Antique Porcelain Lace Dresden Style Colonial Boy & Girl Figurine Figures
This is a pair of colonial or victorian boy and girl porcelain figurines. Each is handpainted and has beautiful ruffled edges on their clothing made of porcelain and accented in gold gilt. They each still have their foil stickers. Each are approximately 4 inches tall. 3 1/2 inches wide. Both in excellent condition with just a few minor chips to the ruffled edges which isn't really noticable and they are a little dusty. Antique Continental Porcelain Man Figurine in Colonial Dress.
This auction is for a continental porcelain figurine of a colonial dressed man. The man's dress is decorated with blue floral designs with partially lost golden accents. The figurine stands approximately 7" tall and is 4.5" X 3.5" at the base. The condition of the figurine is very good considering its age. Outside of the few small black dots. A crack on the bottom of the base and some losses of the golden paint there are no other defects that I could identify. There is a stamp on the base right above the crack, but the maker is unknown to me. The crack on the base is most likely a result of a manufacturing defect and the age of the figurine. This fabulous ornate piece features two young ladies fashionable dressed and sitting alongside a dainty little table set for two. They appear to be enjoying a cup of chocolate along with some tasty pastries. Notice the sweet little spaniel dog eagerly awaiting a little handout! In excellent antique/vintage condition. The only blemish I see is a tiny fleabite located on the lady's green dress. See photo. It is approximately 1/16th of an inch in width. Barely noticeable. Antique Porcelain Lamp with Colonial Woman Figurine- Made in Italy. It measures approximately 8-1/4" x 6-7/8" x 25-7/8" tall. Some of the leaf tips are broken in her basket, there is a spot on the front of her dress where the paint is missing and the black base needs to be touched up as it also has some missing paint, please see the pictures. On the bottom is Italy& 98/77. It does work. I cleaned it some, but it needs a good cleaning. Please look at my pictures as they are a very important part in describing my items. Sorry. No returns. This is such a perfect little vintage lamp. Cute colonial couple figurine lamp. Porcelain and looks hand painted. There are no makers mark. I know it is a vintage lamp because the prongs on the power cord are the older version where the prongs are the same size. Plus the metal seat of the light bulb has a patina of age. It has no chips or cracks. The lamp shade is relatively new. So if you don't want the shade just let me know and I won't put it in the package.
