This heavy and well made credenza has the harder-to-find herringbone patterned mirrored doors, brushed metal sides and a mirrored top. It has super heavy duty European style hinges and sleek chromed pulls. There is a very large storage area with two adjustable shelves and one pull-out drawer. From the 1970's. Unmarked. DIMENSIONS 75 1/2" wide by 20 1/2" deep by 29 1/2" high. CONDITION Very good vintage condition. Structurally very sound. With age appropriate wear to the finish. There are some light scratches overall on the mirrored top and some light scuffs and scratches overall to the metal. With the mirrored finish it's difficult to see and none of this is very distracting. The two adjustable ... moreshelves are slightly warped, one more so than the other. Eight drawers total, four on the left side and four on the right side both sections graduating in size. Extremely fine details including beautifully joined rounded edges. This is a 1960’s mid century modern buffet or credenza attributed to be Harvey Probber and made by his company. As you can see by the photos it has a walnut case with six two-tone walnut doors. The door pulls are brass. The overall condition is very good. For being nearly 50 years old it has very light surface scratches. It looks like some one changed out the interior shelving to allow for a stereo system. Note the hole in the bottom of the base that allowed wires to run in and out of the case and the white vinyl siding in the center of the case. I left the vinyl in place. However, it can be easily removed. This jewel measures 25” tall. The depth is 19” and the length is 5’ 6” Please look at the photos carefully and don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions. Can be used w/o hutch if desired. 2 side cabinets and 3 large drawers all operable. Glass on hutch is intact, not chipped and original to the piece. The buffet measures 80" wide, 18" deep and 26.5" in height. Total height with hutch is 68.5" The chip on the right side measures 1/2"x 3.5" and could be repaired with some wood glue. This was a blemished piece so used as a floor model. The flawed damage is on the back part of the side. There are also scratches and marks on the top. There is a small hole cut thru on the back. Broyhill Premier Series Buffet Very nice Broyhill Premier Series Buffet. This buffet has a nice finish and the doors and drawers work well. It is very sturdy. It has a ding on the top left that has been repaired. There three noticeable scratches on the top that I show in the photos. There is also a scratch on the front top ridge you will see in the photos. Otherwise light wear around the bottom of legs and inconspicuous wear to be expected with its age. The buffet looks great and from two feet the only damage that draws the eye is the scratch in front. Secondly the damaged area on the top left if you are looking it over. The scratches need inspection to notice, they blend in well. 52 1/2" wide or long. 19" deep. 31" tall. 1960's Mid Century Danish Modern Teak Sideboard /Buffet Display Cabinet Dyrlund
We have been selling on ebay for over 15 years with 100% Positive Feedback 1960's Mid Century Danish Modern Teak Sideboard& Display Cabinet by Dyrlund of Denmark Up for auction is this extremely well preserved Solid Teak and original mid century Danish Modern Sideboard and Separate Display Cabinet(Made in the 1960's by Dyrlund of Denmark) and inspired by the design of Nils Johnson. This is a larger piece. With the sideboard measuring 87" wide 32" tall and 18" deep. The Display Cabinet sets separately on top of the sideboard with the two notched legs or stands. The display section is 70" wide x 25" high and 12" deep. The overall unit with all pieces in place stands 87" wide x 57" tall x 18" deep. The teak design even follows through to the back of both pieces and is finished. The bottom ... moresideboard has 5 drawers(one felt lined) and two sliding teak front panels. As you can see in photo 1, when the two doors are snugged one to the other, the grain pattern matches when the two bottom doors are butted together. The glass doors and shelves of the display cabinet are perfect. There is no splintered or missing sections. There are light surface scratches mainly on the very top of the display cabinet which are hard to see in the photos, but I do show them in the last few photos. There is a scratch on the top of the sideboard which shows in the 2nd last photo. This item is located in my home in Clearwater, Florida for pickup. It is a nice looking all wood china cabinet with three tall glass doors. It does have two main issues. The first is what appears to be a burn to the finish on the surface beneath the doors, and a deep gouge to the top side rear corner. Mid Century Danish Modern Teak Credenza Johannes Andersen Buffet 8ft. Sideboard
