Antique 19thC Bisque German Porcelain Victorian Boy Soup Bowl Figurine Neustadt_ Hi there.circa late 1800s is a hard paste bisque porcealin German figurine. It depicts a little boy with a bowl in his lap. Spoon in his right hand, and a bib. This was hand painted on the front. The back was not painted as was the custom at the time. This comes from a Pennsylvania estate that we purchased and have more going up for auction shortly. Very nice condition. All original. It is numbered 2734 on the back. Each arm and hand is extended.making her very susceptible to damage, but she is not damaged nor repaired. She has short blonde, tosseled hair and marvelous detailed facial features. Her nighty or dress is white with pink highlights. Notice her delicate hands and extended fingers.in undamaged condition. She measures: 4-1/2" tall x 3-1/2" deep x 2-1/2" wide. CONDITION: This piano baby is in very nice condition. There are no cracks and no chips in this piece.no flea bites or nicks. In photo#6 you will see a lightly penciled"X" on one leg.I have not tried to remove this.I'll let you do that. Antique Stamped German Conta Boehme? Porcelain Bisque Girl Piano Baby Figurine
~ Antique German Piano Baby ~ Marked"Germany" on base with symbol that resembles a shield This is a large antique German bisque piano baby figurine that is from a deceased relative's China cabinet from the New Orleans area. I am not an expert on all the manufacturers of that era. But I do know that the authentic ones are marked or stamped with a symbol, crest or shield. This one has a stamp and also reads"Germany" on the base, while many others listed on eBay do not. So this one is not"probably" the real deal. IT IS. It is in the style of Conta& Boehme( This baby girl has golden tresses and is holding a cup. The era of this doll falls between the 1850s-1900. She has great, even pastel coloring and big dark-blue intaglio eyes with defined highlights, rosy cheeks with a hint of dimples, and an open smiling ... moremouth with row of molded upper teeth; blonde hair with pointy curls framing the happy face; bare feet with upturned toes; she wears a yellow embossed dress with gold highlights with blue lace ruffle trim and fuchsia pink bows at the shoulders, and she is holding a lavender-pink-colored cup. She is in overall fair condition. Because she is missing a little part of her index finger on her right hand. There is also a hairline on underside of base that slightly and very faintly extends up the bottom sides of the figurine(about 1/2-1/4 inch, please see photo) The hair line is smooth. I do not have the tip of the finger. PLEASE SEE PICS of underside and edge of base. Neither the hair line or little chip next to it is visible for purposes of display. I do not know enough about antique porcelain to know if the missing finger can be repaired/replaced, but I am guessing that this is possible if someone chooses to do so. There are a few scattered specks of spotty discoloration from age, the only ones really noticeable are on her toes. This is a bisque piano baby figurine with girl in a bonnet sitting down to eat with her spoon and plate while her little dog tries to steal a bite. Approximately 6 1/4 inches tall. 4 inches wide, and 5 1/4 inches deep. No makers mark but it is most likely German in origin. In excellent condition with just a few missing gold beads. Paint wear to the gold beads and a small nick to the bottom of figure(not noticable) Displays beautifully. This is an adorable german bisquepiano baby figurine depicting a little girl sleeping in her high chair. She is so cute with her little white with red lined stocking feet dangling from under her little purple dress. She is wearing a red bonnet on her head and her dress is dotted with little gold dots. In excellent condition with only a few of her dots missing. Approximately 4 3/4 inches tall. Bottom is 2 1/2 inches wide. Marked on inside bottom as shown. Superb! Antique German Porcelain Bisque Children Figure Bust Figurine Dresden
Gorgeous pair of Victorian handpainted busts of a little girl and boy. They date late 1800s and are beautifully handpainted and modeled. Measure approximately 11 and 10 1/2 inches high by 6 inches wide. They display wonderfully however the boy's hat has been broken and reglued to a section(see photos) and the girl is excellent besides a bit of paint wear on her chin and some nibbles to the very bottom base. Marked with hand painted and impressed numbers. Beautiful pair for the collector of fine antiques! Featured for Auction we have an Antique/ Vintage bisque figurine of a cherub on the side of a dragon headed sleigh. Wonderful coloring. Probably hand painted in pastel colors, with raised enamel. At least we believe this is bisque it may be porcelain. The little cherub is just adorable with his wavy hair, blue eyes, pink wings, and his arrow on his side. It measures about 8 1/2" long by 5" wide and 6" tall. We believe it is German in Origin, but are not certain as there are No Markings. It is in wonderful condition, with minor chipping on the flowers. Also we don't know if the dragons nose is supposed to blunt as it is or if it was pointy originally and broken off and repainted, as it is hard to tell. If you look at the fifth picture, that yellowish spot looks to be a something goopy and mostly came off, you could probably ... moreclean it up even better, its not bad, but wanted to mention it. VTG GERMAN BISQUE PORCELAIN FIGURINE STATUES EUROPEAN ADMIRAL BOY GIRL MILITARY
