This is a sweet Meissen porcelain figure of a little girl feeding her chickens. It measures approximately 4 3/4 inches high and is in excellent condition with no chips or repairs. O ffering a very old porcelain figurine made by Neue Porzellanfabrik Tettau. It features a Mother& Son. My father brought this back in 1948 after a tour in Germany. It is undoubtedly a pre-WWII piece. The Figurine is a cream color with great attention to detail. The figures stand on a porcelain pedestal with gilded edge. There are two bottom marks. A black underglazed mark"NPT Neutettau" and a slightly damaged original gold colored sticker with the Factory logo and the mark Kuntz. The Figurine stands about 7 1/2" tall. Base is about 8" at widest point. In great vintage condition with no chips. Nicks, cracks or repairs. Minim al g ilding wear though it could probably use a light cleaning Predates WWII because it has no"US Zone" mark. It was brought to the US by relative s in 1948. The New Porcelain Factory.a ... morebit of History. The facility was founded in 1904 by a group of salesmen fron in and around Tettau. Who had up until then been re-selling items produced by the Königlich privilegiertePorzellanmanufaktur Tettau also located in Tettau. Based on his experience in running similar companies. The partners voted for Hans Pülz to become first manager of the facility. Under his management, the facility soon exceeded the expectations by far and in 1913 already employed 125 people. The company specialized on producing figurines(including a high amount of lace figurines) as well as animal figure groups. But always produced a wide array of other items like lamp bases, vases, ashtrays, etc. Through various contacts based on the trade partners of the founders. The company also quite early produced items for export to the US and England. In 1923. The company also included industrial porcelain items in its product portfolio and after a long period of internally restructuring the business, it was finally made into a(stock) corporation. Beautiful porcelain nude bather flower frog lady figurine. This lovely lady is standing on a base with a shell and coral decoration/ motif. It is a bit more defined than the scanner photo picked up. She has a serene expression and stands gracefully with a draped scarf. I do not see any chips, cracks or repairs. On the back she is faintly incised with a number that looks like 5621, this is shown in the fifth picture. She measures just under 7.5" high. She is not marked as to maker, but is German. She is shown in Bonnie Bull's flower frog book in the German chapter on page 87. This exact lady/ form in a different size is also shown in the Ladies of Hertwig book(of old catalog pages) on page 15. A terrific piece for your collection or a great gift for the collector on your list. Antique ceramic(not sure of material) German hand painted figurine of an elderly gentleman probably holding a beer stein. The item he was holding in his hand is broken off. The figurine was my grandmother's and I think her father brought it back in the early 1900's when he made a return visit to his home town of Raustein. Germany. 1920 GERMAN BISQUE ART DECO FIGURINE STATUE MARKED GERMANY NUMBERED MINT
This is an authentic 1920 large German Bisque Art Deco Figurine. This beautiful statue was made right on the edge in the 1920's the dresses became very short. And large hats were not in style. The war ended in 1918 and Germany was not making figurines during the War. The export rules also changed in 1921 where all exports had to say what country they were made in so after 1921 it would have had to say Made in Germany. So under those deductions this piece was made somewhere in that small window of 1919-1921. The figure as marked is hand painted, and it is numbered. It is tall as shown abut 12" and is in mint condition as so far as no chips or cracks what so ever however as most glazes that old has crazing as you can see in the photo. This is an amazing work of art that will display very nicely.

This is a large. Apx 4 ¼” tall and 5 ¾” long German figurine. The colors are lovely. It is decorated mainly in the primary colors, red, yellow, and blue. There is green also and gold trim. This may be a shepherdess with her beau. Note how the man’s arm is around her shoulder, and they are holding hands. There are two sheep beside them. The lady’s bonnet sits beside the man. There are two floral designs on the girl’s skirt. Markings: In black it says ARDALT. No. 7026, Germany(which is faded) and something under that. There are impressed numbers, possibly 4735A– it is hard to read. There is a green mark which looks like ND over a T, and a word which looks like Meutetta? Condition: This figurine is quite nice. There is a very tiny chip on the rim of the hat. Towards the back. One of the flowers on the skirt shows a bit of wear. U nderneath ... morethe base t here are a few chips or manufacturing flaws. This is an Antique Rudolstadt Germany Figurine Planter. It is a Group of Victorian Children dressed as clowns sitting on a log. It measures about 9 by 7 inches and is about 7 1/2 inches tall. The children are dressed in; peach. White, light blue, and beige. There are additions of little moriage gold dots all over. It is marked on the bottom with a diamond with RW in it, topped by a crown also; GERMANY RUDOLSTADT. There is also a stray 10, and incised numbers; 4202 and 1. One of the children's heads is glued back at the neck. This was done long ago with a water soluble glue, and in my opinion is worthy of a professionally restoration. Still a Great piece no matter what!

Antique Victorian era mantel shelf spill vase and match holder of bisque porcelain. 11 1/2" tall. 5" across the base and 3" deep at the base. The back is impressed"9986 GERMANY" It is also marked with the DEP mark and a manufacturer's mark that looks like an overlay of G and I or H. This is one of those whimsical pieces that appealed to the Victorian taste- a young boy with a gathering basket looks down to the base of a ladder at an excited little dog. Except for a few accents of metallic gold, the only painted portion is the boy and his basket, the ladder and dog are unpainted matte white. There is a narrow opening on the back of the ladder that could hold spills and the basket would be an ideal place for matches- they would look like gathered wood ... moreand could probably be struck against the textured exterior of the basket. At some point in time, the basket was broken off of the piece and has been glued back in place. From the front side, it looks in perfect condition and is only noticeable if you know where to look. From the back, you will notice the broken line of separation on the boy's back and at the top corner of the basket.
