This sideboard is large ... moremeasuring about 78" long(6.5 Ft) 41" tall(about 3.5 Ft) and 21" thick from front to back. It has cabinets on each end with roomy shelves inside. The center has a glass door that I display carnival glass in. There is another shelf for that display and have it and it will be included with the buffet. It has two long and wide drawers for storage and has pretty black and white solid marble that is about 2" thick. Each drawer and cabinet has silver toned and brass handles in the art deco style. The brass could use a good polishing. This piece is very versitile, I have used itin the kitchen as an island and in the living room as a TV stand. It does have a hole cut in the back for electronic component cords. The heavy marble top has a crack through it and is in two pieces. The marble is removeable to make moving the piece easier. It is very heavy with the mable approximately 300 pounds. I cannot ship this item it is for local pick up only in Mannington, WV 26582. Up for your consideration I am offering a beautiful piece that is hard to part with. I am downsizing and would keep it if I could. This sideboard is large measuring about 78" long(6.5 Ft) 41" tall(about 3.5 Ft) and 21" thick from front to back. It has cabinets on each end with roomy shelves inside. The center has a glass door that I display carnival glass in. There is another shelf for that display and have it and it will be included with the buffet. It has two long and wide drawers for storage and has pretty black and white solid marble that is about 2" thick. Each drawer and cabinet has silver toned and brass handles in the art deco style. The brass could use a good polishing. This piece is very versitile, I have used itin the kitchen as an island and in the living room as a TV stand. Art Deco cabinet vintage 1930's marble topped sideboard buffet hutch antique
A fine Italian marquetry sideboard. It features impressive flame-mahogany and burl-walnut veneers, classic angle-fronted drawers, beveled and etched-glass doors, a marble top, scalloped edges, and bronze and Bakelite hardware. The piece comes apart in two sections, with the back and upper cupboards lifting off the base section. Dimensions are approx. 76" H x 62" W x 21" D. The piece is original and authentic. And as such there is evidence of minor damage to the veneer, with a few small chips on the top and front of some drawers, and the left hand glass door. I have attempted to show this in the last 3 photos. The effect is hardly noticeable, and does nothing to detract from the rather elegant majesty of the piece. I'm not sure what room of the house it's intended for…but would make a GREAT sideboard in a dining room…or in a living room…or a great large triple dresser(chest of drawers) in a Bedroom. It's appx 6 feet long and appx 21" deep and appx 24" tall… I have just cleaned it off…and left it just as I acquired it.so you could see exact detail of condition issues…the 4 brass pulls that were original have been replaced…and one of these is missing. I think the pulls should look similar. But be a bit larger…so you'd need to buy 4 replacement…to your taste…brass pulls…I have also seen some wooden pulls that would look great on the piece. On the ... moreright side of the piece…in the very back there is a couple of inches of veneer that's been lost…it could easily be stained(or brown waxed in) and just disappear, based on where it's at.I left it so you can see what's missing. On the Right side of the piece…there is some very small nick and losses to the veneer…again…stain or wax will cover. The front of the piece just needs a good waxing…but it's NOT like new…it's vintage.check all of the pics out…you'll see on all four exterior edges of the drawers that have pulls…a"brass line"that is from a really cool brass molding that runs down the side of the piece and shows at each drawer where the drawer is curved in. I've stressed the condition issues…but it's the UNIQUENESS I SHOULD POINT OUT… I haven't seen anything quite like this…it's big and masculine and sexy…and the wood is gorgeous. Antique Art Nouveau Painted Ceramic Tile Sideboard Tray with brass gallery Deco
Very nice large and unusual Ceramic and Brass Art Nouveau Tray. A very rare survivor. I cannot find one as pretty or as totally Art nouveau online, an arresting piece that catches the eye when you enter a room. There is a lustre to the glaze when it catches the light especially on the bottom half The tile measures 14 by 18 inches and with the handles 20 inches. It has some problems. One of the handles has been re-attached many years ago and there is some light scratching as you would expect on a tray of this age but most not that visible and on the white part of the tray. The colours are beautiful. The top area is pale blue and the flowers are on a white back ground which makes them stand out. There are makers marks(see photos) but they are blurred. Antique French? European Art Deco Sideboard Here is a wonderful antique Art Deco Sideboard for you consideration. I'm not certain of it's origin but appears to be Italian or French. Since I cannot ascertain its manufacturer or age. You must be the ultimate judge. This stunning Sideboard has 4 drawers with silver ball type pulls. Each backed by a copper disc. The end swinging cabinet doors are hinged the full length and both contain a working lock(photo#4) with key. The pulls on each door are truly amazing, a perfect compliment to the quarter-sawn oak veneer inlay. There is one small area of veneer loss on the RH end(photo#8) which is easily repaired. The crowning element is the top surface which is a warm rose-colored Italian marble. The top measures 47-1/4” wide x 19-3/4” deep. The sideboard stands approx. 33” tall. Gorgeous Art Deco? Waterfall Dresser Sideboard Bakelite Handles Floral Veneer
This is a beautiful waterfall dresser. It has three drawers. The top drawer has three sections and looks like it once held a box in the middle section that is no longer there. All drawers are dovetailed. The veneer is in generally excellent condition. There are some scuffs to the finish especially on the top left corner along the side-see close-up photo for details. There is also a small amount of white paint splatter at the bottom middle. There are random small dents and marks. But they are not noticeable. There is also a locking mechanism that you can see on the side of it, but I do not have the key. It is missing one piece of the Bakelite in the drawer pull. The marble top was professionally custom made for this piece and is very thick and heavy and a perfect fit.The mirror was made to fit as well. The wood is all original with no repairs. The doors and drawers have their original pulls and hinges and locks but no key. It measures about 18" deep. 48" wide, 44" to top of marble, 58" max height at top of mirror. Since I cannot ascertain its manufacturer or age. You must be the ultimate judge. This stunning Sideboard has 4 drawers with silver ball type pulls. Each backed by a copper disc. The end swinging cabinet doors are hinged the full length and both contain a working lock(photo#4) with key.
