Antique 1800s Porcelain Bust Gilt Gold Royal Girl Child Kinderbust Meissen style
Antique 19th Century Porcelain Bust Kinderbust(Meissen style) This is a 19th century kinderbust. Purchased for $850 in 1998 from a reputable dealer in Southern California. Her receipt from that purchase has her labeled as"Saxony/Prussia's Daughter" She is from the same estate as the Meissen plates and figurines that we have listed also. She is absolutely lovely. With delicate skin coloring from her forehead to bodice, flushed cheeks, tiny painted hair peeking out the back of her bonnet and brown eyes. She is wearing a very detailed print gown with a turquoise sash across it. And the flowers on her chest are in excellent condition, we can find no chips on them. Her bonnet and gown. As well as the base are painted with gold. The red bow at her neck is articulated. With all four pieces coming up off of the main body of the statue. ... moreThe plume on her bonnet has broken off. But as you can see it is a clean break and the plume fits back on perfectly. See close-ups please. The interior of the plume has thick copper pieces in it. The base of the statue is slightly rough with a hole in the center. It looks as though this was originally glued( onto a larger base. For an item that is from at least the 1800's. She is in great shape. She measures 6.75" tall. Widest point is 4.5" across. Base measures 2.25" across. She weighs 1 lb. 5 oz. before any packaging. Antique Parian Girl Wearing A cross Bust Has Been Glued
This is a very fine bust and she is unfortunately broken. The neck has been glued but could use a better repair. The girl has no marks and she is about 7 inches tall. There might possibly be a nick above her eye but it is hard to tell if it was original or if it is a chip. The girl is wearing a cross. The bisque does have some dark pin prick marks and it might be normal. I don't know.

intage Fine Porcelain Bust of Young Girl with a Ponytail, 1920s
For your consideration. A lovely bust of a young girl with a ponytail in fine porcelain. The piece is unmarked other than pattern number 107 on the base but likely dates pre 1930 since the country of origin is not marked. I suspect she's German or Czechoslovakian based on style and quality. The bust is highly detailed and finely sculpted with no chips, cracks, or evidence of prior repairs. There are some very minor imperfections/ stains to the surface, some from the firing process and some likely age related. They're very minimal and cannot be seen in the photos. Measures 6 inches in height.

Replica of Limoges Bust of Young Girl and Boy in Bisque
Other than the original Limoges busts. These are the only busts I could find on line like these. These are very good replicas, measuring 10" tall, the boy is numbered(on the bottom) 6113 and the girl is numbered 8113(the numbers are imprinted into the lip of the bottom in red ink. We could find no damage. They look like they are bisque for the bust and porcelain stands. Very nice, unique is size and quality.

Being offered is a neat set of Bust that are signed on the back and has the blue ink markings on the bottom. I can not make the signature out on the back nor do I know the marking but it does say made in Italy and they are numbered. I don't see any chips or cracks. Paint looks to be slightly worn on their nose and a few tips of their hair. These neat little detailed pieces stand about 5" tall. Could use a mild cleaning to get some light soiling from being handled over the years.

Antique German Bisque Porcelain Dresden Girl Lady Figural Bust Figurine Figure
This is a gorgeous figural bust of a little girl or young woman. She is painted pink and she has lovely floral pattern with raised white dot like detailing of the flowers. Approximately 7 3/4 inches tall and 4 inches wide. She is in excellent condition. On the tip of her scarf where it is tied at her neck one of the points feels rough like it might be a chip but it is hard to tell because it is kind of underneath the point. So i'm not sure if it is a chip or not. But I did want to mention it for accuracy. No other chips, cracks or restorations that I can see. Goldscheider - Marble/Stone 4.5" Praying Girl Bust
Store 5255 Description This auction is for a beautiful 4.5" marble or stone bust by Goldscheider. This looks like a smaller version of"The Praying Girl" which is a full body sculpture. And may have been the inspiration for this piece in later years of the company. I could not find this particular Goldscheider hallmark. The alabaster colored figure is resting on a grey base. Her features are well defined. She is a lovely little girl caught up in prayer. Markings/Manufacturer: There is a Goldscheider hallmark on the bottom but it is partially covered by felt or some other material probably to protect whatever it is sitting on. See pictures. Goldscheider is a very old company and has had different hallmarks at different times. So I don't know what period produced this piece. Dimensions: She is about 4.5" x 2.5" x ... more2" Condition: B There is a chip on her bonnet. And one on the top of her bonnet. the chips are there, but when you rub you finger over the statue, it feels smooth.There are some imperfections that may or not be due to the carving process. There are variances in the color which may be due to the natural shades of the marble or stone. This is a beautiful vintage piece of art and is in GVC.
