Attributed to age, however it is free of cracks, stains, fleabites, crazing and repairs and it measures approximately 5.5" H. Antique Staffordshire 2 Young Boys on a Bridge Figurine What a couple of cuties! Presented is a wonderful Staffordshire figurine that features the figures of two young boys seated on a bridge. One boy has his hand raised to his head- it makes me wonder if a strong breeze just stole away his hat! Dates to the mid- to late-1800s. There is crazing throughout the piece. And it looks like someone has touched up the gilding. There is also a dark line around the backside of one of the boys(please see photos) I do believe it to be a crack, but I can't be sure- and even if it is, it hasn't gone all the way around the boy, so he certainly was never broken off at any point. As long as he is treated with a little TLC, it shouldn't be a problem. Plus, it's on the reverse of the piece, so unless you were planning on displaying these little ... moreguys with their backsides facing outward, no one's going to have any idea the line is even there! Beautiful antique bulldog. Nice heavy piece. Weighs 2 1/2 lbs. I believe it is either Staffordshire(because I acquired it in a box with 8 other Staffordshire pieces) or German. It definitely has the look of Staffordshire. Very good quality and highly detailed. Measures 6 3/4" high and 9 1/2" wide. Brown glaze. There is a repair to the back left leg(as seen in the picture) The repair was matched up perfectly with only some glue residue showing.

This is a veryy sweet old Staffordshire miniautre porcelain figurine. Dogs(poodles) on a blue pillow. They have darling little faces. It is tiny, pillow measures 2-1/2" X 1-3/4" Height is 2-1/4" tall. Condition: There are three flaws. A tiny chip on front corner of pillow(lower left) and a chip on the back of the blue pillow(Measures 1/4" There looks like another one on the dogs hip that is laying down-could be a factory flaw but I am not sure-never noiticed till now(see last three pictures) It is still a wonderful piece! A true pair and the dog's positions reverse such that they are facing each other when the figurines are placed side-by-side(pic#1) Appear hand-modelled and not from molds and please note how one of the dogs is a little shorter and fatter than the other as can be seen especially in pic#4. Pr Antique Staffordshire Sleeping Baby Fairing Figurine Figure Porcelain Bisque
This auction is for a pair of wonderful early figures of sleeping babies. They date mid to late 1800s and each measures approximately 4 1/4 inches long by 2 1/2 inches high by 2 3/4 inches deep. One has a foot broken off and ther eare some breaks to flowers in the basket. The other is in very good condition with only some small chips to the leaves in the basket. Both display very well. The figurine measures about 6 inches tall and 4 inches long by 2¾ inches wide at the base. This piece is in nice condition with the exception of a shallow chip at the inside edge of the dog's right ear which is visible mainly from underneath. Otherwise. There are no chips, nicks, cracks or other damage. There some numbers and what may be a blue inkstamp mark of some kind on the bottom. Please see picture. 53577 ANTIQUE 3 1850 STAFFORDSHIRE CHINA 14" PEASANT & COURTSHIP COUPLE FIGURINE
A lot of three antique. Circa 1850, large English Staffordshire figurines. They are enamel painted and gilt accented. Two figurines appear to be European peasant couples, the other a courtship under grape arbor. The lagest figurine has a glued back flowering plant on the vase, and an interior shrinkage crack on the tree trunk vase. The sizes from left to right are: 15-3/4" 12" and 14" tall. The smaller figurine is fine and without damage, the other figurine with courtship has the gilting on the grape arbor worn off, and is without damage. The three are for one price.

10 day auction ends on a Tuesday. I am very excited to be offering this wonderful 19th century Victorian dog figurine. He is so beautiful and his condition is amazing. I have black lighted him and he has no damage. Repairs or over paint. He has some as made marks but all paint is original and no damage. He has great detail. His little bells have some gold wear. His bells have a glossy finish but the rest of him is bisque. Open base. No markings. This beauty measures 7 1/4" tall by 6 1/2" long. He is in excellent condition.
