To the left of the desk is a tall shelf area with four adjustable shelves for storage or acting as a bookcase again having fine ornate wood carving over the glass door front. The ornate carvings on the front of the fold-down desk and upper glass door appear Victorian. Work is needed for refinishing this piece to bring it back to its original beauty. Some wooden back pieces shown in front. Need to be fixed to the back of the desk area and one more missing piece to make the back complete. Overall measurements: 63 ½” high 42 3\4" Wide 14 ½” deep The carved decorative top piece laying in front is shaped to hold a mirror which fits between the pieces and sits on the top of the desk area. Condition: Used Location: Mansfield, United States Antique Oak High Back Swivel Banker’s Lawyer’s Executive Desk Chair Wakefield For sale is an antique oak high back swivel banker’s lawyer’s executive ... moredesk chair. It is pretty unique with the solid top backrest with scroll top corners. The base mechanism is marked H. B. W. Co. Heywood Brothers& Wakefield Company. That dates it from 1897 to 1921. Swivels and is on casters. This chair is in excellent condition with some minor chips along the left edge of the backrest and a small dark spot on the seat. There are a couple of places where the bolts/ screws need tightening. There are no splits or repairs to the wood. The base was removed at some point. Possibly at the time the chair may have been refinished. I’m not sure. When the base was reattached, new holes were used right in front of the original ones and unoriginal screws were used. There are also about 4 small holes in the seat bottom, 2 on each side. I don’t know what this was for. The seat is about 17 inches from the ground. The backrest is about 40 inches high. This chair was removed from a storage unit filled with the inventory from a New Hampshire antique shop. This is the last piece of oak furniture from the storage. The pieces were all in beautiful condition and excellent quality. Located in Irvine. CA. Pick up is free. Due to size, this chair will have special freight requirements. I can unscrew the base to make it smaller, but it will still be large.

Antique Korean Black Lacquer w/ Abalone Inlay Living Room Furniture
I am helping my 90 year old neighbor sell off his antique Korean furniture and various other dolls and wall hangings. He purchased these items well over 50 years ago when his wife was alive and actually she was the one who did the collecting. The black lacquer furniture was bought from a Korean family that was moving back to Asia. The furniture was old when my neighbor acquired it and it is show quality craftsmanship. Supposedly the people that make this furniture go blind at an early age. The detail work is incredible! The furniture is in overall very good condition for it's age. There is one end table that is NOT pictured. But it is identical to the one that IS pictured. I just didn't get a shot of it yet. Both end tables have a fairly small chip on one front corner. It doesn't look that bad, and I can get a close up detail ... morephoto for you if you like and send it to you. The furniture has some small scratches and scuffs that look like normal wear and tear to me, but I consider this furniture well above average and well taken care of. Look at the photos and don't hesitate to ask if you have questions or what a closeup picture of something. I am at my max limit for posting pictures to the auction. The two tea table are stacked on top of each other obviously, and they each have another little table that you can barely see in the photo. Up for auction are 5 vintage antique primitive wood round furniture pulls recently found at auction in the suburban Philadephia. PA area. All have what appear to be original hardware. There are two different sizes. They two smallest measure approximately 1 1/4" in diameter. The largest three have an approximate diameter of apprroximately 1 3/4" in size. screw is approximately 1" long. Originally white, they have been painted green. All five show losses to the paint. Charming handmade and painted large scale miniature kitchen set from the early 1900's. Unmarked. And appears to be of Scandinavian origin. The attention to detail in this set is amazing! From the careful. Sculpted shapes to the well appointed hardware, hand-painted accents to frosted glass-type panes, no detail was overlooked! Very unusual to see in a set this old. There are eight pieces in total: a hutch. Kitchen table, bench, two chairs, foot stool, kitchen sink and hanging cupboard. Hutch measures 9.5" tall. 9.5" long and 4.75" wide. Table measures 3.25" tall. 5.75" long and 3.5" wide. Bench is 2" tall. Is 7.5" long on one side and 8.75" long on the other side and 1.75" deep. Chairs are 4.5" tall in the back and 2" tall at the seat and 2" across. Footstool is 1.5" ... moretall and 3" long. Kitchen sink is 4.5" tall. 5.25" long and 4.25" deep. Hanging cupboard is 3" tall. 3.5" long and 1.75" deep. Good vintage condition. Shows wear to the finish. Edges and corners consistent with age and use. This Sturdy Mirror is in very nice condition. With no real damage, although there IS some slight separation at some corners, and a bit of wear, appropriate for its age, but no real damage to speak of. Perfect for a large wall or hallway. This was made to hang horizontally OR vertically. And has hangars attached to hang it either way. This is probably from the turn of the century. Possibly 1910-1930, but I can't be certain. The New Orleans Furniture Manufacturing Co was in business from the late 1800's, so it could be older. But again, I really don't know. The back has a" New Orleans Furniture Mfg Co" sticker. As you can see in the photos. This ... morelooks great. And has NO real damage that I can find. If you look closely at the frame, you'll see there's a fine line, or'split' along one side. This appears to have been in the wood from when this was made, and there's a'repair' holding the frame together. I'm sure there's NO danager of the split getting any worse. Please see the pics. Which are all of the actual mirror) MEASUREMENTS: 28 1/ 4" Wide X 22 1/4" Tall. With Frame. The actual mirror(opening in frame) is 23 3/8" x 17 7/8" The wood frame is right at 2 3/8" Wide all around& 1" Deep. And there is decoration at the top& sides which make the frame a bit taller/wider. this is fairly heavy at appx 14# shipping weight is appx 22 pounds when safely packed& boxed) As you see in the pictures. This is Beautiful! VERY well made, in VERY Nice Condition, especially considering it's age. This is a 1920's Unique Antique CENTURY FURNITURE CO. Grand Rapids. Michigan Trefoil Oak Side Table with Burl Wood Top. The Top has Small Ends of the Legs that are Pegged Through the Burl, see third photo. The Table measures 22 1/2" high x 20" across two lobes x 18 5/8" across the lobes to the opposite sides. The Underside of the Shelf has the Original Label"From the Shops of the Centvry Fvrnitvre Co. Grand Rapids, Michigan. and Burned in Mark"Centvry Grand Rapids" and Black Stamped"K1023" Mark. 2 Vintage Used Brown Wood Wooden Brass Desk Cabinet Furniture Drawers Antique?
Two. Vintage, used, old, wood, wooden, brass, desk, cabinet, furniture drawers, possibly antique. The larger drawer shows overall wear including scratches. Scuff marks, discoloration, unoriginal paint marks found, missing finish, nicks and chips found to the wood, and the back of the drawer appears to have been replaced with a piece of wood as there is a partial advertising label found. The smaller drawer is scratched. Discolored, stained, the brass is tarnished, and there is slight looseness found to the brass back piece. The larger drawer measures approximately 8.5” x 8.25” x 3.5” tall at the back and 3.25” at the front. And the smaller drawer measures approximately 4” x 3” x 2.25” at its largest dimensions and the wood portion alone measures approximately 3.25” x 2.625” x 1.75” Please see pictures for more details.
