For sale is a marked Hitchcock Americian Painted table. It is 21" tall and has a 14 1/2" wide top and is 12 1/2" deep with a flower pattern painting on the top. This is a vintage old table that has been used and is not in perfect condition. Pair, Antique Mustard Painted Hitchcock Chairs, c. 1840-60
This is a beautiful pair of 19th Century Hitchcock chairs in their original decorated mustard paint. They have a guitar shaped seat with newer rushing(probably 1970-80's) Which is not as thick at the original rushing. The chairs measure approximately 18" wide, 18" deep and 33 1/2" tall. The seat is 18" tall. The back has thumb print tops and the legs are all hand turned. The chairs are in excellent condition and very sturdy. Please email us with any questions before bidding.

Pair 1800 ANTIQUE HITCHCOCK CHAIRS RUSH SEATS Ladder Back Folk Art Hand Painted! This is a great pair of antique circa 1800 rush seat ladder back primitive hand turned hand made painted chairs. Each chair is slightly different than the other with different turnings on each one. Indicating they are not factory made but primitive early era furniture. These wonderful chairs measure approximately 33 inches tall by 17 inches wide by 14 inches deep with a seat bottom height from floor of 16 inches. They each weigh approximately 10 pounds by themselves without any packing materials or 20 pounds total for the both of them. Here's what I stated about these marvelous chair's condition: Pair of early 1800s chairs shows very aged dark patina with one chair having the painted artwork on the seat backs worn away to be barely visible. Other chair's ... moreartwork is more visible in all areas. Finish loss on surfaces especially legs. Nicks. Dings, scratches, scuffs, and worn, rounded edges all evidence of great age and adds much character to the pieces. A shallow wood split noted on top back front splat of one chair. Otherwise, chairs are incredibly strong, solid, sturdy, and stable and able to withstand a substantial amount of weight. Truly a wonderful pair of early 1800s primitive chairs that are all original with great character and charm. So you may want to grab them quick, before they're gone! Hitchcock Company Folk Art Wood Rocking Rocker Chair Painted Cornucopia Design
This is a great looking Hitchcock rocking chair by the Hitchcock chair company. This chair has a wonderful cornucopia type stencil on the front. Judging from the mark on the back we believe this was made post 1946 when the company was revived by John Tarrant Kenney. While it is not from the 1800's it still has 50+ years of wear and patina and it has aged very nicely. There is a slight seperation in the seam of the wood in the middle of the seat but it just gives it character. The rocker measures 42" tall. At the rockers the depth of the chair is 28" deep, at the seat it is 19" deep and the width of the chair 21" The interior dimensions of the seat are 17" wide and 17 1/2" deep, that way you'll know if your bottom will fit! haha. This is a beautiful vintage pouting stool in excellent condition. The cloth label was removed but looks to be either Ethan Allen or Hitchcock. Beautiful painted stencil back and antique gold painted accents on the legs. The condition is excellent with very little general wear. The painted foot balls have moderate wear to the paint but could be retouched. The cushion is soft with a little discoloration and a very small hole on the side(see closeup) The chair overall is very sturdy and strong with no splits or breaks. Antique Painted Fancy Chair Black Red 1800s Hitchcock Style American Rare
Up for Auction is an amazing antique 1800s handpainted Fancy Chair. It has Black paint with Red Highlights. It looks like the top part has a couple of red strawberries with leaves. There are gold stencil highlights along the legs and two top panels. There are also Heart stencils. This is an exquisite chair and is in excellent structural condition. The chair has a rush seat that looks to have some kind of yellowish overcoat to protect the seat. This was done presumably at time of construction or shortly thereafter. The seat is in amazing condition both structurally and presentation. The chair measures 321/2" tall. From floor to top of seat is 161/2" The wood on the chair has lots of wear marks of scuffs and scratches that is typical for a chair of this age. The stenciling is faded but still visible. Antique Hitchcock Style Painted Chair Hand Caned Seat
A simple country style Hitchcock chair. The paint has worn off the back splats but is still present on the front spreader. The caning is in excellent condition. Measurements: Back height 33" Front seat ht. 18" Depth 16" Width 13" The chair is fastened together with dowels and maybe glue. No nails are visible so they probably were not used in making the chair. I'm estimating the age and the era. Let me know if you'd like me to take additional pictures in case you can estimate the age from the construction. The chair weights 11 pounds(packaged) so it can be shipped Fed Ex Ground for around $20-$30. My zip code is 10547. So you can figure out the shipping if you need to.

Attention: Restoration project These Beautiful Antique Hitchock Style chairs are painted quite beautiful but they both have conditions issues with the cane and more. please examine the pictures carefully one chair at a time. They measure 33 1/2 inches tall in the back. The seat is about 17 inches off the ground. It is 17 inches wide in the front and 13 inches in the back. I am selling them PICK UP only. I am located about 40 miles north of Boston and it a beautiful drive this time of the year.
