Antique 19th Century MEISSEN- Je les Ramene" Porcelain Cupid Motto Figure Figurine Antique German Meissen“Je les Ramene” cupid motto figure. The heavy porcelain figurine of a cupid or putto is surrounded by and holding flowers with a quiver full of arrows. The fine hand-painted porcelain figurine has a raised oval plaque on the front with the French words“Je les Ramene” written in script. The figure is signed on the underside with the blue under-glaze crossed swords Meissen mark. The number 11 in red glaze and an impressed“F12” and“48” The Meissen figure has tiny chips to a few of the flowers and an approximate ½” crack on the pedestal that is holding flowers. The original garland that the cupid is holding is broken in several parts and only two pieces of it remain as seen in the photos below. Old Paris-Jacob Petit Porcelain Vase with Doves-Early 19th Century(1830-1860)
Beautiful vase in mint condition made by the distinguished porcelain maker Jacob Petit(1830-1860) Depicting a pair of doves. One sitting in her nest with eggs and the other standing in a bark. Great colors all around the piece, has a scroll base which makes it very rococo style typical of the Jacob Petit factory. It is gilded on its base and also inside the vase. This is an extremely rare piece to find and its around 180 years old. This is not a reproduction, guaranteed to be original. Its got its original blue stamp under the base and measures 7.5 in height and the base diameter is 5 in. This vase is made of heavy porcelain. Buyer pays shipping costs and insurance. Dancing feminine angel candlestick description. Beautifully hand painted with gold. Green, pink, purple, and yellow colors. Colors still vibrant on this unique flowered vined tree. 90% of the gold paint is still present! Many of the flowers have chips. 5 petals missing from under the cups. Center cup is cracked. So much detail still in place. You can see the exquisite detail and coloring of the angels hands, her hair, the red coloring in her lips. So much detail in the flowers and trees. It's gorgeous. A masterpiece. Candlestick number two, violin angel boy description. Also beautifully hand painted with gold, green, pink, yellow, brown, and black colors. Colors are vibrant with this one also containing 90% of the gold! Many flowers are chipped with 1petal missing underneath the center cup. All cups are perfect. Boy missing arm and violin ... morebow. 19th Century Antique Matching Numbered Pair Staffordshire Porcelain Spaniel Dogs
Here is a perfectly wonderful old numbered and trade marked matching pair of Staffordshire Spaniels that date back to the late 1800's. The British royalty loved their Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and they became a revered subject for the porcelain pottery makers of 19th Century England. The pair came down with my Great-Grandparents to Bartow. Florida in 1910 and have been in the family since. I only say this because it probably makes them a"one owner" provenance. The mark on the base is that of"Old Staffordshire Ware England" And both pieces are numbered but only one still legibly. They appear to be numbered 43 and 17 and of course, the numbers are under the original glaze. In 1892 Parliament decreed that English pottery must say"England" on the bottom. Twenty years later the mark had to read"Made ... morein England" The Spaniels stand 5 1/2" high and the base is four inches long by 2 3/4" at the widest part. The pair is in absolutely perfect condition. With no cracking, chipping or crazing whatsoever. I photographed them in sunlight and with flash to try and bring out the lovely rose gold paint under the glaze. The locket and collar are probably 24 carat solid gold paint. I will want to send these insured for at least the value of the winning bid. If you would like. I can insure them for the appraised value of five hundred U.S.D. I will not take the chance of sending them overseas.

This is a very elegant pair of man and woman porcelain statues from the 19th Century time period. They both stand approximately 8" tall. The woman is shyly holding an umbrella as her head is tilted toward the man and the man his hat in one hand and a cane in the other as his head is tilted toward the woman. They are both free of any chips or cracks. They are fairly light and there is no name identifier on them. I provide tracking and pack well.

BEAUTIFUL PORCELAIN FIGURINE GERMAN FRENCH CONTINENTAL 19TH CENTURY SHEPHERDESS
This is a charming and beautiful figurine of a porcelain shepherdess figurine. Bowed crook over her left shoulder, a lavender and pink butterfly on her right arm. Many years ago I purchased her in a French antique shop but she could as easily be German. The only mark I can see is what might be an impressed number 79 on the base. Her skirt is bright and colorful. The ruffle around her apron is aqua, the fading gold is probably from handling. Small chip, almost undetected, on the left sleeve ruffle, at the back. The bottom of the crook is gone as well as the tip of her finger connected to it. Barely noticeable unless you look closely. She is nearly 7 1/2 inches tall, adorable.

