Take a look at this Goofus serving plate in the Pinecone pattern. This plate was purchased from an antique shop in Texas in 1987. 10-3/4" diameter. Clear pressed glass made in 4-part mold. A ring of red and gold pinecones on the rim. Eight plain panels angle down to a circle of pinecones in the center. The very edge has tiny scallops. The entire background is sprayed gold. No chips. Antique Dithridge Blue Milk Glass Dresser Pin Tray 1890's
This beautiful antique dresser pin tray is in great condition for age. Dithridge made this line in the late 1880's and into the early 1900's. The triangular shaped tray has a diameter of 5 1/4" The edges are slightly scalloped and gold cold painted. The inside has part of the hand painted original center flower. The bottom is stamped 71. Condition is great with no damage. There is mold roughness around some edges and the foot. This is common for this era of glassware. Shipping is free to the U.S. Thanks.

Antique Indiana Goofus Glass Double Rose Serving Plate 1900`s
We are pleased to offer this an antique decorative Goofus Glass pressed glass with unfired paint on the underside. Known as the double rose. This plate measures just under 11" across and has a short pedestal making it stand about 1" tall around the saw tooth edge. Along with the red roses and gold background. Although some of the paint has worn off from the bottom, this is normal and should be expected. Goofus glass was made from about 1900 to 1920 by many American factories. It was originally painted gold, red, green, bronze, pink, purple, or other bright colors. Many pieces are found today with flaking paint, and this lowers the value. The paint of Goofus glass was unfired and the glass itself was the first carnival glass. This Plate would make a beautiful display piece and will make a great addition to your collection. Carolyn McKinney in her book on Goofus Glass shows this plate on page 112. This plate was purchased at an estate auction in Lattimore. NC, in 2001. Red and gold colors make it a great holiday plate. I have one that I use to serve a coffee cake each Christmas morning. My kids(now grown) still look forward to this tradition. 10-1/2" diameter. Pressed glass in a 4-part mold. Four sets of double red roses on rim with a single red rose in the center. Surrounding the roses are leaves. Trellis work and scrolls. The very edge has tiny scallops. The background is painted gold. No chips. Fleabites, or cracks. There are several tiny bubbles in the glass. 90% of original paint remains. Not marked on the bottom. Priority shipping offered. This is a c.1900 era chromolithograph print. Framed under painted glass and used as a stove pipe cover/ decorative wall hanging in late Victorian and early Edwardian era. The print depicts a soft pastel tone image of an early nineteenth century style couple with the mother in Empire dress looking lovingly at her newborn baby and with her husband looking on in admiration at his wife. It is the epitome of Victorian family sentiment and the Cult of Motherhood philosophy of the 1935 to 1905 era. The print is under a round piece of glass that has gold paint on the reverse with a nice black border framing the print. The piece has a cardboard backing. And the frame is a silver tone metal frame with a delicate faux grain design. The frame has a 9.5" diameter. The chain holder has broken off one side of the frame. I don't know. your guess is good as mine. It is about 6 3/4 inches across. there are 4 panels with what looks like a wild flat rose. Smooth on top the plate you can feel the rose on back side. The panels between the roses is slightly indented on the top& bottom side. Antique Indiana Goofus Glass Double Rose Serving Plate 1900`s....10.5 inches
Absolutely gorgeous with minimal wear for its age! antique decorative Goofus Glass pressed glass with unfired paint on the underside. Known as the double rose. This plate measures just under 11" across and has a short pedestal making it stand about 3/4-1" tall around the saw tooth edge. Along with the red roses and gold background. Very minimal amount of paint has worn off from the bottom, which you can see in the picture of the bottom. This is normal and should be expected in unfired paint. Goofus glass was made from about 1900 to 1920 by many American factories. It was originally painted gold. Red, green, bronze, pink, purple, or other bright colors. Many pieces are found today with flaking paint, and this lowers the value. The paint of Goofus glass was unfired and the glass itself was the first carnival glass.
