3 tier Mahogany Pie Crust Pedestal Table Occasional Table Dumbwaiter Butlers
This beautiful mahogany 3 tier pedestal table stands 41 inches tall. The 3 table tiers measure 12 1/2 inches. 17 1/4 inches, 23 1/4 inches respectively. The table has been lovingly restored to its original glory. There is what looks like a glue mark on the top of the middle table top at the base of the center column. There is a small nick on the finish of one of the feet that shows in the last picture. There is also what looks like a black or darkened spot on the lower table a few inches from the edge, it measures approximately 1/2 an inch long and 1/4 inch wide. The color difference between the second picture and the rest of the pictures is from the flash being used in all but that second picture. The true color is closer to the pictures with the flash, but the flash does make it appear a bit brighter than in person. Offered for sale is a Fabulous Vintage Maitland Smith Demilune Game Table. Beautifully tooled antique brown leather covers the table. Top to bottom, including the small finials, feet and legs. The table features gold embossed detailing, three little decorative drawers with solid brass pulls, and the Maitland Smith brass plate inside the center drawer. This table is a demilune with the option of opening the top to reveal a 30" diameter round surface. The back two legs swing at approximately a 45 degree angle to support the top when open. But the markings on the bottom indicate that it was originally the champagne finish(see photos) The number"3753" is visible on the bottom with what looks like a"c" preceeding it. There are refinishing materials on eBay and other places on the internet that match the original HW champagne color and finish, or I suppose it could be restored to the HW wheat finish to match other pieces in your collection. This would be a great piece to bring back to its original glory, especially if you need to complete your set. It was manufactured with Phillips head screws. Drop-leaf Duncan Phyfe table + 6 rose back chairs. I do not know whether it's an authentic Duncan Phyfe or just Duncan Phyfe style table. I have read that very few of his tables were marked and it's nearly impossible to tell. The antique dealer that we purchased the table from felt the quality and craftsmanship were consistent with Duncan Phyfe. It is very sturdy for a drop-leaf table. Table has 3 leaves& complete set of felt pads. The felt pads are in great condition. Table is 40 inches wide and extends to 94.5 inches long. The table is in original form& as not been refinished. There are some scratches on top but it still looks fabulous. Chairs all recently upholstered. 2 chairs have a slightly different rose pattern- see picture. It has 3 drawers, each drawer is 19" deep. The table is in excellent condition, the top does show some vintage wear. On inspection there is a ring and some scuffing. A light refinish of the top would make it perfect. This table comes from a smoke free and pet free home. It is clean and ready to use. The table will be shipped by Greyhound bus. Vintage Cherry Table with 3 Leaves Hitchcock? Here is a great table for your buying consideration. The Hitchcock chairs shown in the pics are not for sale. Only the cherry table with the three leaves. I recently acquired the table at an auction. And remember. There is never any sales tax to our US customers as we live in Delaware, the home of tax free shopping! I think the cherry table is a Hitchcock. But no markings on it that specifically say that. The graining of the wood is just beautiful. Some scratches to the table, but no cracks or splits. The one scratch on main table along side is 1" long. Some scratching on the 3 leaves as well. The bottom of the legs of the table certainly show the typical wear and tear from use. I did find similar tables online that were Hitchcock and has the same legs on them, but had stencils on the top ... moreof the table. Found other tables with black painted legs and exposed cherry top with no stencils on them. Hitchcock made so many versions, so hard to say. The staples are there on the table and leaves where I think the Hitchcock tags were. You need to be the judge about the maker of the table before acquiring it. The cherry table is 42" across with no leaves in it. Each leaf is 12" wide. So table is 72" long with all three leaves in place(a little unevenness at the molding edge when all leaves in place) The table top is 28.75" from the floor. I would guess that this table is from the early to mid-60s, but again you be the judge. Let us know if you have any questions or need additional pictures. Make sure that this item meets your needs and requirements before deciding to acquire it. The item can be returned. But there is a $30 restocking fee to do so. So again. The overall height of this three tier table when stacked and bolted together is 55"and at widest it has a 39" diameter across the bottom table top. All three wood tops are a 1 1/2" thick knotty pine with an almond crackle painted finish. The ornate wrought iron steel supports have a flat black painted finish are mounted to the bottom of each table top with wood screws. The tables can be used separately or stacked. This lot is for a set of 3 nesting tables. Wood is mahogany- dark stain. More brown than red. Large table measures: 22" L x 15 3/4" W x 24" H Middle table measures: 18 3/4" L x 14 1/2" W x 23" H Small table measures 15 3/4" L x 13 3/8" W x 22" H- the small table has a small pull out drawer with brass knobs. Vintage 1950's 3-Piece Sofa/Couch Set - Mid Century Modern (Coffee Table)
You are bidding on a vintage 1950's 3-Piece seating unit which includes two sofas and one round coffee table that all fit together like a puzzle(The coffee table in the front of this piece is not included. It is a separate auction. This is a quality piece and in great shape. But the backside of the couch on the left does have a stain. I have never tried getting it out myself nor have I tried having it professionally cleaned. I would recommend doing either, or you can do as I did. I had a throw over the back and it looked great! The other option is to have it professional reupholstered since this is the original fabric. Whatever you choose, I'm sure you'll get many compliments on it just as I did. The fabric has a white background with stripes of green and blue. Very nice and it fits in with so many color schemes. The wood on the ... morelegs and rim of the table is black. The legs have the brass piece on the bottom indicative of the 50's design. I had this piece in my living/dining room and it went well with the other pieces I have up for auction; Haywood Wakefield coffee table, dining room table and buffet/hutch. All come from a non-smoking home: Dimensions: Each sofa is about 72" at its longest spot and about 31" deep. The round table is about 31" This unit can be put together in a straight line.
