The rest of the case has various nicks to the coating. On the interior there are a few blemishes from normal use, and a clear break where the blade is stored. The wooden “knuckle” was broken and looks to have been put back into place. The blade is in overall good condition except for a small chip in the edge of the blade. The microtome itself is in great condition and still operated as it should. The lower adjustment is a bit tight, but not difficult to move.Please see photos and send any questions.
