This is an exquisite vintage fine porcelain tea set that was made by Lenox China in 1927 exclusively for the department store of Frederick& Nelson in Seattle. The light turquoise and white pieces are all marked with the 1906-1930 green wreath mark with the letter'L' in the center and'Lenox' below. All pieces except for 3 of the plates also are marked: Frederick& Nelson Seattle' The teapot. Sugar, creamer, and cups also have gold hand-painted numbers to describe the shapes(teapot-630, sugar-631, creamer-632, and cups-886. The teapot, sugar, creamer, cups, and saucers have gold hand-painted'B391' as the date code for 1927 and'103' for the color code. The set consists of: Teapot with lid: 6" high X 9" spout to handle X 4" deep; excellent condition. Handled Sugar with lid: 5" high ... moreX 6" handle to handle X 3 1/2" deep; very good w/1 tiny spot of missed glaze on the side(see closeup) smaller than 1/16" Creamer: 3 1/4" high X 5" spout to handle X 3" deep; excellent condition. 5 Tea Cups: 1 7/8" high X 3 3/8" in diameter; 3 have unglazed spots on the side(see close-up of 1) 6 Saucers: 5 1/4" in diameter; very good condition. 6 Plates: 7 3/8" in diameter; some very light. Vintage China Coffee Tea Sake Set w/ 6 Cups with Lids
This is a beautiful set! The design is golden peacocks(Attached are pics of the Peacock design that I held under a light so that you can see the gold.The dogwood flowers are also trimmed in gold. All the rims of cups and lids are also trimmed in gold. I do not know how old this set is. I have had it for about 20 years and belonged to my Grandmother for an unknown amount of years. I have looked for a set with covered cups and have not been able to locate anything that is similar. This set is in great condition with no chips. Cracks or breaks. Teapot to top of lid approximately 6" tall. Add in bamboo handle approximately 8 1/4" tall. Teacups with lids approximately 4" tall.

Here is a set of 11 + 1 Charles Ahrenfeldt Vintage Antique Porcelain China Plates. The edges are scalloped. The colors are cream. Red, yellow, blue and Gilt. These are 9.5 Inch Dinner Plates. The back mark reads"R B Boston Fabrique en France and CA France" The 12th plate is just slightly different. The back mark is"CA France C. Ahrenfeldt Limoges" The center star is more dense than the others but the border is the same. There are small chips on two of the plates. There is some paint wear. These plates belonged to my grandmother. According to the Ahrenfeldt web site for back marks, these plates were made between 1894 and 1930. Thank You For Looking!

Vintage Original 1958 C&O RR Dining Car Syracuse China Chessie Cup / Saucer Set
Vintage Original(not a reproduction) Very Beautiful Cup and Saucer set from many years ago. The Chesapeake and Ohio C&O Railroad Railway Company Passenger Train Dining Car China Sleeping Chessie Pattern Cat Coffee/ Tea Cup and Saucer Set. This Pattern was used on C&O Passenger Train Dining Cars. Base- bright white china with intense deep cobalt blue around cup and on handle and mustard color stripes at base of cup. With a crystal clear drawing of the sleeping kitten gracing the front of the cup. The Logo of Chessie was always on the cups, but not on some of the companion pieces. Saucer is backstamped"Syracuse China USA 12- MM" 1958 Dec. production date) The cup is backstamped with"Syracuse China 98- L" which represents 1969 Dec. See pictures for details. I would rate cup in excellent condition. The saucer as good ... moredue some wear to glaze in top center where cup sets on saucer. This very popular pattern was procured for C& O Railroad post war beginning 1955 until 1971 when C&O ended passenger service when Amtrak took over. Both have excellent consistent color with no crazing, scratches, or repairs, the salt shaker is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, does have a blemish on the side and the pepper shaker is in great condition, does have two tiny chips on each side of where the top of the handle attaches to the shaker, plus a tiny hairline crack running between the two chips, see picture. They do have some tiny imperfections that are characteristic of this type of ceramic. Which occurs during the manufacturing process. The salt and pepper holes are all intact. Set of 4 Vintage Embossed Fruit Glass Canisters/Metal Clasps/HIMARK CHINA ~Italy

Contact me if interested in comparing rates) Set of 4 Vintage Embossed Fruit Glass Canisters with Metal Clasps They are Hallmarked HIMARK CHINA and I believe they were made in Italy. This set includes two larger canisters. One middle sized canister and one smaller canister. Each canister has a rubber seal and metal clasp for air tight closure. They have raised fruit designs on the front and sides and one side reads NATURE'S BOUNTY and the opposite side reads L'ABONDANCE DELANATURE. I love the uniqueness of them in that the front top portions of these canisters are slanted. The two larger canisters measure 9-1/2" in height x about 5-1/4" wide x 5-1/2" long(from back to front) The middle sized canister measures about 8-3/4" in height x about 4-3/4" wide x 5-1/8" long(from ... moreback to front) The smallest canister measures 7-3/4" in height x about 4-3/8" wide x 4-5/8" long(front to back) Only one canister has some scratch marks on the glass which is quite minor given their age. The rubber seals should be replaced if using these canisters to store food. They do show their age and have dried out and may not seal properly for todays standards! The metal clasps do have some oxidation however it is nothing that needs replacement and only adds character to the pieces! All canisters are hallmarked HIMARK CHINA on the bottom base although only one of them shows the lettering clear enough to read it well. This set of collectible glass canisters weighs about 10 lbs(packaging weight not included) These canisters would look wonderful for storing a wide variety of items other than the traditional flour. The design is highlighted with sponged and feather brushed gold trim. Marked"Kelvin Fine China" with an image of a crown. Made in Japan. Circa 1940s-1950s. This stacker combination consists of 4 parts. Including the teapot, sugar bowl, creamer and lid which stack on top of each other in a pyramid of 3 tiers or layers. When stacked. It is 5.75" tall to the tip of the finial and 7" from spout to handle. This stacked set is in excellent condition. With no chips, cracks or stains. The gold trim is very good, with only the slightest signs of wear. The leaf and stem designs are intact and bright.