You are bidding on: A GORGEOUS ANTIQUE PAIR OF TALL BISQUE PORCELAIN HAND-PAINTED STATUES FEATURING A YOUNG COUPLE IN ROYAL DRESS AND BICORNE HATS. Here's a BEAUTIFUL find from an estate purchase- I acquired these several years back. And am only just now finding it time to part with them. This pair is just. Well. stunning. No other word for it. They stand about 13.5 inches tall, big enough to make a great display statement, and the colors and paint are dreamtastic! Young man is holding a small french horn in one hand and a letter in the other; young lady appears to be reading a letter just received. Both are wonderfully outfitted in period regalia. With pastel mauves and blues and gilt/gold trim, both wearing the very fashionable bicorner European hats often seen in military parades. There are no date or manufacture stamps on these figures, ... morebut experience and research tell me they are European in origin, probably German, and most likely date to the mid to early 20th century. Both have some faint pencil marks in the recessed areas of the bottoms, looks like initials and perhaps a date but too hard to read and I have no idea if that would be the mark of the original artist or a previous owner. Please know that I am extremely tough in grading my pottery. Porcelain and glassware: I've been collecting. Selling and trading antique items for over 30 years, so I know that the only perfect piece is one that just left the factory. And even then it probably has some original-manufacture flaws. I tend to call out flaws that other sellers might not notice or conveniently overlook, so when I tell you it's right, it's right. I want everybody happy. That being said. Here's what I'd note to condition: Both figures could use some light cleaning from experienced hands. They show some age in the recesses, and there are a few little"age spots" present, notably on the female's right arm area; if you are experienced with fine antique bisque you will know what I'm referring to. Antique Large German Bisque Porcelain Heubach Bros. Piano Baby Figurine Nice!
For your consideration is an Antique Piano Baby Figurine made by Gebruder Heubach. A Piano baby is a figurine used to hold the edges down on the large shawls that would cover the piano. Doll sits 8 1/4" tall. The company. Which translates as Heubach Brothers, was established in 1843 by Georg Christoph and Phillipp Jakob Heubach when they purchased an existing porcelain factory in Lichte, Germany. The company began to manufacture items such as household pottery. Figurines and novelties, and in 1863 opened a local art school for sculptors. This training led to the company becoming renowned for its high quality and lifelike figurines, including their range of which are highly sought after by modern collectors. The company registered its‘sunburst’ mark in 1882. And by 1910 h ad begun to produce bisque dolls. Along with bisque doll heads ... morefor other manufacturers across Europe and the United States. By 1938 the company was forced to close and file for bankruptcy. Condition; She has all her toes! There is a slight stress crack to one arm as pictured. I find no major chips or repairs that I can see. Tremendous detail in his tattered clothing and scraggly beard. Figurine is mounted on a lattice bronze base. It is 2 1/2" square and stands about 6 1/4" tall. German? Bisque Porcelain Pair Figurine Man & Woman A Day At The Races
This is for an Antique German porcelain figurine/statue from 1910 to 1930 time frame measuring 10 inches tall. It shows a Victorian couple that looks like they may be at the races. She has looking glasses and he is waving a handkerchief. There is no makers mark only the numbers 1048 impressed on the side and on the bottom. The detail is wonderful, looks like they are standing near some ice. The colors are mainly Beige and Burgundy with gold trim. The condition is good but there has been some repair. He head has been glued back, ever hard to see, the tip of the handkerchief is missing and there is some loss of paint. Please look closely at all my photos as they are part of my description.

