Vintage Lady & Man Porcelain Figurine 13" tall - Marked AA - Dresden Germany
My apologies to those that were watching and bidding on this figurine previously. I found a flaw and had to end the auction and relist. This auction is for a vintage porcelain figurine of a lady& gentleman. Measures just shy of 13" tall by 9.5" long by about 5" deep. Marked as shown with an"AA" and a stylized sun. Not sure who the maker is. But judging by the quality, it is likely German. There is a ton of detail on this one. Lots of ruffles, ribbons, flowers, and bows. There is one flaw. If you look at her left arm, there is a bt of ribbon draping over it. I was informed that there is supposed to be a ribbon hanging over her arm and down the front of her dress. This also explains the area on the front of her dress that appears wasn't colored during the glazing process. The bit of ribbon over her arm blends ... morein with her arm and initially I thought she was wearing a glove. You do not see the broken edges unless you flip it upside down. The missing ribbon doesn't seriously detract from the piece. I think it is still quite lovely and I am relisting it as is. I do not see any other cracks chips or repairs. Antique vintage bisque figurine Germany marked lady in chair lovely hand painted
For auction. A really pretty antique vintage figurine marked Germany with company mark I could not find but photographed for you. She is hand painted and stands 5 1/2 inches tall. The paint is beautiful and there are no chips or cracks. This Victorian lady is sitting on a chair which has GErmany painted in gold on the underside and the company marking painted on the back of the chair. I do not know if this is a reproduction or is actually old but she is very pretty. It appears to be old, there is green felt on the bottom of the chair legs. Pre-WWII Figurine, Mother & Son. Germany, Tettau Porcelain Marked
O ffering a very old porcelain figurine made by Neue Porzellanfabrik Tettau. It features a Mother& Son. My father brought this back in 1948 after a tour in Germany. It is undoubtedly a pre-WWII piece. The Figurine is a white/ cream color with great attention to detail. The figures stand on a porcelain pedestal with gilded edge. There are two bottom marks. A black underglazed mark"NPT Neutettau" and a slightly damaged original gold colored sticker with the Factory logo and the mark Kuntz. The Figurine stands about 7 1/2" tall. Base is about 8" at widest point. In great vintage condition with no chips. Nicks, cracks or repairs. Minim al g ilding wear though it could probably use a light cleaning Predates WWII because it has no"US Zone" mark. It was brought to the US by relative s in 1948. 1920 GERMAN BISQUE ART DECO FIGURINE STATUE MARKED GERMANY NUMBERED MINT
This is an authentic 1920 large German Bisque Art Deco Figurine. This beautiful statue was made right on the edge in the 1920's the dresses became very short. And large hats were not in style. The war ended in 1918 and Germany was not making figurines during the War. The export rules also changed in 1921 where all exports had to say what country they were made in so after 1921 it would have had to say Made in Germany. So under those deductions this piece was made somewhere in that small window of 1919-1921. The figure as marked is hand painted, and it is numbered. It is tall as shown abut 12" and is in mint condition as so far as no chips or cracks what so ever however as most glazes that old has crazing as you can see in the photo. This is an amazing work of art that will display very nicely.

This is a large. Apx 4 ¼” tall and 5 ¾” long German figurine. The colors are lovely. It is decorated mainly in the primary colors, red, yellow, and blue. There is green also and gold trim. This may be a shepherdess with her beau. Note how the man’s arm is around her shoulder, and they are holding hands. There are two sheep beside them. The lady’s bonnet sits beside the man. There are two floral designs on the girl’s skirt. Markings: In black it says ARDALT. No. 7026, Germany(which is faded) and something under that. There are impressed numbers, possibly 4735A– it is hard to read. There is a green mark which looks like ND over a T, and a word which looks like Meutetta? Condition: This figurine is quite nice. There is a very tiny chip on the rim of the hat. Towards the back. One of the flowers on the skirt shows a bit of wear. U nderneath ... morethe base t here are a few chips or manufacturing flaws. This piece came from a very large collection of porcelain figurines I acquired from a UK estate. This one looks like a little German style girl with pigtails and holding flowers and a basket. At her feet sits a little gray shaggy dog. No makers mark other than FOREIGN. This was sold in the UK. The clue is the word'foreign' This was put on wares destined for the UK or USA(the main two English speaking markets) from other countries. However. From about the beginning of the 20th century, both countries required more details of origin than'foreign' They wanted the actual country, written in the Queens English(in the US, the act was called the 1890 McKinley Tariff Bill, and in the UK it was the 1897 British Merchandise Marks Act) That makes it very easy to at least date pieces that are unmarked OR have a country name marked. In ... morethis case it is only FOREIGN which helps! So it looks like this piece pre-dates the UK act of 1897 because it doesn't conform to the legislation. IF it was from say JAPAN in 50s. It may have had Far East 1950's sticky labels which have fallen off) But judging by the style and make I doubt it. However I am pricing it competitively since I don't know the age! The first case would mean the piece was more likely to be German/Austrian because Japan was still calling itself'Nippon' on it's markings then and would not say foreign necessarily. This auction is for a old/antique Dresden-type figurine grouping. It has 2 young women sitting in a field? with a lamb beside them. The piece is well marked on the bottom with Germany and crown. Etc. and#8343. I do not know the name of the company that made it. The figurine is about 8" long at base, 7 1/4" tall, and about 5" deep. There IS damage to the lace on the gowns-both on the skirts front and back and also on cuffs. The flowers also have some damage. Antique white porcelain figurine of a dancing nude lady. She is marked Germany 4078. Approximately 4 1/2 inches tall. 3" Wide. She is in excellent condition, no chips or cracks. There is one tiny nick and one tiny black spot on the bottom of the base. Note the detail on her fingers and toes. Very special. Your about to bid on a genuine OLD MARKED 1812 DRESDEN GERMANY FIGURINE BLUE W/RED SHOE MEISSEN IMPAIRED. She's marked 1812 which is the pattern. Makers mark Franz Witter See photos. While this piece is impaired it was made possibly between 1908-1955! The fact that it still exists is a miracle. It was found in the back corner of a TV cabinet of an estate. As per the photos some repair has been made and other parts like one of her fingers is missing. See photos. While she is in an imperfect state she is VERY VERY RARE. I challenge anyone to message me to tell me she isn't rare. Again it's marked 1812. On research done by myself I have not found another piece marked with that make with such an intricate design. Incredible German bawdy. Risque bathing beauty made after 1890 and bearing a faint, but identifiable, blue mark"Germany" with a crown over a diamond shape containing the initials RW with the city name"Rudolstadt" underneath. There is damage to the little finger of the right hand and the second finger of the left hand is gone. It retains what looks like a little faux pearl necklace. It measures a little over 14" in height and the base is a little over the four inches wide. Underneath is its mark along with incised numbers 3550 and a smaller 31 and a red script 38. The size is unusually large for a"Bathing Beauty"
