Vintage Iron Steel Leg Mosaic Tile Top Low Side Lamp Table Plant Stand Modern
Welcome! PLEASE NOTE: The best representation of the tile colors can be seen in the second photo. With the entire surface fully facing the camera. For some reason, the lighting created a warm brownish tone in the rest of the photos that I couldn't correct. These tiles are varying shades of GRAY, from a dark, almost black charcoal gray to a creamy light gray. Having said that. This is a small, low tile top table on hairpin style steel or iron legs, suitable for use as a side or lamp table or plant stand. It measures about 17 1/4 inches high and the gray mosaic tile surface measures just short of 12 inches square. The legs have an interesting structure, with the top ends inserting into fasteners at the underside of the table top, with an X shaped cross-brace at the bottom that hooks into the lower part of each of the four legs. It seems ... morethat the legs probably originally had a brass or gold tone finish, which has worn nicely to a green/gray tone with traces of the finish still visible. The cross brace has more of the finish on it as does the underside. There is some slight give or flexible movement to the legs and specky rust at the underside and cross-brace, but overall this table is in good intact condition with a great mid 20th century modern look and style.
