This is an unusual and rare piece from cordey it is a large bowl or thrinket dish with a victorian lady bust or half doll style figurine attached to the center. It is in really good condition considering its age.there are 2 small nicks on the underneath the lip of the bowl. And arent visible from the front or top of the bowl.also minor nicks to flowers, petals, and the bow on her head.Nothing too noticable or that detracts from the beauty of this figural bowl. The numbers 7012 and146 are written on the bottom. It measures 12 inches wide. 8 inches tall, and 9 inches deep. Cordey Porcelain Victorian French Woman
This is a beautiful porcelain figurine of a Victorian French Woman. She has exquisite facial details. Including pursed ruby red lips, blue eye and pretty eyebrows. She has bologna curls and a gold tiara, ruffles on her dress and a rosette in the front. She is extremely delicate and pretty. On her base is written 5014 and the number 4 circled. The figure measures 6.5 inches from tip of tiara to base. There are no chips or cracks but there is some slight bits of paint missing from her tiara. There is a tiny brown spot on her shoulder, which I believe is there from the manufacture.

This beautiful lady on a pedestal is 11 inches tall. She has gray ringlets and a hat. She has lace at her neck. On her sleeves and down the front of her blouse. She has a belt around her tiny waist fastened with a rose. Her underskirt features roses on a white background. Her overskirt is pink and blue. A special material formulated by Boleslaw Cybis who made gift shop items in the 1940s in Trenton, NJ. This figurine stands 6 1/2" high and 3 1/2" wide at the base. Boleslaw Cybis Cordey porcelain lamb 5" tall This decorative figurine was made between 1942-1955. It stands 8" tall and the base is 6 1/4" across. The base is marked 6025 67. With 6025 being the product, or mold number; and 67 being the number in the series in which it was fired. The colors are in good condition but three of the little tufts of fur on the head are chipped on the very tip; and the end is broken off the lowest leaf on the flower. It's wonderful how her scarf and hand warmer have been decoupaged in porcelain. She does not bare the Dresden Lace mark but she resembles many of their exquisite pieces. This listing is for a vintage 1940's-1950's Cordey(precursor to Cybis) porcelain decorative wall plaque measuring approximately 12" x 9" with a depth of 3-1/2" flush back that adheres to wall is 8-3/4" x 5" It features a charming three-dimensional lady creating the impression that she is emerging from a pastel garden path as she steps out of the flat backdrop or frame. To me. The style appears to be French Provincial given the scrollwork and the woman's style of attire; but it could be considered Victorian/Art Nouveau or Colonial, as well. This beautifully rendered piece is in marvelous condition- I can find no chips, cracks or breaks. The white along the edges of her hat, flowers and leaves reflect the absence of paint- apparently not applied on the edges in some areas- and are not chips or damage. Up for sale are two vintage Cordey Grape Gatherers Young Man and Woman figurines that are signed and numbered. The Cordey China Company was founded in 1942 in Trenton. New Jersey, by Boleslaw Cybis. The operation was small with less than a dozen workers. They produced figurines, vases, lamps and similar items, much of which was marketed through gift shops both nationwide and abroad. Though the earlier wares were made of plaster, Cybis soon developed his own formula for a porcelain composition which he called"Papka. Cordey figurines and busts were characterized by old-world charm, Rocco scrolls, delicate floral appliques, ruffles and real lace which was dipped in liquified clay to add dimension to the work. Vintage Cordey. Colonial Styled Lady Figural Lamp. 31" Tall to the top of shade hoop. Approximateley 14" tall x 6 1/2" deep figurine with pleasant smooth facial features with slight rosy red highlights. Long raised hair with blue roses matching the roses decoration the bottom of her gown. Lace neck dress with blue HP bodice and delicate mid arm sleeves on top of A large hooped skirt with open front and exposing lace like underlayers highlighted with Blue Ribbons. Brass base and fluted brass lamp support. Electric lamp socket and switch work. Felt on base is loose. This figurine has many small elements that are damaged. Chipped, or missing. Set of Cordey Porcelain Cherub Candlestick Holders Floral Lace Design ca 1940-1950’s Elegant set of cherub candlestick holders. Hand painted. With lace porcelain and floral design. Gold designs throughout. They measure about 8 inches tall and 5 ½ inches wide. One of them is signed as shown in the last picture and the other just has the number which is common for Cordey. The number is 8048– 143. They were dusty but I couldn’t clean them well because I am afraid I will break them. I have checked them over looking for the usual broken leaves or flowers but couldn't find any! This candle holders are absolutely beautiful!

So. I am not able to comment on condition. There are some condition issues. On both cherubs there are chips on hair curls. Also one cherub appears to have some repair on piece attaching its back to the cornucopia. Im not sure if this is a repair or original to the figure due to its location. I have provided magnified photos. I dont see any other condition issues. Again. Im not an expert. Both items have Corday identification on bottom. Difficult to see in photo. Thank you for looking.

This lovely Cordey figurine is of Marie Antoinette. It measures 11 1/2" tall. The dress is done in three pastel colors, green, pink and blue and has a lot of lace embellishment. I have looked it over carefully and do not see any damage. The bottom is inscribed with the Cordey name and also the number, 5084" There is also an old paper sticker near the bottom, most likely the store it was sold from. Lily pad hat and wearing a lite blue dress with a big blue bow, long shoulders and a pink rose. Perfect condition. Beautiful hand painted face indicative of the quality Cybis/ Cordey artists. Impressed on the bottom with"CORDEY" and"5007. The Cordey China Company was from Trenton. New Jersey founded in 1942, by Boleslaw Cybis. The operation was small with less than a dozen workers. They produced figurines, vases, lamps and similar items, much of which was marketed through gift shops both nationwide and abroad. Though the earlier wares were made of plaster, Cybis soon developed his own formula for a porcelain composition which he called"Papka. Cordey figurines ... moreand busts were characterized by old-world charm, Rocco scrolls, delicate floral appliqués, ruffles and real lace which was dipped in liquified clay to add dimension to the work. Although on rare occasions some items were not numbered or signed, the basic figure was cast both with numbers and the Cordey signature. The molded pieces were then individually decorated and each marked with its own impressed identification number as well as a mark to indicate the artist-decorator.
