This unique table base was purchased at an e state in Ann Arbor. MI. and the finish can't be beat! There are two sep a rate sets of holes in the top of the base to be able to accommodate different tops, one set of four on the outer edge. And a nother set of 8 on the inner wall structure. The larger base of the piece measures 24" a cross. The top is 19 3/4" across. The height is 28 1/2" There is a little scuffing and a few scratches here and there. The maker of this X-Base and glass top dining table is unknown. The black frame is solid welded. The chrome legs attach to the frame. Rubber stoppers on the top support the glass and black plastic feet are inserted in the legs at the base. Chair shown for display purposes. The glass is 3/4" thick and exceptionally heavy. At the time of purchase the dining chairs had with them Gio Ponti chrome chairs with them but we do not think they were a set. The condition is used with some scratches to glass surface.
