Antique Aristrocrat Victorian Couple PIANO~VIOLIN c. 1850-75 Germany C Schneider
The company was founded in 1859. From the colors used and the markings. I believe this was made prior to 1875. In 1875 they added a red marking on the bottom of the piece. The company changed hands over the years and finally went out of business in 1951. This figure is a nice size, measures 8 1/2"l x 6 1/2"h x 4" deep. No chips or cracks. She even still has all her delicate little fingers. Very nice detail on this. Very good condition.

Vintage pair of porcelain victorian lady lamp figurines made in Germany
This is a very old pair of beautiful porcelain lamps made in Germany from the early 1900's. They are both numbered 14702, there is a makers mark on the side but I am not able to find much info but believe it might be Dornheim Kock Fischer. They are 9 1/2" high overall and the figurine it's self is 6 1/2" high, 4" wide, and 3 1/2" deep. These lamps both have the original cloth covered cords that they first came with and will have to be replaced if you intend to use them. There is no chips cracks or scratches on these wonderful pieces. They would be great in a girls room or up in a lit shelf and proudly displayed. Insurance will be included with shipping. Meaning that the design or function of an item was officially registered inside all of the Germany states. D.R.G.M. registration was introduced 1891 and even during Allied occupation up until 1949. Registration procedures remained untouched and still used the D.R.G.M. registration documents, which of course explains why D.R.G.M. marks can be found on products actually manufactured up until 1952 as the registration itself was valid for three years. This lovely white bisque porcelain piece features a lovely lady with a close fan held in one hand ~ fantastic details. I am assuming that it is a candle holder. This unique Victorian gentleman is just over 4 3/4" tall and id holding a lovely bouquet of roses. I truly do not think the roses are chipped but they have some irregular indentations so cannot guarantee it BUT very minor if anything. No other flaws. The mark on the bottom is not in my Kovels reference book but some VERY similar German marks are late 1800's. USUALLY I ship the next day. ALWAYS very well packaged! The Manderin has delicate features and a wonderful fu-manchu mustache. The child on his bak ahs delicate arms hands and feet. Each head nods from front to back and work perfectly. Each is in wonderful condition. I am not sure if the child head is original. the pivot pin is wood and paint is peeling from his face. So it is not porcelaine. Appears to be painted on porcelaine. 15" Kister Scheibe Alsbach Victorian Figural Group Germany
This item is in excellent shape except for the unfortunate shipping damage to the seat rail. I did not repair this so that the buyer could chose to epoxy the pieces themselves or have it professionally repaired. I was able to save the pieces to the rail except one. See all photos. It is 15" long by 13" high and almost 8" wide at the widest part. Marked with the Kister Scheibe Alsbach hallmark and numbered 9642 in the mold. Also marked Germany on the bottom.

Antique Rare German Rudolstadt Germany Victorian Children Figurine Group Planter
This is an Antique Rudolstadt Germany Figurine Planter. It is a Group of Victorian Children dressed as clowns sitting on a log. It measures about 9 by 7 inches and is about 7 1/2 inches tall. The children are dressed in; peach. White, light blue, and beige. There are additions of little moriage gold dots all over. It is marked on the bottom with a diamond with RW in it, topped by a crown also; GERMANY RUDOLSTADT. There is also a stray 10, and incised numbers; 4202 and 1. One of the children's heads is glued back at the neck. This was done long ago with a water soluble glue, and in my opinion is worthy of a professionally restoration. Still a Great piece no matter what!

This is a lovely pair of German antique figurines. They are approx. 6” tall. They are in excellent condition with the exception of the boys' flute& right thumb. Each figurine has a hole on the side& crackle in the back of the chairs(from original/age) There are a few typical manufacturing flaws from this era such as air bubbles. Dark specks, and glaze flaws. There is maker's marks on the back of the chairs including"Dep Germany 11981" Based on my research. It appears that these are from the late 1800's. Antique Victorian era mantel shelf spill vase and match holder of bisque porcelain. 11 1/2" tall. 5" across the base and 3" deep at the base. The back is impressed"9986 GERMANY" It is also marked with the DEP mark and a manufacturer's mark that looks like an overlay of G and I or H. This is one of those whimsical pieces that appealed to the Victorian taste- a young boy with a gathering basket looks down to the base of a ladder at an excited little dog. Except for a few accents of metallic gold, the only painted portion is the boy and his basket, the ladder and dog are unpainted matte white. There is a narrow opening on the back of the ladder that could hold spills and the basket would be an ideal place for matches- they would look like gathered wood ... moreand could probably be struck against the textured exterior of the basket. At some point in time, the basket was broken off of the piece and has been glued back in place. From the front side, it looks in perfect condition and is only noticeable if you know where to look. From the back, you will notice the broken line of separation on the boy's back and at the top corner of the basket. The old Rudolstadt makers mark consisting of a blue"R" inside a diamond is present on both pieces. The additional markings on the underside of the boy is"No. 10" and"393" impressed in the porcelain. And a handpainted"23" The girl has an impressed"393" on the front and a"No. 10" on the bottom. The bisque porcelain pair have matching bases. Some of the wonderful handpainted details are accented with gold or have some dimension to the dots on the girl's apron and boy's scarf.