Large Johannes Andersen teak Mid Century Modern Danish Credenza/Sideboard. Finished all the way around- front and back. Measurements: LENGTH: 7 ft. 10.5 in. 240 cm) DEPTH: 19.69 in. 50 cm) HEIGHT: 33.46 in. 85 cm) The top has been refinished. There is slight bubbling of the veneer in the very middle. No bigger than a lemon- and only visible in the glare of sunlight. I can provide pics upon request. Many areas on the front that are imperfections; I photographed all issues, which are older teak oil tiny droplets(pics 3& 5) Some surfaces scratches as seen in pic 4. Pic 5 shows a lighter color strip on the left side of the drawers(looking at them) that is@ 5 inches wide and goes down the length of the drawers. At the top of pic 2 you can see a slight area of lighter wood color on the top of the left side tamboured door. All of the issues ... moreare very minor and hard to see, but please enlarge each photograph and check everything out to make sure you are happy with your purchase. After looking closer at the unit. It appears that the right side drawers(looking at it) have had some repair done to the ends where they wrap around the end of the unit. It is hard to tell, and I am not sure, but please look at and enlarge picture 6 for a close up of the drawer ends. The tamboured doors work nicely. The credenza features finely sculptured drawer pulls that wrap around each end of the unit. The left side of the open area has two removable and adjustable shelves that are the same size. The right side has two adjustable and removable shelves but the bottom shelf is recessed as you can see in pic 12. Four of the original shelf pins are missing- I used wood dowels in their place. Older Danish furniture uses larger shelf pins than are currently made. And I am trying to locate some to provide with this unit. If I cannot locate more, the wood dowels that I made to keep the one shelf up will hopefully suffice; they are durable. This is a very heavy and sturdy unit. Shipping will be done via freight. Vintage Danish Modern Credenza/ Cabinet approx 49" wide 17" back and 33-1/2" high. It has 6 drawers and then a sliding door and 2 adjustable shelves. It is in as pictured vintage condition with some wear and soil. As you can see in the picture the bottom of the shelf side has some stains. Vintage Cosco Utility Tea/Buffet Serving Cart Mid Century Atomic Era. Unique cart converts to a double long buffet server. Trays are removeable and there are clips on the top tier to hold the double trays in place. Condition is very nice with only minimal scratches and fading on the metal trays and normal wear on the gold colored metaltubing frame. Midcentury modern walnut server credenza buffet tv cabinet local pickup only
Great midcentury modern style on this server or credenza. I believe this wood is walnut. The door panels are covered with beautifully grained walnut in mint condition on one side and somewhat worn cane on the other. The panels can be removed so that you can recover them with whatever you want- cane. Fabric, cork, original artwork, etc. I showed this in the last few pictures. Top surface is laminated and one area is faded from some kind of rectangular object. As I showed in one photo. There is an unobtrusive scratch on two drawer fronts which is shallow enough to sand out if you wanted to refinish them. Otherwise this is in excellent condition. This is really solid, well-made, heavy furniture. This would be great for a large tv. It also looks really classy in an office-you can hide the printer. Made of Teak wood veneer over particle board and plywood.Two piece- Large top hutch sits on base and has full sliding plate glass doors w/ recessed handles. Four fully adjustable inner plate glass shelves and plenty of storage in underneath six slot, solid hardwood wine glass rack(see photo# 8) The bottom sideboard- fully independent& finished has sliding wood doors, two inner, green felt lined wood drawers w/ dovetail construction, and three fully adjustable wood shelves. Amazing amount of storage space! Beautifully designed and constructed. Structurally sound and sturdy. Overall Teak finish is good considering it's age, without and ... morelarge scratches, gouges or nicks. The worse being the top hutch has a small knick of the veneer on right bottom corner(see photo# 10) of edges that sits on sideboard. Sideboard is built onto a raised veneer fiberboard base(see photo# 11) It had been briefly exposed to about 6" of water(river flooded in back yard) a few years ago. The cabinet was fine but the bottom edge of raised base was open fiberboard and absorbed water and split the corners open. They have been repaired with permanent wood putty, re-stained, and base is now as sturdy as new, although there is still some marks visible along the raised base and lower side bottom edges of sideboard(see side view photos) Overall. The wood shelves, glass doors, plate glass shelves, wood drawers and patina is quite beautiful! Measures overall: 79" tall. Top hutch measures: 42.60" wide x 12" deep x 51" tall.
