Antique Myers Barn Door Hardware With Rollers & 18' Of Track 10 and 8' Sections
Up for bid: Myers barn door hangers with 18' of track. All parts work freely. One section of track is 10' and the other is 8' Both sections of the track are straight and the 2 sections can be easily joined together or shortened. Found in an old Amish barn in Belleville Pa. Rollers read: Myers Stayon Adjustable. Ashland O USA 260, and dated May 28, 1907. Being over 100 years there is wear, i.e"barn fresh. The tracks are a bit rusty but are straight and will work fine. All bolts and wheels spin freely. The main sections measure 7 inches across by 4-1/2 high and 1-1/4 thick. They measure 11-1/2 total length with flanges.

A pair of Myers Stayon antique barn door rollers with 7' 10" pc of track
A pair of antique barn door rollers that read. Myers Stayon Adjustable Ashland O USA. They have no chips or cracks and the 2 5/8" wheels turn like they should. All the adjustment screws turn very easily with ones fingers. The rollers are in very good working condition. The pc of nice straight track is 7' 10" long, with all the hanger brackets intact. The track pc does have a ware spot from the old door sitting in one spot for a long time, that is 3" in from the right end. The track rail measures 1 1/4" by 3/16" with a total height of 3 7/8" to top of bracket. Shipping to the lower 48 US States only.

For your restoration project. This auction is for a pair of Antique Myers Stay On Barn Door Rollers(Cast Iron) the Hanging Brackets, and 6' of Original Steel Track. They show the Myers name and Ashland, Ohio manufacturing location. The date shows May 28, 01, signifying 1901. They are in perfect working order, with all moving parts and bolts oiled and freely moving. The rollers are 7" wide and combined with the hanging brackets. Are approximately 11 1/2" tall. They are adjustable for height clearance needed. The track is perfectly straight and strong. 1 1/8" wide and 3/16" thick, with only some minor rust patina. Up for bid is an antique pair of Myers Barn Door Rollers. Cast in 1888, that serviced a door on a blacksmith forge, on a farm in Central Massachusetts. The forge is now coming down. I don't have the lower brackets that mount on the door. Manufactured in Ashland. Ohio, they have a heavy rusty patina, but the casters still turn easily and freely. The adjustable nuts on the threaded rods turn easily as well. One of the casters has some large chips out of it, look at the pictures) but it still turns and will still glide on the track, should you decide to use them. They are 7" wide and 6" tall. Up for auction is a pair of early 1900's cast iron Myers Stayon barn door rollers. Both rollers are good solid useable barn door rollers with no problems. They are in great shape with no cracks or repairs and both rollers turn smoothly. The raised cast lettering is sharp. Clear and easy to read. All the loose rust and old paint was removed leaving behind the beautifully aged cast iron. The hangers are solid all over with no rust through or thin spots. This is a pair of old cast iron barn door rollers made by F.E. Myers of Ashland. Ohio. They are from the late 1800s and carry chippy red paint and rust. The wheels turn well and there is a small chip on one of the wheels of one roller(see photos) but they wored well before they were removed. These are lovely architectural pieces in a rare style. A pair of antique myers stayon adjustable[pat May 28 01] tandem wheel door rollers that have no chips or cracks and the 2 5/8" wheels turn freely. On one wheel on the front side of it one can see in the picture that it has a tiny"pc or fleck missing" I think that this was done in the original casting process. And the roller worked just fine for many a year like that and I see it to be no problem. These rollers are in very good working condition. All of the adjustment screws and nuts can be turned with ones fingers. They come with 6 good working bolts and square nuts to connect the"hanger plates" to the door. The track pc is 6' by 1 1/4" by 3/16" and it is good and straight with all of the wall brackets there and well connected. It was sandblasted and painted. The rollers were stripped and cleaned and ... morecarefully handpainted to give them an unique look. These rollers were off an old"grainery" and someone must have oiled the wheel bearing now and then to keep them in this kind of condition. This old set of barn door rollers are 11 3/4 inches long. The raised or embossed letters stand out and are very readable. Both rollers turn freely. The only thing I see wrong. Is on one, the curved finger that is around 1 inch below the roller, that goes under the barn door track, has a fracture and this allowed it to bend over toward the right. You can see this in the picture of the back side. It is the roller on the right side.

The images are actual photos of the Rollers. The Rollers are from the F.E. Myers& Bro Ashland O. and are painted silver with red lettering. They are marked with the number 1464 and STAYON OK. I would estimate 80 to 85 percent of the original paint still exists. There is some rust but and one of the hanger brackets has more than the other. It was on the top of the box. The rollers roll freely. The bolts to attach the brackets to the door are missing. The box looks to be original to the pair. There is some damage along the edges but very nice color and graphics. Up for auction is a nice pair of antique cast iron Myers Stay On barn door rollers in good condition. Patent 1901. The raised cast letters are clear and easy to read. They have been lightly cleaned without removing the beautiful patina. There are no breaks or repairs to the cast iron and the hangers have no rust through or weak spots. All 4 rollers turn freely. Up for auction is a used pair of antique cast iron Myers stay-on barn door rollers/trolley in good condition. One of the rollers has a minor crack on the back side just above the stay-on hook shown in the last picture. This in no way has anything to do with how well the roller works or with nor does it weaken the frame at all. The stay-on hook was designed to hook the bottom of the track to keep the roller from jumping off in case the door took a hop or in heavy wind. The roller will work perfectly with this minor crack. The raised cast letters are clear and easy to read. They have been lightly cleaned. Both hangers are solid with no rust through. Both rollers turn freely. I have one F.E. Myers Stay On Adjustable Barn Door Roller. This roller came out of my daughter-in-law’s father’s barn in Montana. After his passing. It was her job to clean out the barn. She brought this home thinking maybe it had some value. As you can see in the pictures. It is rusty and it even comes with some barn dust. The wheels move freely and I do not see any repairs. On the front are the words Myers Stay On C. Adjustable Ashland O. USA. And on the back I can see Pat.
