This auction is for an antique figurine outfitted for winter. It is marked Made in Germany and a number and dates to circa 1900. This is a very rare piece. Seldom seen as it is what Mary Morrison calls in her book a Nubbly Snow Baby. These are also known as Bubblebabies in reference to their coats with raised dots all over. The boy figurine on skis measures 6 1/2 inches tall. Although antique, it is in excellent condition, no chips, cracks, or hairlines. Overall, a very nice piece, bright colors, very pretty. This auction is for a vintage Hummel figurine titled Farm Boy. The figurine is 5.75 inches tall and 3.25 inches in diameter. Beautiful condition and looks great to me! Pristine, mint condition, marked under glaze with the blue"F" under a crown and tiny number to indicate date(early 20th century) Design number incised under glaze, 179. Extremely difficult to photograph with our camera, the pictures do not do it justice. There is a subtle cool cast to the glaze, and finely detailed feathers on its back and long reeds by the standing leg. The feet have tiny claws, and the eyes are set over with a fine extended brow, cheeks slightly puffed, and a long delicate furrow runs down its beak on either side with tiny nose indentations at top. There is mention of it, and the ones that typically come up are blanc white and not colored. This shows a chimney sweep carrying a ladder and a broom. This is an Antique Rudolstadt Germany Figurine Planter. It is a Group of Victorian Children dressed as clowns sitting on a log. It measures about 9 by 7 inches and is about 7 1/2 inches tall. The children are dressed in; peach. White, light blue, and beige. There are additions of little moriage gold dots all over. It is marked on the bottom with a diamond with RW in it, topped by a crown also; GERMANY RUDOLSTADT. There is also a stray 10, and incised numbers; 4202 and 1. One of the children's heads is glued back at the neck. This was done long ago with a water soluble glue, and in my opinion is worthy of a professionally restoration. Still a Great piece no matter what!

Very Old Very Rare Signed F. Drexler Statue Beautiful 10" figurine of a poor young child with amazing facial features and expression. Hummel" like face. Franz Drexler died 2 years prior to the first Hummels in 1935. Sister Maria Hummel was also born in Lower Bavaria close to Drexler. This is a rare Meissen Miniature figurine of a young Gentleman with a walking stick made in Germany. He has a tri point hat. Fancy clothes and flower detail. This is a very old statue made in the 1800s. He has gold gilt decoration and is beautifully painted. He stands 4" tall and 1 1/4" wide. He has the Meissen crossed swords mark on the bottom and I believe incised# 38 and a tiny M. He has a repair to his walking stick. He seems to be in otherwise good condition. Questions are welcome. Her dress is a watery green with gold trim and the ruffles are white and pink. She has blue bows on her shoulders. Good overall condition. No major flaws I could see but I'm by no means an expert on porcelain, so PLEASE see all the pictures and judge for yourself. She does have some dirt on her. I was told this can be cleaned with a little soapy water. But I didn't do this.it'll be up to the buyer. No markings that I could see on the bottom. But an internet search leads me to believe her to be either a Heubach or(more likely) a Conta and Boehme piece. Either way she's probably German in origin. If you have any information for me. A rare antique piece by A.W.Fr. Kister in Germany. Man kissing womans hand as she pauses playing her cello. From my research this piece is from 1930-1945 excellent condition bottom has makers mark stamped in blue and the numbers 11548 and 19 are impressed in the piece. Colors are rich and intricate. Items are sold as is. I have tried to show any flaws I have found but I am human and can miss things. Look closely at the pictures. That is the item you will receive.
