This sideboard is large ... moremeasuring about 78" long(6.5 Ft) 41" tall(about 3.5 Ft) and 21" thick from front to back. It has cabinets on each end with roomy shelves inside. The center has a glass door that I display carnival glass in. There is another shelf for that display and have it and it will be included with the buffet. It has two long and wide drawers for storage and has pretty black and white solid marble that is about 2" thick. Each drawer and cabinet has silver toned and brass handles in the art deco style. The brass could use a good polishing. This piece is very versitile, I have used itin the kitchen as an island and in the living room as a TV stand. It does have a hole cut in the back for electronic component cords. The heavy marble top has a crack through it and is in two pieces. The marble is removeable to make moving the piece easier. It is very heavy with the mable approximately 300 pounds. I cannot ship this item it is for local pick up only in Mannington, WV 26582. Up for sale is a great playing Conn 8D Double french horn. This horn was made during the transition from Elkhart to Eastlake. So it has an Eastlake bell. Otherwise it is identical to an Elkhart horn. I have played this instrument, and it plays as well as any 8D I have ever played. This horn has tapered valves and is the last in the series of great playing 8D's. All slides pop when pulled and valves work great. There are minor dents and lacquer scratches as evidenced by the pictures, but none affect playability. The bell does have some small tears where the metal was worked after the bell was dented. The last three pictures are of those tears. They do not affect the sound nor the stability of the bell in any way. This horn also includes the original hard shell case and a Giardinelli C4. Antique PAIR Twin Bed Set Painted Carved Wood Shabby Cottage Chic French Louis
This is a Pair of Antique Beds. All wood, believed carved, And hand painted with florals. As shown. Here's what I know for sure, These were carried from Wyoming to Oregon. Where they are located now. I don't know how they got to Wyoming. Maybe by wagon train( These beds are not damaged. And not dirty. They are just mighty aged. And have not been restored. So, authentic chic'n shabby, as shown. My intention. Was to strip and refinish. But that didn't happen. I kept these beds on hand for extra guests. Each has 2" wide Steel'L' shape brackets to hold a platform. And I just added a 3/4" thick strand board from Home Depot. Cut short for ease to 32" x 72" And these hold a ton. No prob. These beds come apart. 4 pieces each, and are easy to assemble by hand. I do not know that these size beds are called ... moretwin. I believe that they. Are a little longer and a bit narrower. These were made using Thick Wood. The Side Rails are 1.5" thick. And the footboards and headboards are 1.25" thick. Here are the measurements: The Headboard height is 47.75" 48" in height at the Center. The Footboard height is 32" from the ground to the top at the center. The Widths of these beds. The headboards and footboards, is 39" The Width at the center. From and including rail to rail, is about 36" These rails are 78" in length. And the total length of these beds is 81.5" Measurements are approximate but as accurate as possible. We are pleased to offer this exceptional pair of antique nightstands or side tables. This pair dates to around 1940. They are made of mahogany and have been painted white and distressed. The pair are elegant and sleek with a low profile. They feature a two tier design with open backs. They have elongated lower sections with curved fronts. There have decorative square. Raised wood pieces on the skirt of the lower tier. These have been left in the original finish to contrast with the paint. The legs are lovely in Duncan Phyfe style. The center leg column has also been left in the original finish. The table has ornate brass touches as well. There are lion face"door knocker" style pulls on each side between the two tiers. The feet are brass with a claw foot design. The tables are very nice. They are very sturdy. There are no manufacturer's ... moremarks. The pair measure 25.75" tall and 16" wide. Antique French Toile de Jouy Cushion Pillow c. 1870- 80 A delightful Cushion- pillow- made from antique French toile de Jouy depicting the'Toilette d'Amour' This toile has been recovered from a bed hanging and is clean and strong. To the extreme right is the figure of Amour reclining on a chaise with flowers in her hair and. In a cartouche unerneath, part of the title of the toile- La Toilette de. The toile is lightly quilted and dates from around 1870- 1880. It is pieced on the left side. The back is made from French pure linen check fabric from the 1920s. The cushion measures 15 ins(38cm) by 12 ins(30.4cm) and has a new feather cushion pad. The colour is a pretty pink on white ground. Please be aware that different monitors show colours differently.
