The ... morestyle is from the 1830- 1840 period and that's when I believe this was made. There is a signature written in ink on the underside of the top. But it is very difficult to decipher(see photo below) I think the small circular inset in the table top might be a deliberate example of the maker's skill rather than a later repair, but it could be to"mend" a flaw in the wood I guess. There are several closed age related cracks to the top surface and some light scratches commensurate with its age, also a small black indentation, but they are not disfiguring and show in the photographs. With table tilted height is approx 8.70 inches, with table top flat, height is approx 5 inches and diameter is approx 7 inches. Overseas buyers are welcome with postage at cost but please wait for an invoice as the postage quoted in the listing is for UK delivery. Sorry but I am not willing to post to Italy at this time. The base is wood with bamboo detail. It is finished in black lacquer with gold accents. The tray top is metal with fabulous scalloped edges. It is hand painted with a floral and urn centerpiece. It is further accented with gilded scrolls and lattice patterns. This is a superb table with an elegant and timeless charm. This is a lot of three vintage designer Danish Modern tables for one price. They are all branded on the bottom with designer"Hans C Andersen" on the bottom of the tabels- see photos. The styling and construction on these is phenomenal and so cool too. Two have some ring stains on the tops- see photos and one of these also has a chip on the edge- see photos. The third one is in very nice condition. The other two look okay now but will look amazing with a light refinishing. They disassemble very easily for very reasonable shipping. Good luck. This is a lovely artist decorated and signed 1974 artwork vintage Hollywood Regency style mid century side table for home décor that has a country flair and refined elegance all rolled into one with its useful round top resting on a three footed splay base with brass end cap feet. Which are actually hairy paw claw overlays. At the time Joan(as per her signature) did the intricate and detailed fruit still life on top, the table my best guess was already 25 years old, so calculate the item overall is circa 1940-50 benchmade American furniture with vintage decoration reminiscent of Hitchcock type painted fruit embellished furniture. A warm gold circle surrounds a fruited medley of pears. Apples and grapes in soft warm rich mustard, red, olive hues that work ... moretogether with the brown patina of hardwood, hard to tell exactly what kind of construction, it is fine grained and hard, perhaps white oak. The artwork is professional and well done and table is rock solid steady and well built to hold a lamp, tea service, or whatever you wish in a corner, small condo, or chairside, it is easy to lift and move when the time comes. Vintage yet clean look will mix with any décor. Measurements are 27" tall with a 20" diameter top, a nice chairside table height for lamp. You would be hard pressed to find anything this nice at a big box store at this price made of solid wood, one of a kind, and well done folk art. The fruits really have good shading and depth as a fruit salad still life. Set of 3 Florentine Tray Tables 2 measure 17" in height. With a square 12" x 12" tray top The 3rd measures 19 1/2" in height. The tray top is a rectangle measuring almost 17" wide x 13" long These are true vintage! There is minor scuffs. Some stains. I have not tried AT ALL to restore or clean these in any way, as I believe you will do a much better job and not damage them! Bottoms of ALL 3 are stamped Made in Italy Florence and there is a crown in the middle All have legs that are secured with wing nuts. Very easy assembly/disassembling. Offered for sale are Three Beautiful Hand Crafted Walnut Living Room Tables(Coffee Table. Two End Tables) Made by K. Foster. These three tables all have glass inserts that sit on top and are signed by the artist on the bottom sides. The tables are solid walnut and are beautifully made and dated 1978. The coffee table measures approximately 24.5" x 24.75" x 23.5" high and the two end tables are 17.5" square x 16.5" high. I found these tables at an estate sale and I do not know the original owner or story behind them but I think they are fascinating. The tables are all in excellent overall condition with the following exceptions: There is a scratch on the top of one of the end tables and the larger coffee table has some scratches/raised areas in the wood. Signed"Italy" Circa 1960 Plant stand or table base 14.75" tall. 12.2" wide The exact purpose and use of this vessel is not exactly known. It appears to be a base for a table and a fist dibs dealer was selling one as a side table with round glass over the top. It could be used like this but if you look at the pictures it has a lid so it is assumed there must be some other. As yet unknown purpose for this design.