Many of these artisans ... morealso worked at these major factories during the day so their techniques& methods were very similar, hence the quality of their items is parallel to that of the major makers. Many of these studios used distinct marks or symbols that are documented. Many of which were variations of Meissen's Crossed Swords trademark- please use our NAME SEARCH for Dresden and then Meissen to see several examples. However. Many of these studios used marks that were generic or very imaginative and if they were not prolific enough in their output, these marks were rarely documented, much less officially registered. I would guess these are probably from 1875-1900 period. Because of the Dresden type coloring) Although they could be much earlier. I know the gold anchor Chelsea mark was used from 1756-1769, and was the most forged mark. I have seen a mark with this S type going through that was considered Chelsea. There are other marks with the S figure, but they seem to be going the other way, and contributed to other markers. I just do not know or have I been able to find out who for sure who made these. There are parts of them that look like so many different makers combined. If anyone has information or guesses, please inform me. KPM 19th Century pair of Porcelain Busts Diana & Saturn 4 1/4" tall
Outstanding Pair of 19th Century KPM Busts The pair were purchased in Germany by my grandmother while stationed there with my grandfather at the end of WWII. There is no doubt they are authentic considering their marks and where/when they were aquired. The detail is exquisite and remarkably beautiful. As can be seen in the pictures. There is a chip out of Diana's base on the right rear corner as well as a tiny chip off the left side of the crescent on her head. There is a very tiny chip on Saturn's base in the back on the left corner and some wear of the gold outline on his base. I am referring to them as Diana& Saturn because these names appear under the glaze where the bust meets the base on both figurines. Both of them have the KPM mark of the Royal Porcelain Manufactory in Berlin. We could not find a mark on these pieces but they are so well painted they certainly came from one of the best German porcelain factories in the 19th century. This is such a stunning piece. I have to say I have never found another one like it in many years. I purchased this several years ago for my shop. I decided to keep it since it is so stunning. I have decided again to sell it. I wanted to find who made it. The only company I can find that had this mark of Tic Tac Toe was Alt.Beck, Gottschalck who made dolls in Germany in the 1850s up. I have not been able to find where they made figurines. It is there mark and I have not discovered this mark by anyone else. If anyone knows who made this please email me. I would love to find out more. If there was every a shabby chic piece this would be it ladies. It is a darling slipper made of Porcelain sitting its heel on top of a cushion with two little cherubs. 19th century fine porcelain boy in bocage
Cute porcelain statuette of a little boy in fawnskin. Carrying a basket of flowers, in front of a tree. Basket is full of the blossoms which apparently he picked from the tree. Left arm is held out to side as he appears to be guarding the tree, but that arm is repaired/restored and maybe was originally in a different position. He is holding a green leaf in the left hand. Beautifully hand painted in fine detail. Rather pasty repair job on left arm, also on the"wings" on the scrolled base. Gold anchor mark painted on back of tree trunk(see photo) Underneath is a tiny bit of lead dripping. Height- 7 inches. French or German, 19th century.

A Continental porcelain figures of two paying children. Beautifully modeled and hand painted. Some minor crackles/craquelure and few baked scars, please see photos with red arrows. Marked to underside with symbol/letter"X" in red colour. Probably made in Germany. Late 19th. Century or 1900's. Pictures will tell you more. Approx. Length: 4-1/2in. 11.5cm. Height: 4-3/8in. 11cm. Depth: 2-1/4in. 5.7cm. Weight: 8.82 oz. 250 gr. Commensurate with age the condition is very good. Spots you are seeing on the photos. Are light reflections.

19th Century Sevres Bisque Porcelain Bust of Diderot
A fine. Large bisque porcelain bust of 18th century French writer and thinker Denis Diderot on a cobalt blue gilt socle manufactured at Sèvres in the last quarter of the 19th century. White. Bisque porcelain bust of the author of the Encyclopédie. And one of Sèvre's 19th century series of busts honoring French royalty, military and artistic heroes. Beautifully-modeled features as well as outstanding translation of cloth folds. see the detailed images above. The bust sits(and is bolted) on a clean. Solid royal blue socle with gilding along the perimeter. The bisque is incised: SEVRES and A*7*79 on the back; the socle is stamped: S.74 and Doré à Sèvres 80. Very good condition. Some light dust and dirt in the folds and hair, but cleanable. Some tiny pits on the front above the folds, possibly happened during ... morethe firing, or perhaps intentional. A fine example of Continental porcelain sculpture completed in 1880. 11 3/4" high(with socle) 6 1/4" wide, 5" deep. The base is 4 3/4" in diameter.
