This bid is for a Silver Buffet Crampon Paris Dual Trigger Trumpet that I haven't played in over twenty years. The serial Number is#5765. I have contacted the company. And so far the only details I can find was that it was manufactured in the early to mid 1960s in Paris. It has some tarnish and needs to be cleaned, but the valves and slides all work. There is some normal wear and small dents in the 2 nd and third valve slides and the bell. Bid includes; trumpet. Case, 3 different mutes, 2 mouthpieces, snake, valve wrap(guard) and valve oil.

Buffet Crampon R13 A and B flat clarinets (pair) - late 1950's vintage
Up for auction are two Buffet Crampon R13 clarinets. A and B flat. These two instruments are from the very earliest batch of R13's, in the late 1950's, by Robert Carree. The A clarinet is serial number 37806 and the B flat is serial number 56576. The B flat sustained some slight damage to the lower tenon joint in 1973, but was repaired successfully and has had no effect whatsoever on the tone or intonation of the instrument. There are no cracks anywhere, and with instruments manufactured 55+ years ago, there is virtually no possibility that they ever will, if cared for properly! This pair is ideal for university or professional orchestral playing. After 40+ years of playing the clarinet. I have decided to sell these because I am no longer active professionally. Vintage 1800's Buffet Wood Clarinet A Paris Gastone Bini Pisa no serial #pre R13
Here we have a very nice Vintage 1800's Buffet A Paris Gastone Bini Pisa Wood Clarinet in Very Good Condition. Looks like the original case. But I am not sure. All 4 pieces of the clarinet have the same mark as shown, no serial numbers. Clarinet fits together like a glove just snug and the cork all looks good. The mouthpiece appears to be matching wood but I don't find a mark on it. The only reference I found to this clarinet is from 1884. So I am not sure of it's age, it is in great shape for it's age though. There are a couple very very short hairline cracks on the inside near the silver rings, right where one might expect for this age. I think this clarinet may be made from rosewood. Vintage Buffet Crampon R13 Clarinet 59,xxx
I am selling this beautiful vintage clarinet made by Buffet Crampon. It was made in France. The serial number is 59.Xxx, which places the instrument around 1958. This is an early model R13 professional clarinet. I had it inspected by a band instrument repair shop. Who confirmed that it is in great working order. They verified that the seals are good and there are no cracks anywhere on the instrument. They suggested a pad replacement, but said it is not essential. The keys are not plated, they are solid German Silver, which was typical back in the 50's. The inner barrel is smooth all the way through and the instrument appears to be completely unaltered. I am including the original Buffet Crampon case. However the leather padding on the carrying handle has deteriorated. Vintage Buffet C Crown Bb Clarinet Mouthpiece Refaced by Scott Kurtzweil. Vintage Buffet C-Crown Bb Clarinet Mouthpiece. Made from a Chedeville blank of the most excellent rubber. This Buffet C-Crown has been rebuilt and hand faced by Scott Kurtzweil. It now features an open(1.19 mm) tip and and a medium(17 mm) facing. This combinations makes for a flexible mouthpiece that offers a wide range of colors. It works extremely well for most players with medium to medium heavy 3– 3.5/4 strength reeds. I have also altered the side walls and slightly reshaped the baffle to improve response and intonation as well as lesson the resistance. Vintage Evette & Schaeffer tenor saxophone. Buffet Crampon. In a Mark VII case.
You are bidding on a nice vintage Evette and Schaeffer tenor saxophone. This instrument is in B flat. Evette succeeded to Buffet Crampon. The engraving has the shield of Buffet Crampon Paris and then it is written Evette and Schaeffer Anc Mon Buffet Crampon& Cie, 18 et 20 passage du Gd Cerf.Paris which means: Evette& Schaeffer formely Buffet Crampon and cie house. And the address of the company in those years. The instrument number is the 17130 which means it has been made between September of 1906 and may of 1907. For it’s age the saxophone is in pretty good shape. Just a slight bump on the low part. The horn plays on all notes but of course it needs to be overhauled, pads are old. Two octave keys of course and it goes until the low Bb. It has the nice old French sound we can here in the old movies of the twentieth century. No mouthpiece ... morebut a good mark VII c case. Hi there! Up for auction here is a Vintage Evette& Schaeffer Master Model Buffet Crampon Clarinet Made in Paris France#50760. That's pretty much all I know about this instrument. I have put it together and everything seems snug. I sell all of the instruments I list as"PARTS OR RESTORATION" because I know nothing about them. This clarinet and case need cleaning. Picked it up at an estate sale and just put it up for auction. I did notice that a tiny screw is missing on the thumb rest thingy on the back. It does show some wear and rubs but I don't see any cracks or major abuse. The mouthpiece says France on it as well and does have some deeper scratches on it from rubbing on the screws. I believe. Vintage Dining Room Set Mahogany Table, Chairs, Buffet 1940's Table Pads NR
