There is a tight split in the lid. One piece of inlay is missing, the"keeper" on the writing surface is missing, and the ribbon to open the bottom writing surface is missing. Please refer to the photos for a complete description of condition. The camera captures the felt as blue, but my eyes tell me it is a purple color.
