Here is a great find that would be decorative to point the way along a path or placed in a flowerpot for a vine to grow around too. Also for special occasions you can think of. It is really neat with a great patina. This auction is for the arrow sign only. Planted pot not included although it is sad looking after winter weather so far! Appears to be aluminum and two iron or metal stakes. It was white that has weathered with time and it looks like the stakes were once painted deep green. It has one fresh ding on the corner tip of the arrow as shown but sure that will weather away too if used outside again. This lovely old sign was found not far from the original distillery. A super old vintage advertising sign for COGNAC BISQUIT- please see information below about the company. Made of some type of mixed metal this sign would have once stood outside a shop that sold Cognac Bisquit. Featuring a well rounded cheerful chap studying his crate of cognac whilst stood in his own"Cave" Condition is as to be expected having stood outside in all weathers for many years. Shabby and rusted all over to the front and back of the sign. I have not attempted to clean this so the rust spots, particularly on his face may well come off with a specialist rust cleaning product. Nevertheless despite it's ... morefaults this is still a charming plaque that could still be utilised- great for a home bar, brewerania collectors, restaurants, interiors etc. To the back is a metal bar in order to fold it out onto it's own stand. PRODUCE Reclaimed Wood Primitive Folk Art Upcycled Sign OOAK Kitchen Garden
Handmade Primitive Sign Made from reclaimed wood found in an older home on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. This wood is an older solid heart pine around 40-60 years old. Painted in a weathered white with hand lettered"PRODUCE" in light green. Measures 3 1/2" x 20" and is 3/4" thick. This particular wood board has the original construction company's name stamp on the back, this was probably a scrap piece from a home construction back in its day. All of my signs are painted and sanded by hand. In a non-smoking home, however, because the wood is of considerable age and come from various sources, it may be a little musty or stale from age but NO mildew or termite damage.

Vintage Early 1900s Industrial White to Red Movie Theatre EXIT Light Sign OLD! This is an original exit sign from an early movie theatre. The sign appears to be steel or aluminum that was painted to look like brass. There are two panes of glass behind the exit cutout. The top one is white and the back one is dark red. When this was originally mounted on a light box. The backlight could be turned on when the theatre lights were turned down, causing the sign to change from white to red. There are very few flaws in the brass paint and we only found a couple of small fleabites on the edge of the red glass.
