3 Foot Antique Oak and Pine Horse Stall Barn Door with Rollers. Track and all Hardware Needed to Hang! Add this great piece of history to your project or existing room! This great door was salvaged from an 1890s Missouri homestead and stables. Multiple horse stall doors are available from this salvage so please check the other many door SIZES and STYLES listed in our store. This door comes with its original old hardware. Original rollers and 6ft of original track with track hangers(see pictures) The rollers and track are in perfect operable condition and will function/roll as expected once reassembled. Since this door is 3ft wide, then 6ft of track allows for the appropriate amount of door travel to open and close. These vintage doors have everything you need to hang and immediately begin enjoying. capturing a time long ago. The wood is in ... moregreat condition and has only the patina and flaws expected from a full functioning horse stable door. The door(s) have not been cleaned whatsoever. Therefore barn dust, dirt and cobwebs are seen in the pictures. Will gladly hose down for buyer if requested. The track and hardware show a great patina with only mild surface rust. A local artist has painted some colorful horses on the front(see pictures) but the buyer can appreciated the art or simply paint over them. The door otherwise has a light grey, faded paint on the front, seen under the horses. and on the back it has the original, unfinished frame wood with the vertical door boards painted in a vintage, medium to dark green color. The door is in great condition with the absolute strong integrity of a well built custom stall door. For your consideration is a nice antique pair of"BIG 4" barn door Rollers and Track. The track is made up of one Eight foot cast iron piece with the ends having a male& female puzzle knotch. Track is solid. Rollers pivot and pulley wheels turn well. Nice rust patina throughout. Track had been painted light grey at one time when they re-painted the Barn. This is the real thing not a modern reproduction! This is the last set that I have that was salvaged from a century old barn in Northeast Wisconsin. Elkhart Lake Area. Perfect for any restoration. 2 SETS OF ANTIQUE FARM BARN DOOR ROLLERS ((LOOK))
Up for auction we have 2 sets of barn door rollers. Though I do think these rollers were used on lighter individual stable doors. The roller brackets are not a match. On the one bracket the lips are both bent the same way and on the other bracket the lips are bent in opposite directions, the widths of the brackets are the same and the width is the same, but again the lips are different lengths, please look at the photo where I placed the rulers to point out this discrepancy. The roller wheels spin freely and the roller wheel brackets do pivot a short distance up and down. The outside dimension of the roller wheels is 9/16 ths The roller wheels measure 2 3/4inches in diameter. I must also point out that on the one roller, where the large bracket is bolted to the smaller 3 hole mounting bracket, the top nut is froze up! There are remains of ... moreblack paint on these rollers, for what ever reason the one roller has a lot of black paint still remaining. I do not see any manufacturers mark on the rollers.The combined weight of the rollers is 5 lbs. A set of antique myers ok stayon door rollers[ pat. May 28th 01] that has no chips or cracks and the 3 1/4" wheels turn freely. This set of rollers is in very good working condition. They come with 4 good working carriage bolts and square nuts. And lag bolts for the track. The 6' pc of myers brand track is good and straight with all of the original wall brackets there and they are well attached. The wall brackets would hold the track out 1 1/2" from the wall and the rail of the track measures 1 1/4" tall by 3/16" thick. I did carefully strip and clean and handpaint all of this to give it a new but yet somewhat old look. I would recommend that our painted set should be installed indoors just to make the detailed paint stay on the best. Thank you for viewing our antique barn hardware. The 7' pc of track was stripped of the old paint and then repainted. A set of adjustable tandem wheel rollers that have no chips or cracks and all of the wheels turn freely. These rollers are in excellent working condition. These rollers are very smooth running and they do have the stay on feature that would keep them from lifting off of the track. These rollers have to be slid onto the track from either end. I"dressed up" a somewhat basic looking set of rollers by welding on some very large old horseshoes. If someone buys these they will be getting a"one of a kind" set of very rustic rollers. Antique Pair JAMESWAY Cast Iron Barn Door Rollers / Hay Trolley Pulley System
Please use the Supersize Feature on our pictures at the top and below the description as we consider them to be a very important part of our auctions- our photos show great detail and they are about the next best thing to"being there" Here is a pair of antique cast iron JAMESWAY rollers/ pulleys. I am not sure if these were used for a large barn door with a roller system or used with a hay trolley pulley system. Both pieces are marked near the top on one side with JAMESWAY. On the cross bar with 5A, and each of the wheels or rollers is marked on one side with L80A. Both set ups have old blue paint on them. One more than the other. The pictures show the rust coloring on each piece as a bright, brassy color– it is indeed surface rust or rust coloring and will easily come clean with a bit of steel wool and attention to detail. There ... moreare also some small bits of dried dirt and sand here and there. I did not brush or scrub these down or spray them with any lubricant, just a dry towel to remove the dirt and dust. Each roller system is about 8” tall and 9 ¾” wide at the wheels. The four pulley wheels or rollers each measures 4 ¾” wide and are 1” wide. The groove in each wheel will accommodate a rope or track that is ½” wide. The groove is ¼” deep. Each roller set has an old original bolt. Nut, standard washer and lock washer. All of the pieces are rusty and one bolt is bent over a bit. Both of the nuts come off, but the bolts should be replaced since the nuts only screw down a small way on the bolt. Pair of Antique Vintage Cast Iron Barn Door Hardware Slider Rollers Hangers
Up for bids is a nice set of barn door roller hinges for track mounted doors. This set of hinges each have a set of rollers and door mount. They were removed from a barn in Ephrata. PA. The hinges measure approx 8.25" from the top of the mount to the bottom of the roller. The rollers measure approx 7.5" from the outside of the first roller to the outside of the second roller and are approximately 3/8" wide. Each roller spins freely and each rocker articulates freely as well. There are no cracks or breaks to these. They have great patina and rustic appearance due to the age related wear and minor rust and could be cleaned(i.e. sand blasting. This is a very nice pair of red. Cast iron, Big 4 barn door rollers by Sterling, designed to attach to the door and hang on a track, allowing it to slide open and closed. These have some rust on them, so be sure to see the photos, and could be used as is with all that nice patina or stripped down and refinished. Pair of Antique National Mfg "88" Storm Proof Barn Door Rollers - Double Wheel
This auction is for a pair of Antique National Mfg Co"88" Adjustable Storm Proof Barn Door Rollers with Double Wheels. Guessing rollers are from 1930-30s. Wheels are 2.5" in diameter each. Rollers are 7" wide, and 9" tall. Both wheel sets have some rust and the black paint has peeled off in places but wheels all move smoothly and hinged spots bend easily. Instructions included are the originals but are stained and bent. I'm not sure what two small metal pieces are for but they are similar condition to rollers. Only issues are cosmetic- functionally work great. Roller have never been installed. Please review photos for overall quality and condition. Please email with questions or additional photos.
