The wood grain is gorgeously pronounced and the condition is outstanding! Stunning well made piece. The design is unusual consisting of a shapely teak body with sliding teak top surface that opens to reveal a spacious interior storage space with a removable sliding divided storage drawer. One side of the drawer has a felt lined bottom, perfect for sunglasses and cell phone etc. Cool angular legs finish off the sculptural design beautifully. FRITZ HANSEN FAB FIND! Vintage. Circa 1950's- 60's, Fritz Hansen tray table. The top measures approx. 23.5"W while the folding base measures approx. 24"W X 16.5"W. Both the top and base are marked on the bottom with the Fritz Hansen"FH" plus"MADE IN DENMARK" The top is teak and the base is black. Overall, good condition with minor warping to the top which I believe can be fixed and a small nick on the edge, still very functional.
