This ribbon is deteriorating. If this ribbon were replaced throughout this robe would be restored to its former glory. It appears as if someone replaced the brass ball closures as they're quite bright and shiny. Lined in light blue silk with slight staining. Sleeve interior lined in green silk.

Vintage. Antique porcelain enamel on steel, enamelware chamber pot. The base has gently curving sides in white with a line of blue trim around the top rim. It's large enough and sturdy enough to sit on(of course) The lid fits well and is also white with blue trim. There is a wire handle on the base that has a rotating, black wooden handle and it also has an assist pour handle on the side. It stands about 9 1/2" tall, is 10" wide and weighs just under 3 pounds. It came from an estate sale and it's not marked for manufacturer or age. It's clean and in good condition. There is one little nick in the porcelain and a few small rust spots. The metal handle is rusty and it's left rust stains down both sides. There is some staining on the inside. All questions are welcomed. This is a chamber pot that dates from 1873 to the early 1920's. The mark on the bottom says"Crescent 1st Quality& Sons England" There is also a hand painted number: 21836' that may be the pattern number. The mark on the bottom was used starting in 1873-1874 by George Jones& Sons in Staffordshire England. And used up until the early 1920's. This chamber pot can be described as having pink roses on an off white background with cobalt blue and gold trim. There is crazing. But no chips. There is a hairline crack on the inside lip of the pot that measure approximately 1.5 inches, but the crack does not go through to the outside of the pot. White Enamel Chamber Pot Small Child's? Blue Trim Handle Primitive I bought this at an estate sale. It is 5" high. 8 3/4" wide, the base is 7 1/2" wide. It is white with a beautiful dark blue trim around the top edge. As you can see in the pictures there are some chips; on the handle and the bottom edge. Other than that it's in pretty good condition. The inside isn't stained, it just needs the dust wiped out. Great addition to that primitive collection. Please use the pictures as part of the description and judge for yourself. Large Enamelware Chamber Pot. White with blue trim and wire bail with wooden handle. Measures 9 1/2" tall x 9 3/4" top diameter, with lid on measures approx. 11 1/2" to top. Very used, chips in the enamel(see pictures) some paint splatters.
