Each candlelabra has three holders or bobeches. The pair is done in a classical swirling pattern, with scroll form arms and fluted bobeches. The candlesticks are weighted. This is a wonderful looking pair of candle sticks. Both candlesticks are marked with the German silver crown and crescent moon hallmark used after 1884 and 800. These pieces are guaranteed to be at least.800 purity silver. This pair is in excellent overall condition. The hard resin on the inside of the candle sockets is chipping. You can see this only on the underside or the wax drips/bobeches. There are no dents, no breaks, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals and no repairs. Late 1800s/Early 1900s Fine Pair German 800 Silver Open Salt Cellars w/Spoons ... morePresented is an interesting pair of Hanau German silver open salt cellars. With spoons. This set dates to the late 1800s or early 1900s. The salt cellars themselves are 800 purity silver, done in a fancy floral openwork design. The interior liners are silver plated, and fit the cellars perfectly. The spoons are not original, but they are quite ornate and match the cellars quite well. The spoons have shell shaped bowls and a rich gold wash. This piece is in excellent overall condition. There are no splits. No breaks, no chips, no dents, no cracks, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs. The salts are stamped with the German crescent and crown as well as 800 for the purity. There is also the remnants of what is probably a maker's mark. But unfortunately we can't make out what it is. The spoons have what appears to be a small import mark, likely French. The salts stand about 2 1/2 inches tall and measure about 2 1/2 inches in diameter. Each spoon is about 3 3/8 inches long. The total weight for the set. Including the silver plated liners, is 232 grams. The weight of just the silver openwork salts and the spoons, without the plated liners, is 146.7 grams or 5.2 regular ounces. jm. This is a gorgeous pair of large handpainted porcelain figural KPM sleighs! A boy and girl dressed in Royal clothing and both sleighs covered in apprlied porcelain flowers. Beautiful! They are heavy weighted porcelain and each measure approximately 8 inches high by 10 inches wide. Both have some chipping to the applied flowers and leaves and on the boy's sleigh. It looks like there is some yellowing and wear to the paint/glaze. Not readily noticed on display unless you are looking. Overall a gorgeous Victorian pair for the collector! This is for an Antique German porcelain figurine/statue from 1910 to 1930 time frame measuring 10 inches tall. It shows a Victorian couple that looks like they may be at the races. She has looking glasses and he is waving a handkerchief. There is no makers mark only the numbers 1048 impressed on the side and on the bottom. The detail is wonderful, looks like they are standing near some ice. The colors are mainly Beige and Burgundy with gold trim. The condition is good but there has been some repair. He head has been glued back, ever hard to see, the tip of the handkerchief is missing and there is some loss of paint. Please look closely at all my photos as they are part of my description.

If you look inside of the buggy lid down behind the baby, there is a mold flaw from manufacturing(small split line) which I've shown. This is not damage, simply in the mold, but I want to be accurate. Piano baby is a collector's term. About 1880. The well-decorated home had a shawl on the piano. E A Muller Antique German Ceramic Figurine Pair - Exquisite Detail!
This is an auction for a gorgeous pair of E&A Muller ceramic figurines made in Germany between 1890- 1927(approx) These belonged to my grandmother. So the provenance is accurate. They are beautifully preserved, but not perfect- please closely examine the photos for damage. The female has a broken finger and broken jacket lapel, the male figure has broken fingers on one hand, and it looks like his head may have been repaired at some point. In addition, his hair is chipped in a few places. They are a bit dusty from storage, but I don't trust myself to clean them. The glaze is vibrant and colorful, and the fine detail on the roses, hair, clothing and base is amazing. The figures are about 13 inches tall and 5 inches wide at the base. Their predominant color is a silver/mint green with painted violet flowers and gold sculpted roses. There ... moreare all ceramic. With no fabric. The face painting is expertly done. The reduced price for the pair reflects the damage. Originally thought to be Meissen. My research has indicated they are actually from Muller who was the business manager at the Porzellanfabrik Rudolstadt Straus& Sohne A.G. in Rudolstadt. Germany. In 1890, Müller is said to have opened his own factory in Schwarza. And these figures may be from that later period.

These are a exceptional pair of early 19th C. figurines that are definitely worthy of your attention. The attention to detail, and the early colors make this pair a sharp find. The antique German statue of the woman measures approximately 9.5' and she does have a few minor conditions issues of which to note. Under her bonnet there is a about a.5' chip, on the base of the statue there is.25' Please see photo's. Where her hands meet holding the grapes, there is small firing flaw. Also, some minor gold loss on the upper and lower rim. There are no cracks, repairs. Considering the age of the piece, she is in fine condition(In my opinion, this statue ... moredates from the turn of the 19th C. around 1800. Possibly could be late 18th C. The antique German statue of the man measures approximately 9.75' tall, and he also has some conditions issues of which to note. There is a.25' chip on the base, his right hand has a firing flaw. There is also a gold piece on the base near the pink flower petal, that is missing a section that measures about 1.75' Also, some minor gold loss to the upper and lower rim(Again, in my opinion this statue dates from the turn of the 19th C. around 1800. Possibly, could be late 18th C. There are no cracks, or repairs. These wonderful 19th C. statues are not easy to find in any condition, and they are certainly ready for a professional restoration. Antique Pair German Porcelain Bisque Dresden Volkstedt Silver Gilt Lady Figurine
This is a gorgeous rare pair of porcelain bisque figures wearing beautiful silver gilt decorated clothing. They each measure 6 1/4 and 6 1/2 inches high and display very well however the gentleman has had his head reattached and also his hand is broken off and was reattached at his waist with part of the coat missing. The lady on the other hand is in overall good condition. She has two chipped fingers and there are some fleabites to her roses. Not a matching pair, but we will be selling them together. In my opinion, they each date from the late 19th C. or very early 20th c. around 1890's-1910. Measurements: The all handpainted bisque lady holding a yellow basket approximately 9.25' in height, The all handpainted bisque young woman in blue and pink dress measures about 9.75' in height. Each statue is undecorated on the reverse as they were to display over the mantle. The bisque lady holding the basket is impressed marked'Germany" mold#3524? near the lower back rim edge of the base. This particular statue has no chips, cracks, or repairs. The decoration has fading that ... moreis commensurate with the age.
