This great door was salvaged from an 1890s Missouri homestead and stables. Original rollers and 6ft of original track with track hangers(see pictures) The rollers and track are in perfect operable condition and will function/roll as expected once reassembled. A local artist has painted some colorful horses on the front(see pictures) but the buyer can appreciated the art or simply paint over them. The door otherwise has a light grey, faded paint on the front, seen under the horses. and on the back it has the original, unfinished frame wood with the vertical door boards painted in a vintage, medium to dark green color. Pair of Antique Vintage Cast Iron Barn Door Hardware Slider Rollers Hangers
Up for bids is a nice set of barn door roller hinges for track mounted doors. This set of hinges each have a set of rollers and door mount. They were removed from a barn in Ephrata. PA. The hinges measure approx 8.25" from the top of the mount to the bottom of the roller. The rollers measure approx 7.5" from the outside of the first roller to the outside of the second roller and are approximately 3/8" wide. Each roller spins freely and each rocker articulates freely as well. There are no cracks or breaks to these. They have great patina and rustic appearance due to the age related wear and minor rust and could be cleaned(i.e. sand blasting. Solvent, wire brush, etc) The size of the mount/track that these slide on is unknown. Please see my other listing for another identical set.

Near the Houston Ship Channel. I’m told that the warehouse was built in 1914. The outward-facing surfaces of the hangers are nicely contoured. I’ve cleaned them up by removing the large rivet that held the wheel in place. Removing the rusted needle bearings from the wheel, sandblasting the hanger and wheel, replacing the rivet with a 5/8” square-head bolt, and replacing the needle bearings with two oil impregnated, powdered metal, bronze bushings(one inside the other) The bushings fit loosely, and the wheel rolls smoothly. This is a lovely pair of antique barn door rollers. They measure 12" tall by 6" wide with 3 1/2" wheels. They are in great shape with wheels that turn and they carry no material defect. Four antique barn door rollers stamped RW. Media blasted to remove all paint and rust. These are rust free. Painted a satin black with Krylon paint. Rollers turn great. The bracket itself is 10 1/4" tall and 2 1/4" wide. The diameter of the wheel/roller is 3" The gap on the roller is 3/8" So your track width will need to be a little under 3/8" in order for it to roll properly. For sale is a Lot of 5 Vintage Antique Barn Door Rollers. There are 3 of one style and 2 of another style. There is also misc hardware that comes with this lot. I am not sure if the misc parts work with any of the rollers? When I bought this lot the entire set was wired together so can only assume it could be part of the rollers? I have had several in the past but the 3 of the same type are unique, the wheels looked formed and not solid cast iron. I did not try to clean, oil or remove the rust on these. They are dirty and rusty, need some care and oil or grease. The wheels turn but are a bit tight on some to turn. Payment via PayPal.
