These beds are ready to be ... moreused. MEASUREMENTS: The beds are 80 inches long 42 inches wide at the headboard and 40 inches wide at the footboard. The headboard is 64 inches tall including the crown the footboard is 30 inches tall. The mattresses are 73.5 inches long and 34.5 inches wide. LET’S TALK CONDITION: Excellent condition for the age. Much better than what is typically found beds of this type and era, ready to use very clean and with a wonderful patina to the wood. With the original slats, no replacement wood no discoloration no significant or structural damage. The head side of the rails on each bed have a missing part of the decorative designee and the other rail with one intact and one repaired(see the third photo) One of the footboards has chips on the base of the columns(see last photo) and this footboard also has some loose joints giving it some slight pay, less than typical for antique bedframes. This bed has a shaped crest rail of gorgeous crotch mahogany, underneath the crest are three inset panels topped with Gothic style arches and half drop finials. Their are a couple of chips of missing mahogany on the headboard~see picture.The bed which was originally roped and still has the knobs. The solid cherry post are topped with flame finials. Condition: Used Location: Fairfield, United States We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful original finish three-piece Victorian marble top bedroom set that consists of a full-size bed, a four-drawer ... moremarble top rose colored bevel glass mirror dresser and a two drawer double drawer high backsplash commode. It dates from the 1880s. It has burl walnut panels in the headboard and footboard. It is in the original old finish. We have resprayed it in satin sheen lacquer, but it could use a good sanding and a rub finish to bring out the luster finish. It is all soldi black walnut with Eastlake carvings throughout. It has burl panel accents trims on the mirror, doors, drawers, bed and headboard are awesome. It came out of a home on the east coast. The overall size of the bed on the outside is 57 inches wide, 37 inches high on the footboard and 78 inches high on the headboard.

2 Vintage Antique beds 1800's 1 Rope Style Bed &1 Primitive Bed Both 3/4 Sized
I got these beds from an old farm house in Ohio. I was told the first one was a rope style bed so that is what I am calling it. The bed has some scratches and wear because it is very old. It looks to be in original condition. I have added lots of pics so you can see the condition.Both are a bed and a half or 3/4 sized which ever you prefer to call them(about four inches smaller than a full sized bed) The second bed I have just added to the listing also came from the same house. It is very primitive but cool. It has a very tall head board and a rounded foot board. It has an ornate piece on the top but it is broken in a couple of places. Two Antique Vintage Twin Beds Quilt Block Home Made Violet White Hand Sewn
These are extremely well-made. Nice, heavy quilts in violet and white. The tops of them are violet and whiteblocks. There are strings made of light yellow yarn tied at the corner of each block. The rear of the quilt is all off-white due to aging. Each quilt is 66 inches x 76 inches and are made to fit twin beds. These items are about 50 to 55 years old. I know that because I know the person who made them and saw them when they were first made. For their age. They are in good condition. There are some stains on these quilts. I donot consider any of the stains horrible because they are not big and dark. Most of them I had to search for in order to find. I took pictures of some of them so that you can see what they look like. I did notice what looked like two black pen marks on one of the quilts. Both of them were less than 1 inch in length. ... moreThe damages that I see on each of the quilts are: Quilt#1: The quilt is mostly faded from age. This does not take away from its beauty. There are some violet blocks that are not faded. Since these blocks are toward the edge of the quilt I am wondering if these were on a side of the bed that was against the wall. There is a tear in the backing of the quilt one edge. I have a picture of this attached. There are some stains on the quilt. I did not try to remove them because the quilt is in clean condition. They might come out by laundering the quilt. Pictures of most of these stains are attached to this ad. Quilt#2. The quilt is mostly faded from age. This does not take away from its beauty.
