Beautiful grain in the oak, 2 drawers, 2 cabinet doors 56 inches tall at highest point in the back 38 inches long 18 inches deep 38 inches to top without the back*some veneer is coming up on the top. But not missing*there are a few tiny spots on the original beveled mirror This would be a great vanity in a fancy bathroom! This is a very solid beautiful piece! The first picture shows this piece with white rose knobs. The original knobs are a matching round wood. And are currently being put back on the piece. The buyer can choose or have both sets of knobs! I love this piece but have no room for it. Its very clean. Has been refinished, but the restoration was well done. The mirror is original with some shadowing. This is an Antique 1910 Victorian Quarter Sawed Oak Sideboard/ Buffet with Original Silverback Beveled Mirror. 3 Dovetail Drawers, Mushroom Drawer Pulls and Large Area Cabinet/ Cupboard, 55 inches tall x 48 inches wide x 20.5 inches deep. This is a 2 section piece with a removable mirror top. Item is structurally sound and in overall good condition. Two small veneer repairs were done prior to listing(shown) Bottom of the legs have light to moderate chips. Moderate side was depicted in the only picture shown. Mirror is secured well. Mirror was not designed to support more than it's own weight. Like leaning against it or laying your arm on top of it. Edges of the mirror have some spotting. Antique tiger oak beveled serpentine mirror carved griffins buffet / sideboard
Here is a fantastic tiger oak buffet/ sideboard with fully carved griffins at the ends of the beveled serpentine mirror. Its ALL original. My grandparents had this when it was new. It has been in my family since day one. Im the last one to have it and its time to let it go. It has been refinished only ONCE. Just re varnished about 30+ ago. Very clean inside and out. No stains, Drawers slide easily! The buffet measures 48 in wide. 24 in deep, and 56 in to top of mirror. 40 in to top of buffet, mirror is almost 17 in tall itself, the serpentine mirror is 3.5 in deep itself and the fully carved griffins are 9.5 in tall and 2.5 in thick. The only things missing are the key to the drawers and some of the metal tab stoppers for the drawers but they can be replaced. The feet are carved lion paws with the wood wheel casters. The back of the mirror ... morehas the number 613 painted on back. Which is probably the model number and the words Doll Class, which may mean the grade of quality of the piece. Its an excellent quality buffet. ALL the tiger oak veneer is present and in excellent condition, This piece needs no work and the mirror is screwed to the buffet with 10 wood screws( it comes off for easy moving) ONLY the bottom linen drawer needed to be re glued& re nailed, the linens were very heavy. A very wonderful antique. Circa 1890's, quartersawn oak mirrored sideboard with deep carvings of griffin shelf supports, and applied deep carvings of scrolled acanthus leaves. Two piece construction. The case is on front carved stylized paw feet. From the griffin heads to the finials of the mirror frame are carved oak chains. Large beveled mirror. There is a long oak plate bar on the shelf. The two top drawers, and the long drawer beneath, have unusual brass exotic crescent drawer pulls. The right drawer is divided for flatware. The bottom doors each open to a compartment. The secondary wood is plain oak. The sideboard measures 6'3" 75" tall by 5'6" 66" wide by 2' deep. A beautiful solid Oak Antique HUTCH Highboy cabinet sideboard buffet w/ drawers and shelf. And mirror backboard. In EXCELLENT shape for age, I can't see any scuffs or scratches. The only thing I can see is the top board seam has a slight separation probably easily fixed and one drawer needs some glue at the dovetail connection. Drawers are all dovetail. Its a beautiful decorative mission? country style solid piece of furniture and looks much better in person. They just don't make furniture like this anymore or to stand the test of time. antique tiger oak carved North Wind sideboard Gorgeous beveled mirror
This is drop-dead gorgeous! It is a tiger oak sideboard with carved faces(I believe it is the North Wind) I really hate to part with this. But I found another one that matches my china cabinet better. It has a beautiful beveled mirror, which does have a little ghosting. It has a small loss of silver in the bottom right corner about 1/4" wide. Not noticeable if you have items on the top, but I want to mention every flaw I see. Please see picture# 11. The mirror sits on the top of the buffet and the crown has pegs that it drops into on the very top shelf. There are a few scratches on the top(I think from the mirror being placed on the sideboard) I tried to photograph them in picture#12. I haven't tried to cover them with a color crayon. As they didn't bother me at all. This is a great piece if you want to make a statement in your ... moredining room. Or anywhere for that matter! It is about 25" deep, 75" tall, and about 65" long. This is an Antique Empire Style Tiger Oak Sideboard/Server Buffet with Beveled Mirror. It is in excellent condition with few scratches and all original. Please take a look at the pictures of the claw foot legs and hand-cut dovetail joints. It is approximately 1930s European. This was purchased by our family in 1950 at an antique store in San Jose. California. Local pick up Salem. Oregon. If outside of this area you will need to arrange for pickup. Its weight is approximately 110 pounds and dimensions are 51 inches length, 22 inches width and 55 inches in height.

Antique Arts & Crafts Mission Oak Buffet Sideboard With Mirror and Hidden Drawer
Up for auction is a very nice Antique Mission Oak Arts& Crafts Sideboard/Buffet. It is solid oak- very sturdy and very heavy. The mirror/shelf can be detached and it can be used as a server without the mirror if you like. It is in great shape for furniture of this age but it does have some rings on the surface(see 3rd photo- the picture makes them look worse than they are- nothing a quick surface refinishing wouldn't fix) I guestimate this is around 100 years old. It has all original hardware. Mirror, and a key as seen in the photos. FABULOUS AND UNIQUE CHILD OR DOLL SIZE OAK SIDEBOARD WITH MIRROR ~DOORS~DRAWER
For your bidding consideration today. We have a fabulous child size side board. This piece is made of oak, with a drawer and two doors at the bottom. There is a mirror on her top, with a shelf and a possible candle holder on each side. The top of the piece is curved,with bulls eye type accents below the curve. The doors also have the same type of bulls eye on each door. The piece is in good antique condition with age appropriate wear and use. There are some age related flaws, such as finish wear, corner nicks at wear scattered throughout, a repair on one door at the top, the mirror is probably a replacement. The knobs on the drawer are missing, but the knobs on the doors are plain wood, so it should be easy to find replacements for the drawer. There is some worm hole damage here and there, mostly on the inside, but a few spots on the exterior ... moretoo. Even with the flaws,this is just an adorable piece that could be used for dolls, kids, and just about anywhere you need a nice decorative accent.
