You are looking at an antique 17-18c Thai Buddah bronze head on a woodblock. This ancient artifact was obtained from the Asian Civilizations museum from my grandfather. He did restoration to the museum and was paid with this piece. A piece on ebay runs from $ 500-10,0000 depending on age and condition. It weighs in at almost 11 lbs! Feet are slightly apart and he is dressed in a clinging'uttarasangha' which covers both shoulders. Right hand is held upright with the palm facing outwards in a gesture known as'abhayamudra' a gesture of fearlessness.