I have up for auction an antique/vintage dining room set. That is mahogany. It consists of a table, that pulls out to extend on either end, 8 chairs(6 side, 2 captains) and full custom made padded table covers, buffet, the buffet has a lot of nice detail on the side door, the back of the buffet and drawers. There is a stretcher structure that has William& Mary feet. There ar no chips or problems with the wood. The leaves to extend on either end drop down and pull out, there are normal wear on these leaves as they slid back in under the table ends. This came from an estate of a well known Benicia family, Benicia was the original capitol of California. This is in original condition, I have left it in it's original patina. I have had this for 45 years. The side board/buuffet measures: 67" long, 38 1/4 High, 20" deep. Vintage Buffet Bb wraparound register Clarinet– all parts. For restore Here up for auction is an early Buffet Bb clarinet that has been sitting on the shelf for I don’t know how long. I’ve had several of these through my hands over the years and I just don’t see myself getting to this any time soon. So up for sale it is. It clearly has installed new pads with cork pads and white leather pads. I’m sure it will play well when it is put together and regulated. I would love to keep it but I need the room now as I’m redecorating the shop and it has to go. The keywork is in really good condition. Pads are installed. And everything is ready to go for a installation. I just have no time for it. So you save $$$ due to it’s current state. All parts are there just waiting for someone to put everything together and regulate it. The pads are installed ... morewith a French cement/ shellac so it should be easy to float the pads as needed. The clarinet is clearly marked LP for low pitch. For 440 playing which is common in the US. As you can see you will need to finish the lower joint tenon cork. Install the keywork an get everything working smoothly. There are no cracks to the wood. And no repairs. I think this is the original barrel. No mouthpiece. The case is a Leblanc style case. Good for shipping and using the clarinet. I am a NAPBIRT member so I try to describe the instrument as accurately as possible. But you will enjoy this clarinet for years to come. Vintage Buffet C-Crown Bb Clarinet Mouthpiece Refaced by Scott Kurtzweil. Vintage Buffet C-Crown Bb Clarinet Mouthpiece. Made from a Chedeville blank of the most excellent rubber. This Buffet C-Crown has been rebuilt and hand faced by Scott Kurtzweil. It now features an medium close(1.06 mm) tip and and a medium(17 mm) facing. This combinations makes for a mouthpiece that offers excellent focus and projection without being to resistant. It works extremely well for most players with medium heavy to heavy(3.5– 4+) strength reeds. Description: This is a VINTAGE BUFFET WOOD Albert Bb Clarinet. It has the BUFFET LOGO ON ALL PARTS. They are very faint but with a lens visible. It measures from the top of the barrel to the bottom of the bell 23-1/2 inches& has the SERIAL NUMBER E 506(1890) THIS IS A RARE FIND IN THIS CONDITION. It has 13 GERMAN SILVER KEYS& 2 RINGS. CONDITION: No cracks could be found on any of the wood sections. I could find no LP or HP marks. All keys work easily- no rust. However 2 keys in the lower wood section have broken springs which I believe can easily be repaired. The clarinet also needs tenon corks. Measurements: BARREL- 2-5/8 INCHES- 67 mm) UPPER WOOD SECTION- 8-3/4 INCHES(tenon to tenon) LOWER WOOD SECTION-10-1/8 INCHES BELL- 4-5/16 INCHES This clarinet for its age is in good condition. Like all 1950's Buffet clarinets. This one originally had unplated nickel-silver keys. We've lightly polished everything and have had all keywork SILVER plated. Absolutely no cracks to the wood, all new pads& corks from our shop in Wichita. Tenons are still very sharp. Which means the clarinet’s been played very little in the past 60 years. This one looks like it’s never been played. It’s a pre-Boosey Buffet that is. In our opinion, far better than a new one. WHY DO WE CONSIDER A VINTAGE Buffet clarinet BETTER than a new one? First. The quality of wood in a 60 year old clarinet is better, in our opinion, than you'll find on a new one. ... moreAlso important is the simple fact that when a clarinet develops a crack to the wood. That crack appears in the first year of the clarinet's life. That means if a 60 year old clarinet has not yet cracked. There's a VERY good chance it will NEVER crack. 3 Day Auction. NO RESERVE! Offered is a vintage Buffet Crampon Paris oboe with original case. Description and Condition Details: Used. Vintage. 1930s-1950s. Unknown model number. I don't know the skill level. However looks like a high quality model. I am not a woodwind player, and I have limited knowledge concerning oboes. Overall good condition. This oboe should be a fine instrument after servicing. No cracks. The bell and attached section are embossed Buffet Crampon& Co. Paris. The final section is not marked. Looks like Ebony. Or Grenadilla, except the bell which may be resin. The keys/mechanism are probably nickel silver. All keys work except one. That key needs its mount welded/brazed to its associated shaft. A few springs seem to be a bit sluggish. Although repeated action has helped. The entire mechanism probably needs cleaning ... moreand lubrication. The pads show wear, and need replacing. The section connecting corks need to be replaced. Reeds and staples not included. The case is leather or leatherette, and in good condition. Please view photos and read description. Up for auction is a Buffet Crampon& Cie Clarinet with case manufactured in Paris. France Based on the serial number which(looks like) C188" see picture) as well as some additional research I've done including communication with Buffet Crampon& Cie's Jacksonville. Florida office I believe this instrument to have been manufactured in 1888. This instrument appears to have been well taken care of. I'm certain the cork and pads will need replacing. Not being a clarinet expert I purposely chose not to modify anything. I'll leave that to the pro or collector that wants this rare instrument. Only wehat is pictured is included in this auction.
