You would be hard pressed to find an item of this vintage in better shape. These are almost always missing some of the cane work on the lower shelf. But this has 100% of the original cane work! There is one piece of cane that has detached from frame, but is all there(see photo) Also, there seems to be a small crack where the shelf connects to the frame, which has no effect on either the aesthetic or structural quality of this fine piece. Table measures 59" by 20 1/2" by 16 1/2" high. Overall, this is about as good as it gets! We have replaced our sofa/ loveseat with new oversized ones, so this table no longer fits our living room, so it will sell with NO RESERVE! The table is signed in several places with the Kittinger branded mark and also on the pedestals with the original Kittinger paperwork. The table measures 44inches wide and 68 inches in length when no leaves are in it. It does come with 2 leaves which are each an additional 18 inches wide. So when fully open it will sit approx 10-12 people depending on how tight you want people sit next to each other. The table will sit 8 rather nicely when no leaves are in it. Very rare Paul Evans sculpted bronze stalagmite dining table. Signed and dated PE 70. The base measures about 28" x 66" and is in a serpentine shape. This is a stunning example of brutalist furniture. It is in very good condition, with some finish loss and a few touch up repairs that were done professionally. Several of the tips at the floor were touched up, and there was one welded repair in the center base of the table, where there was a crack. It is extremely solid and was hidden very well by an experienced artisan. This is shown in the last two photos, and is only noticeable in direct sunlight. Apologies for the quality of the photos. Offered for sale are Three Beautiful Hand Crafted Walnut Living Room Tables(Coffee Table. Two End Tables) Made by K. Foster. These three tables all have glass inserts that sit on top and are signed by the artist on the bottom sides. The tables are solid walnut and are beautifully made and dated 1978. The coffee table measures approximately 24.5" x 24.75" x 23.5" high and the two end tables are 17.5" square x 16.5" high. I found these tables at an estate sale and I do not know the original owner or story behind them but I think they are fascinating. The tables are all in excellent overall condition with the following exceptions: There is a scratch on the top of one of the end tables and the larger coffee table has some scratches/raised areas in the wood. Signed"Italy" Circa 1960 Plant stand or table base 14.75" tall. 12.2" wide The exact purpose and use of this vessel is not exactly known. It appears to be a base for a table and a fist dibs dealer was selling one as a side table with round glass over the top. It could be used like this but if you look at the pictures it has a lid so it is assumed there must be some other. As yet unknown purpose for this design. It is hand constructed from the evidence of the shape and internal markings which would have taken quite some effort. In vintage condition with some of the"nipples" chipped but presents quite well. Center spindle flows down into 4 VERY UNUSUAL spider like legs that also feature the same beautiful matching inlaid wood all along them- inside and out much like the veining on a spider leg.Metal flat tabs under each foot.The legs are superbly and richly grained as well. One leg has a screw hole in it on the underside but no screw and there never was one. Perhaps during it's lifetime someone intended to reinforce it but I can't imagine why because it is all good tight and secure. This table measures 19 inches tall with a 23x23 inch octagonal top. This spectacular end table has a real glass top and a clear lucite base in gold tone metal frame, with a white lacquered finish on the swan body. The glass top measures approximately 17-3/8" x 17-3/8" squared, the ... morelarger base measuring at the metal framework holding the lucite 19-11/16" x 19-11/16" squared, and the table as a whole is approximately 17-3/4" high. It weighs approximately 40lbs, base and top together, and so for that reason, plus the delicate nature of the table's design, I will not be shipping it and am listing it as local pick-up only. However, even though I am classifying it local pick-up only I would also be willing to consider delivering the table myself for an added cost, depending on distance. A beautiful one of a kind original by the gifted Karl Springer. This 4 foot by 4 foot table stands 16 inches off the ground. In great condition considering normal wear and tear of 30 years.
