the lid and pot. There are also several rust spots on the pot which someone tried to cover with a clear varnish or acrylic to stop the erosion, I suppose. The repair work is difficult to see in the photos. Dinner parties, etc. I mostly collect large meat or serving platters and milk and cream pitchers, but I do have a few chamber pots still. I know what you are thinking! NO! I NEVER use the chamber pots for food service! But they are great to hold small potted plants and for other purposes. Some of them are just so beautiful! White Antique Chamber Pot w/ Lid and Handle Perfect Condition!!!
This gorgeous antique white chamber pot has its lid and handle. The handle is metal with a wooden grip piece which is still fully intact although the paint on the wooden grip is a bit worn. There are no cracks or chips in the porcelain/ceramic(I am not sure which of the two it is made out of) The piece is in perfect condition. The charming embossed decoration on the pot and lid make this a beautiful find. This piece measures approximately 11 inches high and 10 inches in diameter, and is quite heavy, so I will be offering local pick-up only.

Large Antique Victorian Porcelain Chamber Pot With Handle & Lid
This large Victorian chamber pot is in good condition for its age. It has a wood and wire bail handle. It is quite heavy and is rare due to its size. It measures approximately 12" in height and 10" in diameter. You will note. In the pictures, that the pot and lid both have some paint splatters that can be easily removed. The lid likely wasn't used as much and is a little different shade than the pot; not really noticeable. There is some minor pitting, glaze discoloration spots and minimal glaze crazing. This was created somewhere from 1881 to 1910 by the Henry Alcock Co of Cobridge. England. It's a semi porcelain piece with a wood and rattan wrapped handle. Transfer ware decorated with gold accents. A real beauty. The chamber pot measures 11 inches tall without counting the handle. It's over 10 inches across at the opening. Which is about 8 1/2 inches. A fairly heavy pot weighing well over 10 pounds. There are no chips, no hairline ... morecracks and no repairs. No kidding. The vented inset fits well and has no issues. The worst I can find is a bit of gold loss, which is to be expected with the age and intended use and a bit of light crazing here and there. Rare to find one of these in this condition. So. If this rather scarce Victorian chamber slop pot will fill a gap in that collection of yours, why not toss in a bid? Who knows when(or if) another will surface. Vintage Antique White Enamelware Wood Handle Chamber Pot with Lid
This is a quite large old fashioned white enamelware chamber pot. This pot has an extending metal handle with a wood grip. The pot measures about 11" tall to the top of the lid and the handle extends up about 5" The pot is about 8.5" wide. This pot shows some age and has bits of rust on the interior bottom and around the edge of the lid but very little. I see no chips or flakes. This pot can be very useful for whatever task you assign it to or would just serve well as a display piece.

Up for auction is a vintage Federal brand Vogue Enamel Ware Combinet/ Diaper Pail/ Chamber Pot. The original label is affixed and in excellent condition. Produced by the Federal Enameling and Stamping Company. Pittsburgh, USA. This is a large pot and in excellent condition measuring 9 3/4 inches tall and 11 inches wide. The inside has a few minor scrapes. The lid is in excellent condition. The bottom has a couple of marks on it as well. Pictures were taken of all sides including the inside and bottom of the pail. Vintage white and blue enamelware child's chamber pot. I'm not sure how old this is. Possibly's 1940's, might be earlier or later. I really don't know. It measures approx. 5 3/4" wide and 3" tall. This is from the outside edges. It's approx. 4 3/4" wide across the bottom. Pre-owned in overall good vintage condition. It has a few places along the blue rim and also places along the rim into the white that are missing the enamel and 2 long places about 1" below the rim misssing the enamel. It also has small spots missing the enamel on the sides and 1 spot inside. All of these places have a littlesome rust. Bottom looks good. No missing enamel.
