It is truly a nice period untouched table. It has a ribbon mahogany top, round corner drop leaves, heavy bold column four legged base, solid cast brass Duncan Phyfe claw foot and built in castors. I normally don’t buy period furniture like this, but I was very impressed by how untouched this piece was. The overall size is 40.5 inches long, 24 inches wide when the leaves are closed, 15 inches wide on each leaf, 52 inches long when the leaves are flipped up. The finish is very nice for being 180 years old. It does show normal nicks, dings and scratches, but I believe it would rub out nicely to make a good presentation.

It is in beautiful condition. It is a nice brown with a slight red tint on the solid mahogany. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was of European decent. It has a metal hand forged wingnut on the base and the stand will actually come apart. The top is a lazy susan. It has the plate rail end on the top and middle shelf. It has duncan phyfe solid mahogany legs that terminate in a brass cap foot. This is definitely a period table. The overall size is 22 inches round on the top shelf, 25 inches round on the bottom shelf, 37 inches high to the top shelf and 21 inches high on the bottom shelf. It is a great stand at a reasonable piece. It is a good honest period piece.

Is missing a two invhch piece of trim on lower part of back leg. So its in aplace that don't show. I use fedex and greyhound. We are pleased to offer this beautiful pair of vintage. Duncan Phyfe styled, Lyre tables or nightstands. The tables feature solid, hardwood construction(mahogany or cherry) and Italian marble tops. The pair has a center front drawer(functional) which is accented with a rose and leaf"swag" There are nice finial details on each lower corner of the table tops. The tables are finished in a reddish brown stain. They are in very good condition with only very minor areas of wear/age. There are no deep scratches or blemishes. They are very sturdy and in very good structural condition. The marble tops are gorgeous. They are white with black and gray veins that create beautiful patterns. They have a beveled edge. This is a very nice pair and in very nice condition! The tables are identical in size. Each measures 28" tall. The marble ... moretops are 18" wide and 14" front to back. The drawer is 14.75" wide on the exterior measurement. The interior measures 14" wide. 10.25 front to back and 3.5" tall. Our preferred shipping is via Greyhound. They handle packages gently and do not subject them to conveyor belts. Due to the fragility of the marble. We feel that Greyhound is safer. We can ship UPS if you would prefer.