Antique Rare German Bear and Man Rocking Fairing Porcelain Bisque Figurine
This amazing German Bisque Fairing measures about 2" tall x 2-1/8 wide. And about 1-1/2" deep. it actually rocks when you push on the ear or man. Its paint is quite worn as can be sen in the pictures. This is one of the neatest pieces of bisque i have ever come across. LARGE ANTIQUE GERMAN PORCELAIN BISQUE PARIAN VICTORIAN BOY FIGURINE STATUE OLD
Antique Porcelain Bisque Figurine of a victorian boy dressed in period clothing. Holding a flower leaning on a fence. Late 19th century- Early 20th century. Actual date is unknown believed to be of German origin. The boy is standing on a porcelain pedestal painted to look like marble. Ornate design painted on his clothing. Bright rosy cheeks, a fence with shrubs. The detailed gold gilt is rubbed off in some places through out the statue and he could could use a bath. I did not clean him. There is a very small chip on his left shoulder and there are no cracks. The overall condition of this piece is very good especially considering his age. I took many photo's in high definition at every angle and left the photo's side way's for a larger more detailed look. He stands 16 1/4 inches Tall and is 4 1/2 inches at the base. Here are two very cute German porcelain bisque boy and girl figurines. They are in matching pastel outfits. Their faces almost look real and look at the detailed hand painted flowers on the clothing. They are large figurines. The girl is 12 1/2" tall and the boy is 12 3/4" tall. The boy figurine is heavier than the girl as the girl figurines base is hollow. The boys right pinky finger is gone, two feathers on his hat are chipped and it looks like, at one time, he was holding something in his left hand. Other than just mentioned the figurines have no other issues. No markings. Nice figurines for the collector. I am happy to combine shipping when possible. This great work of art features Napoleon crossing a mountain range on his rearing horse with flowing cape- as usual with this rare figurine. It is missing his right arm/sword. It is marmed GERMANY in Blue on the bottom which I have found may be one of the marks used by Schumann Porcelain. They each measure 6 1/4 and 6 1/2 inches high and display very well however the gentleman has had his head reattached and also his hand is broken off and was reattached at his waist with part of the coat missing. The lady on the other hand is in overall good condition. She has two chipped fingers and there are some fleabites to her roses. Antique German Bisque Porcelain Hand Painted Cello Musician Nodder Head Figurine
Up for auction is a nice old German bisque porcelain nodder figurine of a cello player wearing wire rim glasses and smoking a pipe. Hand painted cobalt blue on white with gold gilding. Unsigned. But there are some numbers impressed into the bottom portion of the head piece. Nodder shows signs of repair to his collar, along bottom starting from his left foot and extending to the back, small chip to the back of his neck, looks like the original pin holding his head was replaced by a nail. I have for your consideration this Bisque/porcelain german girl figurine in one hand holding a fan and the other holding a handkerchief. she has beautiful soft colors of yellow. Purple, pink and blue to name a few. she stands 10-5/8 inches tall and need a gentle cleaning of light dirt/dust that has settled on her throughout the years. she was acquired from a old German home in Buffalo with other antiques I have listed. the underside inner base has a slight separation in the mold as I would assume done in the manufacturing process and is hardly unnoticeable as shown in picture. there is a initial RBF with the date 1845 on the underside. this is a very old piece and in very good condition and well kept through out the years any questions please feel free to email me.
