Vtg 1961 Kipp Stewart Drexel Parallel Walnut Coffee Table BASE Danish MCM
This is a Drexel Parallel line walnut coffee table BASE ONLY(the table top is shown for reference regarding the manufacturer but is not being sold and is not included) The table is dated 5/61. The base legs and mounting plates will be care fully removed from the table top(the table top is just too expensive to ship and I have had interest in just the legs) It was likely designed by Kipp Stewart or Barney Flagg. Measures 14.25" tall and 33" corner to corner of the legs. Very good overall condition with some wear and minor scratches. No breaks or cracks but one leg has fairly deep gouges on both sides near the bottom of the leg(see closeup) It has not been repaired and is being sold as is. Thank you!

This is a great piece designed by Kipp Stuart and Stuart MacDougall for the 1959 American Design Federation collection sold by Winchendon. This piece was made in 1959 in the same factory as the Paul McCobb Planner Group Series. It was obviously mislabeled. As seen in pic number#11 it retains that tag. In pic#12 is an advertisement from Bloomingdale's in NY that shows the piece and lists the designers( thanks to Jonathan Goldstein for the inside Paul McCobb knowledge) This is in great condition with no discernible issues. All of the 16 rods/dowels are in good condition which is a rarity for a piece of this age. I believe it to be made of walnut. Overall. Mid Century Post 1950 Modern Walnut End Table-Drexel Declaration by Kipp Stewart
A mostly refinished mid-century modern piece from the Drexel Heritage Declaration line which was designed by Kipp Stewart. Circa late 1950s. This is the square end table but could also be used a small coffee table. Solid Walnut and walnut veneer top(veneer top per my contractor who helped me carefully refinish this piece to it's original condition) Dimensions 30" x 30" x 20.5" tall. One small ding on top of the table and some of the cane have a minor tears(see pictures) but otherwise in very good condition for a table that is over 50 years old. Gorgeous Walnut with a Rosewood Circle Inlay at the Center. The table is not quite round, yet not quite oval either. Unusual and interesting Shape. The table has 4 Legs. Drexel has produced quality furnishing for 100+ years. Their Mid Century Collections are Very collectible. And very usable! This table has a small area on the outer rim, where the Veneer meets up, that could use a touch-up(see picture) The Table top is in very nice condition. No major scratches, there is an area that has a"dent"it looks like maybe someone pulled something heavy on the table.it is not a scratch. You have to"Look" to see this. Mid Century Modern Kipp Stewart DREXEL Declaration End Table Nightstand
This is a very nice. Two drawer, end table or nightstand. It is made by DREXEL, and designed by Kipp Stewart. From what I have been told, it is from the 1950's, in the style of Danish Modern. It is signed, and part of the Declaration series. It measures about 22.25 inches wide, 31.5 inches tall, and about 30 inches deep. There are numbers on the bottom of the one drawer: 881-330-4, and also 2/58. It is a sound, structural piece-not something about to fall apart. This piece. As seen in the photos, is in nice condition and does not have stains or white rings which are normally the case with older furniture. Of course, it does show minor wear as you can see. I have several pieces of this same furniture(such as benches. Table, chairs, credenzas, etc) if you have an interest. Although I have marked this as pick up only.
