This is a beautiful half doll related ballerina dancer figurine made in Germany. Her arms are raised in a dance pose. The skirt of her dress is white with blue and gold gilt flowers and her bodice is painted in gold gilt. Approximately 4 1/2 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches wide. Marked on the bottom with a blue crown and N as shown. She is in excellent condition with just a manufacturing flaw where there is a small tiny dull spot where there is no glaze under her skirt. pic 12) There is also one tiny chip on her skirt that is not even noticable I have to run my finger across it to even find it. This is a beautiful 2 piece Dresden ballerina lady dancer figurine flower frog or hatpin holder that was manufactured in Germany by Volkstedt. The ballerina's bodice is green and her tutu is also accented in that color. The bottom of her base is accented in gold gilt. The bowl is white and it is accented in gold gilt around its edges. Marked on the base with the blue Volkstedt mark and the word Germany is written in cursive. Approximately 4 1/4 inches tall and about 5 1/2 inches wide at its widest point. The mark ENS on the other side of the basement has Black color. I don't know what does that mean. I know only one thing- she is Incredible! I am not sure about the fingers. The glisten of the glaze draws one’s eye toward her beautiful face. The dancing figure stands on a one and one-quarter inch round base. The base is highlighted with gold details, as are her ballerina flats. The porcelain house markings on this piece are printed in grey under the glaze. The precision of the paint details blue ribbon lines on her bodice. Her two-tier lace skirt is decorated with one yellow rose and one pink rose. The green leaves of the flowers draw attention to the green bow in her hair. She wears yellow shoes to stand on a 1 ½” circular base. Lovely Vintage Fasold & Stauch Germany Porcelain Ballerina Dancer Figurine
Direct from a local estate is this lovely vintage porcelain ballerina figurine. She's positioned in a graceful pose with her arms in the air while on her toes. Her tutu is lilac color with gold accents on the bust and edge of the tut u and she's wearing gold slippers. She has blond hair and blue eyes. The base is marked in red(pictured) Fasold& Stauch. Co. of Bock Wallendorf, Germany. Based on the style of the ballerina I estimate the age to be from the 1930's. This is a Very good condition cabinet displayed piece. I found what looks like a tiny glaze pop or possible paint bubble from the manufacturing on the nose. This is a lovely lady dancer ballerina figurine by Ludwigsburg of Germany. She is wearing a beautiful floral print dress and her arms are raised and resting behind her head Approximately 3 1/2 inches tall and 2 1/4 inches wide at widest point. Marked on bottom with the blue Ludwigsurg stamp. And there are numbers incised in the porcelain, they are hard to read but I think it says 5599. She is in excellent condition with just a hairline crack to the bottom of the base and someone put glue across the crack for some reason. But the integrity of the piece is not affected by the crack. This auction is for a lovely collectible porcelain sculpture from Unterweissbach. It features a beautiful dancer in flowing dress with blue bow on the low cut bodice. She wears a matching bow in her hair and gold ballet slippers. Her raised leg is bent at the knee and she is slightly bent with her arms in the air. She is quite lovely and my pictures don't do her justice. The bottom of the figurine features the 1960's VEB Unterweissbach East Germany blue mark and the impressed number 22. The figurine is about 10" tall by 6" long and she is in excellent condition I can find no cracks. Chips, or paint problems, although there is a tiny pinprick sized black mark on the base that looks like a flaw in the porcelain. Please see all pictures. Sorry. No original box or documentation.
