Very special spindle and bead head and footboard. Posts are beautifully carved and lead into a flat headboard with beading along top. Footboard mimics the head in a slightly smaller version. Headboard measures 45 1/2" tall from ground to spindle top and top of beading is 45" The bed is 42" wide. Footboard is 40" tall at spindle top and 39" at top of beading. Bed is an antique so typical wear from a piece like this with pictures scratches on one side of rails. The bed is in very good condition otherwise. I absolutely love this bed. My son had this bed.
